The staff was very polite and kind; we got an upgrade to a luxury room that was excellent! The hotel is clean, the room is cozy and modern, the location is perfect, near the major shopping streets. Breakfast is a plus, with a good variety of food that is well made and fresh. An excellent choice for anyone going to Buenos Aires, definitely would stay again!
Nothing, everything was perfect.
Everything was really great. The reservation was respected, very clean and quiet room, big and confortable double bed, nice bathroom with a jacuzzy. Breakfast is ok. The staff is heplful and polite. Localization: better impossible, two squares from 9 de Julio and two squares from Calle Florida, lots of good restaurants around. I'm sure i'll be back.

1 - lack of energy for two nights left the rooms without air conditioning and light; to fix theenergy entrance cable was a task for the hotel that lost time to identify the problem and contract maintenance - no compensation given fo this fault: we expected a discount in rates for these two nights...but not.
