The beds The staff very unprofessional, Acted like they were being put out of there way, both at the front desk and the Outback, When spending the extra money for a river view, you get a parking lot view but it you walk to a side window you can see the river, nothing like the picture they show...
A great place all around.
Disappointed. I arrived to find my king bed reservation had somehow been changed to a two queen bed reservation. The room when I got to it was not had not been cleaned and it look like somebody had rolled around on each of the beds as well as the luggage cover that is placed at the bottom of the bag was missing for both beds. Also the shower fixture Please do come off the wall and you could see the hole where the showerhead came to the tile. All in all I was very disappointed with the whole stay.
THE BUFFIE WAS NOT GOOD
The room was clean & updated. The mattress was super comfy. Buffet: the breakfast items I chose were not good. The scrambled eggs were swimming in "egg liquid". I carefully scooped from the top to avoid having egg soup. -- I loved that there was an option for chicken fried steak, but it tasted really bad. -- the cheese blintz' were hard and cold. On the bright side, my potatoes were edible. Bar staff: I love video poker and visited both bars. The bartenders at BOTH were super slow (not at all crowed at the time of day I sat down). i can handle slow, but I was super dissatisfied with their lack of friendliness and personality. Casino area: the carpet needs replacing. Bad! Even with all the colors and intricate design, I could see how dirty it was. It also seems to be falling apart. Valet: we waited 70 minutes for our car! Yes, 70 minutes!!! Drive the extra 1.5 hours and just go to Vegas.

Clean place with all the table games. No room service. We wanted breakfast in bed and they didn't have an option for that. Very disappointing!
Very nice room, full bathtub and a view of the river. Rapid check in and check out. The Harley event staff closed oversized parking for our small RV and neither the event staff nor the valet was helpful; they said the only option was parking across the street in an uncontrolled lot. The buffet was poor with several items not properly warmed.
The Aquarius casino is one of the bigger and nicer casinos on the Laughlin strip. They had a great band play, Sam Riddle!! We watched them play both nights for free, anywhere else performers like that you'd pay to see. The hotel part of the casino is kind of basic, our room was clean but the hallway to our room was filthy. Dirty carpet, and looked as if they hadn't vacuumed in a week. We were there for the 4th of July so I understand it was a very full and busy week. They have a new waterfront pool that was very full at all time, but it was 115 degrees, so I understand

Runaway boat/triler hit my car due to an angled garage parking area, at a minimum they need to post signs saying beware of runaway boar trailers.
Riim was dirty I steped on a nail house keeping skipped our room so it was dirty nevet got cleaned manager didnt care he just said sorry It was dirty and there eas a nail coming out of the floor i steped on it
Food and staff Bathroom dirty. Saw a cockaroach in my room. The pool was dirty. No lifeguard at pool. Kids jumping in the pool. Long wait to check in and out. Arcade very outdated.

