10.0 Excellent
Pros: The facility was scrupulously clean. It was explained fully so we knew where everything was. The greetings were friendly and great effort was made to suggest eating options around the village. There were about 10 restaurants. We ate at the italian one. The breakfast was very comprehensive and nicely presented and served. This is a great place to stay!
Cons: Nothing. It was a real discovery, as was the town.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel was superb, including the Breakfast.
Cons: I felt that the "policy" of only giving you coffee packets on arrival and not replenishing them daily as in all other hotels was penny pinching and even more petty to refuse to give me any extra when requested. After discussions with senior staff the next day this was resolved but it should never have happened in the first place.

The atmosphere is very friendly and the menu is awesome. The owner and the stuff will warmly welcome you and you will feel immediately like home.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent cuisine du terroir by a log fire, care of amusing belgian chef Philippe Del Mestre (who has an exotic collection of anecdotes to add to his delicious meals), very comfortable rooms, pleasant grounds allowing for short walks, and good location as starting point to discover the Hautes Fagnes.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location and great hospitality.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: nice and quiet location, large rooms and bathroom, well maintained. from balcony view on beautiful garden with pond. nice breakfast and dinner
Cons: poor phone reception and internet
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Quaint old water mill, with a lovely backyard, beautiful room and comfy big bed. Very friendly staff and fantastic breakfast (I mean I'm not an expert or anything but those eggs sunny side up, my goodness...). The area is surrounded by hills and lakes so for us it was a perfect spot to go hiking. All in all a very recommendable experience.
Cons: One thing that's off is the shower -- while it looks very fancy, it's also fairly flimsy and tends to vary the pressure during use. For the hotel owners: perhaps you could consider using a more solid, but less "vintage" looking shower set. :)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good. Bed was very comfortable.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: What a wonderful place and the service was excellent!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The food and wine in the restaurant was excellent.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Eifelhoeve is a perfect location for hiking and biking. Hugo and Kris are avery fine hosts. Thee made us feel very much at home and gave us a lot of information about the region. The breakfast is pure quality (especially the fresh eggs and coffe).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived to spectacular views, lush & colorful gardens, warm & welcoming hosts as if greeting best friends. De Eifelhoeve is well situated in the Belgian countryside close to Germany and Luxembourg. Such a big backyard for one to play, so to speak! The rooms and grounds are thoughtfully decorated and equipped with comfort in mind, elevating the experience. A bountiful breakfast awaited us with eggs minutes from their hens, local breads, homemade jam, fresh squeezed juice, meats & cheeses, homemade muesli, garden fresh produce, endless pots of coffee & tea, including mint from the garden. Chris & Hugo were always available, yet not intrusive. Our needs and desires were anticipated and effortlessly provided for. The village is quiet & sleeping came easy. We definitely will return!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was brilliant. We had a beautiful view over the fields from our room. Our room was fabulously decorated in a mix of themes. Old and rustic items in the room, beautiful colours, modern electric bed, heater in the room and lots of places to hang your jackets, bags, towels etc. Fantastic to have an state of art shower cabin in our room. Breakfast was excellent, soft boiled eggs from their own chickens, own jam and applejuice. Fresh bread rolls, cheeses, hams, pate and salami. Great coffee too. We helped ourselves to beer and wine at the bar and all to a very reasonable price. Chris &Hugo were ever so helpful in directing us to the most scenic motor bike ride through Luxembourg. We highly recommend this B&B.
Cons: There was nothing to not like. Every thing was well thought through.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely quaint little place, fantastic shower in the room very friendly staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic hosts went out of their way for us. Absolutely awesome stay in extraordinary location. Thanks a lot, Hugo and Chris! Erik and us loved it!
International Bullingen - Büllingen - Building

8.9 Excellent (186 reviews)

A continental breakfast is served daily at the property. Aachen is 43 km from the aparthotel, while Monschau is 17 km from the property. The nearest airport is Liège Airport, 62 km from the property.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and in its simplicity a cozy room. We chose the bigger room because we were travelling with a big dog. Unlike in many other hotels there was no extra charge for our fury friend!!! The food in the restaurant was delicious and the service very professional. We had a very pleasant stay.
Cons: The "open" bathroom concept is quite interesting and gives a feeling of extra space. But as a down side when two persons take a hot shower the whole room remains steamy for quite a while. It is possible to open the windows but I wonder how would it be during cold winter days.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: We were met by a lady whom informed us that the room was not cleaned due to communication errors . This was at 18hrs. We received nothing, just told it would take a while and we waited in the bar for about 40 minutes. When we entered the family room (which had just been cleaned, smelt of sweat and we were disappointed to find a bath without a separate shower ( the last time I sat in a shower was when I was a child). This was unclear in the description. The hotel was full we were told, but we never saw another guest and during diner we were served very poor over-cooked pasta (which was so salty that I had to leave it). The pasta was covered in prefabricated mushroom sauce. All menu items are between 16 and 25 euros and very poor quality for Belgian standards! We were told to be clear if we required anything more before we took a short walk with our dog & that we had to return within 30 minutes, as the chef wanted to go home early. The weak attempts to be funny or quirky made us very uncomfortable. I get the situation, however for 210 euros for prefab food for 6 it felt nothing but unwelcoming . It felt somewhat embarrassing when an unknown liquor became compensation for our dirty room experience (even to the underage kids) and when explaining we did not drink as a rule and kindly declined, nothing was offered as an alternative. Breakfast was fine and again we were the only guests in a full hotel. Honestly, great potential, many missed opportunities.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and clean room, awesome bathroom and good breakfast.
Cons: Our room was on de 2nd floor. For that price you would expect an elevator, but the only way to get up there was using the stairs which were strangely located behind a door in the middle of the dining room of the restaurant.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: The smell outside!!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Modern. New. Clean. Black out curtains. Host sorted out blocked drain immediately and provided new towels.
Cons: The restaurant wasn’t open for dinner the night we were there. No tea making in the room. But we knew that before arriving. We had to wait until 8 for breakfast.
Hotel Haus Tiefenbach - Büllingen - Bedroom

