Ms. Horvath, Zoltan, all other receptionists and house keepers know what the hospitality industry is all about. Having worked in the management for a high standard hotels for over 8 years myself, I know the technical maintainance is the all time issue even for the high standard 6 stars, but the above mentioned staffs, through their beyond-expectation services simply made up for the negative aspects of the property such as old furnitures and so forth. In the name of the reccession, refurbishment is not the 1st priority but the Hotel Fabius Pancio is the 1st priority for every single visitor to Bp to pick from the list.
good location for sightseeing, but far from nightlife we didn't find good cafe nearby our hotel.but we could get to anywhere by walking.excellent personal.clean and big room.good price.
Free parking and proximity to event we were attending. The breakfast was nice, and you could order eggs/capuccinos. The staff at breakfast was very friendly.
Wi-fi seems to have infected my computer with a virus.
bus stop in front of hotel, friendly staff
bathroom was not so clean
The staff was very kind and helpful, especially the Lady at the Reception. The temperature in the room was adjustable.
The hotel doesn't look like and doesn't offer the comfort of a 3-star Hotel. It is a decent 2-star Hotel: the bathroom is very, very small, smelly, with rusty and unclean shower and water taps. The room had also spider webs in the corners. We covered ourselves at night with a blanket with only one shee underneath (no "envelope-like" white sheet for the blanket). The breakfast room was also dirty and looking like a construction field (dusty floors, spider-webs in the corners, big wholes and stains on the walls). The furniture in the room was very old and partly damaged. Please be aware of the conditions when you book. It is very cheap, indeed, but maybe you prefer to pay something extra for some nicer conditions.
Hotel staffs are quite used to foregin tourists and I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay.
It´s OK. Fair price considering Budapest is highly overpriced (more expensive than Vienna and you cannot compare the 2 cities. I will never step back in Budapest)
A little bit far from city center
Location, cleaness of the room, room's design.
I ask for a room with internet connection but they didn't give it to me, breakfast should be better.
Nice staff, Clean room
Hmm the breakfast was either too fat or contained too much sugar. would be nice with some fibers or so.
The smell in the bathroom.