Clean room. I inquired about pet accommodations ahead of time as I was traveling with my cat. I was told.to.just ask.for a pet room at check.in. I did say my pet was a cat. Once I arrived to check in a few days later, I was told cats are not allowed entry into the hotel, only dogs are permitted. This was unexpected and caused me undue stress. The hotel needs to update their pet friendly statement to DOG FRIENDLY instead as its highly misleading. I was very upset that because Laughlin is not easily accessible to get to, after traveling for 13 hours, I was too tired to fight about it or even seek another hotel that would accept a cat. I ended up putring my cat in the moving truck cab for the night. My poor kitty was freaked out that I left him alone all.night long inside a vehicle. Wasnt too pleased with the hotel because of this one factor. Everything else was fine.
The check in was extrenely difficult. We booked multilpe rooms and addressed each room with a different name so everyone can go the check in for themselves. And once we were there they needed the person who did the booking to check in all other rooms and the person was no where near. We showed i.d , c.c info, confimation # , and had them speak with that person but would not allow us to check into OUR OWN ROOM WITH OUR NAME ON IT. We waited 3 hrs in the lobby till the other person arrived.
The gaming was not good
the pools and the beach and the buffet the resort fee of $11.20 per day and the casino walk doesn't reach Harrah's so makes it difficult to walk to the other casinos
Location was right along the Colorado River, you can reach the beach through the hotel which was convenient. Food options were ok, Smashburger was good, buffet at this Harrah's was better than the Harrah's on the Vegas strip. Comfortable bed. For a hotel that is part of Caesar's Group it was sub-par. Checking in was a pain (I have service dogs due to a disability) and the staff was extremely pushy, essentially asking me what my disability was in roundabout terms in order to "verify" that I needed the dogs. I had brought a note from my doctor (which is not required by law at all but often helps the process) and they still gave me grief. Overall check-in took about 20 minutes because they were harassing me about my condition and arguing with me when I did not want to tell them what my illness was... Fantastic experience... I was ready to call it a day and leave but we had not booked anywhere else and after a long drive I just wanted to get to a quiet room. Weird smells throughout the hotel. The entire place was dirty and unkempt, old facilities, broken or non-functioning amenities. The shower did not work as water kept flowing from the bath spout even when the knob was pulled all the way up. Then the shower/tub took forever to drain, which was not pleasant. Aircon only came out of one vent near the window, meaning it did not circulate throughout the room so it got stuffy. We called down twice for extra towels and pillows, when staff finally arrived they had forgotten the pillows. The pool and beach areas were crowded and dirty, garbage everywhere, along the shore and in coves where it gets trapped by the jetski waves. Obnoxious jetskiers everywhere, which is not uncommon for the area but it is way too CROWDED with these rentals. If you are looking for peace and quiet go down after 6pm. However the pool area was crowded with people until closing, we could see it from our room and the water was very dirty and murky, definitely a no for swimming. Also be prepared for VERY slow elevators that do not have A/C running through them. The hallways of the hotel had a similar A/C issue, they were very hot. We got a late check-out of 11:30am (yeah, an extra 30 minutes) and we had left our room to load up the vehicle, leaving some items back in the room, and when we returned at 11:10am, our key cards had been deactivated. So I had to let the front desk know, who told me they had to contact security, and we waited by our hotel room for about 20 minutes. Annoying. I would not recommend staying here for any length of time, you are not missing anything. Next time, I will opt for traditional camping, less hassle.
The secluded location and Harrahs always takes care of their customers. The 3 buses loaded with tourist visiting America clogging up the hallways and the amount of children there for spring break with their parents.I would like to suggest booking all the tour bus and families in one section of the hotel,the line in the north tower elevator was ridiculous
Check in went well. They did accommodate us near others that were staying there also. This mainly reflects on Kayak. When we booked the ad had said it included 2 buffet breakfasts. There was no record of that on the hotels registry. Kayak acted as if we were telling a lie. Said no such offers. If you look it up it is all over there site. No one helped us. I sent letter to kayak with pictures of their site offering this. No response.
The price. The location. The pool. The drinks. The food. And oh yes, the price. Nothing. Exactly what I expected for a November weekday night. Nobody there except the older snow birds. I had the pool and hot tub practically all to myself.
Casino was fine but rooms could use some updating. Need to get better shower heads and extra covers...Get rid of the popcorn ceilings. Better attention to details.

While most people stay to go.to the casino, this place is also a great place for boaters. Ample parking, good food, and clean comfortable at a good price. Get a free VIP card for good food deals. Older property, so gets smoky.
I paid the fee for a crib and they never brkucht it up; when I called the front desk they said the last guest returned it broken. I appreciate them not sending a broken crib to my room but it would've been nice to have been notified rather than to wait until I called and reminded them I needed a bed for my baby. Need to double check my statement next month to make sure they refunded the fee.
The Beds and pillows were comfy in my opinion I slept really well. the staff was good about cleaning the room and making sure we were stocked. alot of the staff were friendly when I had questions and answered me honestly. Overall between my pros and cons my stay was good and fulfilled most of my needs. No free wifi for room (thought the ad listed it did for rooms) Elevators constantly needing fixing during my stay. (but they attended the needed repairs asap so can't complain) Wish I didn't have to walk so far to get to the front desk from my rooms i felt like they were a bit far compared to many other places i've stayed at.
Close to everything in walking distance The pool location, if you don't get out to pool between 10am and 1pm, you will not get sun as it goes behind the promenade tower, the pool are should be for guests to enjoy all day...not just a couple hrs
Loved the room and bed - very spacious The staff - especially check in - extremely slow. Had many people standing in line - and it didn't appear to bother them at all. It was nearly a half hour to get checked in.
Passagio Italian Restaurant is good, our waitress Mary was excellent! Arrived on Monday, lack of staff. Waited over 15 minutes to check in. No free wifi. Room was very warm, a/c did not work well.
The room was Spartan but nice. The décor was not like the pictures. the roof was low giving the room a cell like feel. We had fun though. The bed was comfortable and the TV was nice and clear. The room was clearly not designed as a king room. there was a large area of unused space by with no seats or couch. Wall out lets to charge cell phones were hard to get to. The window shade did not fully open.
I like the value, the location, most of the staff, the accommodations, the pool, the entertainment, and for the most part, everything about this hotel. I stay here often. Sense I stay here so much and don't gamble, I take advantage of everything else this place offers. I rarely travel with my kids, but this time I did. There are a few things that need to be looked at. The first is the fees. It may be time to offer free internet in the rooms. I believe all your competitors offer that. And their nightly rates aren't much higher than yours. Second is the local calling. One dollar for a local call? Really? And there is no mention of that fee anywhere. Not on the phone, or in the guest book, or when signing in. Third is your pool staff. I don't know if it's the sun, or the heat. But the day staff has lost their minds. The night staff is incredible. I was sitting with separate hotel guests on 3 different days. Each day we loved the entertainment of the day staff. They were so friendly until someone came into the pool area with a bag or even a drink. Then it was all out interrogating. Even if you purchased a drink on the premises, you couldn't bring it into the pool area while the pool bar was open. They were telling patrons to dispose of their drinks before entering or to just leave. Really? Your signs indicate differently about drinks purchased on or in hotel property. I think more training is required. Or a better fence installed since everyone turned away was passing drinks through or over the fence anyway. But the entertainment was priceless. I believe the people that I was sitting next to were posting the videos they were taking of the daytime pool staff being so crazy about the drink rules and yet trying their hardest to be so accommodating. Hats off to the night staff. Very accommodating and following your pool rules. Not making anything up along the way.
The staff were friendly and helpful Too many problems with the room. Eventually had to change rooms due to numerous plumbing problems. Bed very uncomfortable and rooms not nice at all for being recently remodeled.

