Location, quiet, clean, breakfast, internet.
Friendly staff Soup!!! Breakfast
The staff is always super nice and helpful. The breakfast is a good assortment of hot and cold food. The beds are wonderful. They need to replace carpet and my room on this stay had an older style TV. I carry a cable to watch movies from my ipad, and there was no HDMI input.
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were nice and welcoming. At 9am, the breakfast selection was not replenished, but there was still plenty of food. Fine overall.
The breakfast was not great but the pool and room were reasonable for the price paid.
I liked the location and the staff was very friendly. I think a $16.99 pet fee for even an animal that stays in a cage is a bit much. The breakfast room was too small.
It was very clean and they had a nice breakfast.
Staff was excellent, this hotel is run by a very friendly and accommodating Hindu family. They were the best. Good value for price. Most of the wall mounted lights in our room did not work.
The staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the bed!
Breakfast was great. Staff was extremely rude. Fact that there is no rooms gararteed with no pets is ridiculous. Some people have severe allergies and front desk was absolute dicks about it. Will never stay there again.
Room was clean and very quiet. The pull out couch did not have clean linens on it. That was disappointing.
Great place to stay Breakfast isn't great , that's with all of the Hampton inns not just this one .
A very nice experience here. The front desk clerk was really friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean. The location, by the university and close to downtown, was great.
It was close to everything, the staff was extremely friendly. The showers were very cold and being right next to the work out room was miserable. They need to stop utilizing that room as the door slams non-stop making it impossible to get any rest. No free breakfast makes for an issue with small children.
Receptionist was so rude.
The room was clean; staff very helpful and nice; small refrigerator, TV, WiFi included. Very adequate for a short, overnight stay while on the road. One packet for shampoo/conditioner was interesting and economical for the hotel; need two packets for two adult showers, especially if one has long hair. :-)
Nothing fancy, but it was clean
All I needed was a clean bed and a hot shower, and found it! I was a little leery about staying at a Motel 8. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The reception area was small, but well organized. The front desk personnel were efficient. The room and bathroom was clean. Even some of the furniture, electronics, and appliances appeared recently updated. The decor was slightly dated, but appeared well-kept. I would definitely stay there again. Wi-fi signal wasn't strong/fast enough to stream movies and music, though I've had that same problem at much more expensive hotels. Could have used an additional shampoo/conditioner packet. I packed light on toiletries since I was driving one direction, and flying back.
This motel is a good value if you just need a place to sleep and shower. It is dated, but clean. The ladies at the check-in were very nice and friendly. Bathroom faucet leaked a bit on to the counter when in use. Not too big of a deal.
Decent for the money. A bit shabby. Ancient TV. Mattress was a bit harsh.
Price was the only positive. This hotel needs to be torn down. Shabby exterior, smelly interior. NOTHING has been updated! The beds were like sleeping on a board, only with springs sticking in your back. Towels were dingy, blankets and comforters not washed, outdated TV, air-conditioner was held in place with plywood. Not a safe environment, not a comfortable one.
Nothing Very poor quality hotel. Run down amenities. No elevators. They only change sheets, but not blankets or comforters. Ancient AC that doesn't work. Dirt parking lot. If possible, avoid at all cost!
Price is nice and the staff is very positive and helpful The beds could use an update but they won't keep me from staying there again
The mattress should have been replaced 5 years ago -- utterly unsleepable. No hair dryer; no microwave or fridge; no continental breakfast. Smelly and dumpy.
The staff was very helpful with locating a pool for me and my daughter. Everything!! Bed was like sleeping on the floor, pool and spa were out of order, ceiling was falling apart, tub and shower fixtures were not mounted to the wall! very difficult to find more than one useful outlet. When me and my daughter travel we always find a hotel with a pool so we can enjoy the stay but when we found out the pool was out of order it was a major let down.
I don't think there was a single thing I liked about it It was old, run down, dirty, trashy, disgusting.
This place was very bad the pictures were not like the real thing we got there and the first room and pills on floor and a vial of something and TV was on so got another room and the fridge was about to fall over and overall I didn't feel safe there the pool was closed and floors were nasty and the pop machines had huge wholes in them this place looked like a drug motel very nasty I would not stay there we ended up going into town and got another motel don't waste your time and money here were are out the money we left the keys in the room and left
Charged my card several times for only one night.
Easy access Too many creepy, scary, and annoying things to list in only 100 characters. Don't stay here!
The afternoon front desk person was exceptional. She was attentive and helped us out. We got the room for the pool so we could have a birthday party. The pool was out of order and my room was non refundable. She let us use the breakfast area for cake and presents. The photo copy of my credit card is ridiculous. The room was extremely run down. The tub did not drain. The pool was out of order yet on no website did it say anything about that. Ramada.com or the travel website I used.
We stayed here while on a road trip through the Dakotas, Wyoming, and Colorado. We actually enjoyed our stay so much we need ended up booking another night so we could relax and enjoy an extra day off te road. I believe the hotel has recently done some upgrading. Our room had nice hardwood floors, comfortable beds, and a clean bathroom. It also had a mini fridge and microwave--all for about $50. Plus it is downtown and close to everything.
Service was friendly and overall value was great. Needs an update and had issues with the hot water.
Bed was comfy. Good water pressure. Internet doesn't work. Hotel room WASNOT CLEAN by any means. Hair all over the shower walls and tub. Only one of the wall outlets worked, but it was so broken you couldn't keep the plug in.
