Stayed in the Arabian Nights room, V. impressive. Breakfast every morning was delicious, Heidi, who did all the cooking was very friendly. John made sure we had everything we needed from water when we were hiking to tea and coffee on our return. Staff always willing to help and chat. Would hihgly reccommend
The staff were very friendly and the meal was beautiful and very reasonable. None
Staff was very friendly. Room was quite comfortable. Hotel had a sauna (I didn't use it though). Very centrally located on the island with a nice view on the beach about 200m away. Breakfast was nice. Dinner was ok if you like meat (or fish). Shower was ok. tv with internal dvd player. Free WiFi. No big negatives but still: Official check in time only until 6pm (At request I was allowed to check in at 10pm because it's impossible to reach the island from Holland within 1 day before 6pm, they made no hassle). Bad typical "hotel music" in the restaurant (one cd with some instrumental pan-flute and piano versions of evergreens on repeat). No vegetarian dishes for dinner. No minibar. Only 8 tv channels. Shower was fixed and mounted a bit to low for me (I'm 1,84m). Pressure was not bad but hot water came up after 1min and disappeared for 5 minutes one time in my 4 night stay. No computer with internet available for guests (so BYO-laptop or go to the internet cafe 5min dive away.)
Location is wonderful! Nearby pub and walks are great, good parking. Breakfast was great value and very nice. Yes, the room is too cold!! Hotels in Ireland need to heat the room and provide electric blanket all year!
Everything about our brief stay at the Atlantic Breeze was A+. Not one thing to complain about. Easy to find and in a beautiful location. Mary was so nice and helpful and the view from her breakfast room is unbelievable. The breakfast itself was very good too. Highly recommend the Atlantic Breeze