Our room wasn't made up on our last night there. Not happy when we got back at about 8 pm & our room hadn't been made up...towels not replaced, etc. called housekeeping & we waited over an hour before anyone came to fix our room. Very frustrating as this day was our 54th wedding anniversary!!

We liked the fact it wasn't crowded. Maybe that was a sign we should have picked up on sooner. My biggest complaint was our room. When we checked in we were given the wrong room and had to ask to be moved. The new room was on the second floor and tub was extremely slow to drain, the toilet ran all day and night and the drain in the sink made very strange noises when draining. In addition, we could hear the people above us when they would walk around.
Comfortable Beds, very clean and nice Didn't like that we paid for a Deluxe King room and we got a two queens instead - they kept telling us that's the policy when you book with a third party "rooms aren't guaranteed" it's a bad policy when the room is already paid for and you give it to someone else. The staff was very unapologetic and left a bad taste in our mouths.
Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Casino has a good variety of games. Great entrance with a tropical theme. Beverage manager needs to look into the variety of beers. Beer selection was very poor and no draft beer (there is draft beer in the restaurants). Casino has low ceilings which keeps the smoke confined.
Casino staff was excellent. Most of the dealers were fun and entertaining. Will return to the tables but might not stay there again. After being gone all day our room was not cleaned. The next day the beds were made and nothing else was cleaned. On our third day finally the sink and toilet was cleaned. Only one light bulb worked in the room.
Location was about it. We were not given the room reserved, then had to move to another room and charged more money.
Pretty good disco, food selection good had bubba gumps and deli, ok workout room, nice river access was not able to use the luggage cart, required to use bell hop, can of coke $1.75 ??? charged us for refrigerator used for medication at $10 per day.

The staff were good very helpful and nice. I didn't like that there was nothing good to eat late at night at least a Mcdonald or Jack in the box. Didn't like that you had to leave the card in and charging 2 dollars for room key not good.

I originally went for the Mountain view room, since it was a lot cheaper. The hotel employee were really nice and courteous, they gave us a river view for no charge in the North tower. The hotel room was very nice, better than I expected. I had an awesome trip, even rented a couple of jet skis.
One maintenance man was the only staff that actually cared about customer service. disgusting rooms, Dirty towels left on the floor no sheets on the bed! our reservations were not as requested then we had to move rooms three times with small children, our stuff seemed out of place in the room and when we looked a credit card gold ring and cash had been stolen! We had the only keys to our rooms! No refrigerator unless you request early and it s $10 per day fee. After calling security to report the theft we called the management they Said they could not help in any way! Because we called security they say the now they have no control! Even though this was a manager I was speakingThe were not willing to comp anthying not food, boat tickets, arcade tickets, movie passes, bowling or even any one of our four night stay!
What we liked about our rooms, as we traveled with young kids including a one year old, is that our rooms smelled clean and we didn't get the hint of cigarette smoke smell as we did at another hotel. Cleanliness is always important but not everyone gets it right to the air. We were in a non smoking area and that helps.

The casino is great! Gives you many options to choose from. The indoor and outdoor activities are plentiful and the customer service was beyond perfect. My family whom stayed in harrahs were amazed at the great customer service offered here. NA