Generally located well (walking distance to the University, and nearby restaurants). Excellent price. Nice , helpful staff. The rooms smelt "sticky" and the walls/windows didn't isolate very well. For the price, though, easily overlooked.
comfortable bed, large room staff charged more than price originally booked for , extra charges for credit card.
The room was definitely outdated, but for 40 bucks a night and right in downtown, who cares. Everything was clean, but it could've used a coat of paint.
A real bedroom. Very clean and convenient. Outside could use as much care as inside.
I booked on the wrong day on accident, and the staff kindly let me switch the day with no problem. It had a good location right in downtown Laramie. The TV didn't work for some reason.
Price. Location. Office always locked when I wanted help. Asked for clean towels; didn't get them. Asked again and got them finally. Very irty carpet.
Service is ok
It was a place to sleep at a really low price. I didn't expect or need luxuries. Its pretty close to the highway. They charge for WiFi.
The room we stayed in was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There wasn't a iron or ironing board in the room and had to check one out from the office. We always had hot water for our showers except for one evening where the shower just would not warm up.
cheap and only motel available on football weekend room smelled yuccky and towels postage stamp size not even kleenex in room
Very quiet even though at full capacity Front desk crew a little different

Nice beds and far eniugh from hwy All good
Ease of check in
Good location, good people. It had changed names 3 days prior to our stay, and we drove all over town looking for it.
Easy access, nice clean room, good price, friendly staff nothing
Rooms were clean, breakfast was satisfactory, the staff was nice The pool was FREEZING. We didn't get to use the hot tub. It was too full with a bunch of guys drinking beer.
Could use a better breakfast. Pool was broke down.
Two best things: the bed was extremely comfortable (I slept like a rock); and the entrance is on the east side, out of the prevailing winds. Which is a huge bonus, as you know if you've visited Wyoming. No towel rack in the bathroom. Very strange.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. I left my wedding ring in the room and they held it for me to pick up the next day. Breakfast was good and the room was great. The beds exceeded my expectations and were very comfortable.
This hotel is in an interview excellent location, close to downtown. I chose this hotel because of the rating. However, I don't know who could have possibly given it such a high rating. The first room we checked into had mold in the toilet and looked like chips on the carpet. They kindly gave us a new room which was worse.

It was cheap and conveniently located Dingy, dirty. Bed was very uncomfortable and the entire hotel was out dated. Our bathroom floor was sticky and the entire room smelled like chlorine.
Close to I80 yet quiet. Large room. Short drive to downtown restaurants Among Thai was excellent. Small bathroom.
Breakfast included The breakfast area has half the lights out. It's dark. The room booked was double queen. When brought up to desk clerk all she had to say was all we have are doubles. I don't know why it won't let us fix that online. Sorry. No attempt to fix or even a sincere apology.
I've done a fair share of interstate traveling where it's getting late and you need to find a place to stay fairly quickly. Either the nicer looking hotel is booked, or you're just not willing to pay $150 for the few hours of sleep you plan on catching, so you opt for the much cheaper looking hotel down the road. I have to say, that as far as "cheap hotels" are concerned (which is a laugh because this place was $119 a night) this place was by far the BIGGEST rip off ever. Not only was the hotel dirty and run down looking inside the lobby, the room was even worse. Nearly everything inside the room was broken or barely functioning, from the tube-style TV that didn't get reception, to the horrifically loud AC unit that barely blew cold air...the toilet ran for 15 minutes after flushing and I could have taken a better shower with a garden hose. The "continental breakfast" was also a complete joke, with reused items that I was surprised didn't have mold on them. Just stay away, honestly. It's one thing to be a cheaper establishment, but this place is ripping off travel worn guests that at the very least deserve a much cheaper rate than what they're booking rooms for. Look elsewhere in Laramie, or make the drive to Cheyenne if you can.
There were a couple of young ladies working very hard, unfortunately they are working in a facility that should be closed. This was the dirtiest, most unkept facilty that my wife and I, of over 33 years have ever stayed at. They moved us once and I wanted to leave then but felt bad for the young lady that was trying to help us. I wish we would have left because the room had no heat, and in Laramie Wy that is a must. Our room was 40 degrees, we about froze to death. The breakfast was a joke, not that I would have ate anything there anyway but I was hoping for coffee, but there wasn't any. We saw a young family asking for waffle batter but there wasn't any. They left mad; oh and by the way there was a homeless person sleeping on the couch in the hallway snoring. The was the most unbelievable thing I have ever witnessed. We went to see our 2 children that are college students and the motel experience ruined our whole weekend. I wanted to know how much my bill was but they were unable to give me a receipt. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! If this is a travel lodge I will promise you we will never stay at another one. Wyndham rewards, we have lost all faith in you as well. We saw a sign that said this was the newest Travel Lodge, do you not have any standards? This facility not only should not be branded, it should be closed until brought to some sort of standard.
The morning staff was friendly and seemed concerned about our stay. The outside and inside of this motel was very rundown. The photos on the website are very misleading. The door lock to the hallway was broken. The A/C system did not work. The breakfast area was very dirty at 4:00 pm and had not been cleaned from the morning. The hallways were dirty. It was a very disappointing stay.
We had a king size room. The bed was comfortable but short on pillows and bedcovers to fit the bed. Our room was close to the laundry facilities, the ice dispenser was out of order and the room had old picture hanging nails and hooks still left in the wall with new pictures hung nearby. Thank goodness there was a miniblind and curtain on the window. The room door inside was well worn in the latch/lock area. I did not feel safe even though I used the deadbolt and chain and the room was so near the outside doors.