8.7 Excellent (232 reviews)
Overview Reviews
The Hotel Haus Tiefenbach offers a pleasant stay in Bullingen for those traveling for business or leisure. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. A pickup service can be arranged for guests upon request.
6.8 Good
Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. The spa facilities looked great, even though we didn't have time to use them. The hotel is located in a very nice quiet area.
Cons: The rooms we had in the old section of the hotel were a bit dated, but the ones in the newer area looked fine. The main issue with all the rooms were the beds, which were honestly not very good in our experience. Several of us had a poor night sleep due to this. In this price range, you usually get much better beds than this. Another issue we had, which is by no means a fault of the hotel, is the fact that it was a very long drive to the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps where we needed to be. Booking.com reported a 25KM distance, but due to a lack of main roads, this took about 45 minutes. So I would not recommend this hotel if you need to go to the circuit.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect for a hike and then relax in the Sauna.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The Wellness
Cons: The pillow in the bed. Top big
7.0 Good
Pros: Great swimming pool and spa area Nice location close to all outdoor pursuits Friendly service
Cons: Looking a little dated Some small details missing (forgot to replace tissues, dirty balcony furniture, cleaning staff kept entering the room while we were there) Breakfast wasn’t great (poor coffee, limited selection)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, very good restaurant
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, clean room, very friendly staff, beautiful wellness facilities.
Cons: Checkout time was 11AM, at 9AM we went to have breakfast, when we came back the touwels were taken by the cleaning lady already, we couldn’t shower before leaving. The bed was not comfortable, therefore a longer holiday same location is out of scope.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and answered all my questions about the location, and things of interest to do and see in the area.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The bathroom is new and clean. Room is boutique style but could be a nice experience of German house. Breakfast is included coffee, orange juice, plate of meat, egg at your choice and enough bread. Seeing big families from Belgium and even US stayed there. Would recommend whoever want to visit the Eifel national park area. Also easy to access.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The breakfast was very good. The price was also appropriate.
Cons: The room was very bright once the sun was up. The curtains are very thin and bright and we were on the sunny side, so it was as bright inside as outside. It was also partially very loud due to some heavy door that was often opened and closed.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very close to area weve planned to visit, historical importance for ww2 researchers. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Ski station on site.
Cons: A bit dear if you travel on budget, but worth it.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great friendly staff, lovely location a few steps away from the Forest and hiking paths. Great food and selection of drinks.
Cons: The bed was noisy and uncomfortable.

Hotel Lindenhof - Butgenbach - Restaurant
12
8.1 Excellent (279 reviews)

This is an ideal starting point for excursions, walks and relaxation in a most beautiful and untouched nature. The hotel rooms are nicely decorated and have a private bathroom, either in the room itself or right beside it. Standard rooms can be booked as a single room or as a double. You will find cosy rooms and good cuisine. The chef himself, Aloys Krings, will prepare the most excellent meals for you. For us, it will be both a challenge and a joy to turn your stay in our house to an unforgettable experience.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Helpful and caring staff even though there was a language barrier
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: We couldn't pay with credit card although Booking said that we could ONLY cash accepted
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet! Just a short distance off the Vennbahn bike path. Personal service from the chef/owner.
Cons: Little English spoken (but we managed).
9.5 Excellent
Pros: No WiFi in our room!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast
5.0 Okay
Cons: the Owner was not pleasent at all , people dont smile there
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Quiet spacieuse rooms, friendly people, big parking in front of the door..
Cons: That they barely speak anything else but German most of the staff
7.5 Good
Pros: The owner was very, very helpful.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Size of the room.
Cons: The Reception was closed when we arrived, so we had to look round for someone to get checked in with. We were a little early, but we expected at leased somewhere to leave the cases. When we eventually found the owner he gave us the key and told us to come back later when the room was ready. No welcoming cup of tea or coffee after our jouney, leaving us to get back in the car and look for a cafe. When we booked it stated there was a restaurant onsite, we were told by the owner that he would not be openning the restaurant unless most of his guests required it. Leaving us to find alternative arrangements. Although a bar is advertised, the only bar we saw was in the room with the usual hefty price tag from the mini bar. Athough the bed frame was a double, we had two single matresses and two single quilts. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were worse, with a faded bedcover over the top. There was no coffee or tea facilities, not even a kettle. The TV was straight out of the 80s with no English speaking channels. They advertised free toiletries in the bathroom, all we could find was a bar of soap. The decor of the room was old and tired and faded and in need of an update. To get a hot shower we had to run the cold tap on the sink !! From the outside it looks really nice but when you go inside there is no charm whatsoever. It was dark and dingey, with portraits of stern victorian people and a dark wooden staicase. We were in a Junior suite but the price we paid did not reflect what we actually stayed in. We noticed on the room information that the owner would require payment in CASH. This is very unusual and inconveinient and NOT mentioned on any of the Hotel information when we booked.
5.0 Okay
Cons: One of the owners did not give the impression, at least to us, to particularly like the guests. Staff friendly enough, but overall not a joyful atmosphere in the hotel. The price via Booking.com was just the regular price. The full price listed is including dinner. We missed space outside to enjoy. Beds are fairly small and interior very much 70ies design. But that is just a matter of taste to like or dislike.
4.5 Okay
Cons: Old. Television 50 years old....
