Was convenient to downtown amenities (canal side).
Staff was rude, it was snowing heavily and asked for a shuttle ride to canal side and was told shuttle driver is on break you can call a cab. Room was 90+ degrees when we entered, had to open window to cool it down.
The facilities were great and the sauna was nice.
We could hear the folks returning from parties at night but it was just short bursts in the hallway.
We wanted to stay near the First Niagara Center. Great location.
Breakfast buffet was unappetizing and understaffed.
It was very close to the highway and close to downtown Buffalo. For a night's stay it was someplace that I would spend the night in if I traveled to Buffalo again.
The toilet kept making noise all night and you could hear the traffic going by all night. The breakfast buffet could be a bit bigger and have much more selection. The elevators were hard to find so signs leading to them would be helpful. It would also be nice if on the website the visitor was told that they would have to pay $10 a night for parking.
Clean rooms and central location
Coffee in lobby disappeared by 7 am
Staff was amazing very friendly and helpful the valet was super nice and friendly and helpful very rare to see a younger guy care about guest service like he did
Wireless was horrible could not connect and when I did it was so slow you can't do anything ......they sent this real cool site to pre check In Asking a few questions answered them all asked for extra pillows but they sent an email back saying to ask for them upon check in ... Kinda dumb to have this to ask for things if they don't use it
Got in late and staff was great, explained everything. The room was very nice and warm. Next time I would ask for a room on the other side of the building because of noise from the highway.
Noise from the highway kept me from sleeping soundly. I suggest upgrading your windows to Sound Proof Windows.
Easy access to I-90 .. Safe .. Low cost
My view was of the I-90 .. But I wasnt concerned ... May bother someone else
I liked the way they made use of sails in the decor
I was looking for a sauna or hot tub and or a warmer pool
We liked the size of the rooms and the price for location purposes. If attending a Sabres game or concert, I always suggest a stay at the Adam's Mark to my friends or book it myself. It is in the most convenient location in relation to the First Niagara Center, and the .7 mile walk seems like nothing. Plus, the Adam's Mark staff was more than willing to call us a cab to make sure we got where we were going, which we did.
I've never had this happen at the Adam's Mark, but my body was all scratched up from the sheets. Whether it was due to the fact that they were of low thread count or overly starched, my back and elbows were red and raw the next day. The same thing happened to my partner. It was our only complaint.
The staff were real accommodating and assisted me with a few things including the manager fixing a problem on my laptop so I could get connected to the wifi when I couldn't figure it out. Went the extra mile. Nice comfortable room and a fair affordable price for downtown area.
cut off from the downtown by freeway on ramps far away from restaurants and entertainment
the staff is not kind enough. some even did talk about our question. we got completely ignored even there are only us at the counter. after final pay (for check-out) not even say good-bye. I do not know why.-maybe race?? if i can find better price place, I won't stay again.
