7.9 Good
Pros: The people at the desk were very helpful and they cooked a delicious supper for us even after normal dining hours. They also gave me newspaper to stuff/dry my boots and let me put them in the warming room with the water heater. Loved the large decorated Norwegian trunks in the hall.
Cons: Paying extra for towels and bedding. The room and food were a bit expensive, but typical for Norway.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacy and breakfast was delicious
Cons: The shower was broken, so we had to take the bath, but it also was clogged, moreover the electricity was gone after night.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Localization and personel
Cons: Sheets and towels extra paid Self cleaning
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful staff - such a warm welcome. The hotel isn’t in the most exciting part of Norway but we really enjoyed this comfortable hotel in quiet and pretty surroundings. Beautiful freshly cooked eggs and bacon for breakfast. Comfortable, good sized rooms. We had dinner also and it was very good.
Cons: Nothing. It was all good here.
7.5 Good
Pros: Environment was very nice!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very good staff (the manager did many things personally) and good restaurant.
Cons: Gap between matrasses.
6.7 Good
Cons: When we got to the hotel, we were informed that the sheets would cost 175 kr for each person. We knew in advance that we would have to pay an additional fee for the linen, but this was an extorsion. It's 350 kr! It basically represents 1/3 of the price of the room. It's not reasonable at all.
7.9 Good
Pros: Lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The fresh baked breads and made-to-order eggs and bacon were exeptional at breakfast. All the personnel were very kind, friendly and helpful!
Cons: The steep, high ladder up to the kids loft made me glad we didnt have any with us.

Cons: A couple of the furnishings require replacing, they are getting a little old.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Off street parking for motorcycle.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent dinner and especially breakfast
Cons: Coffee maker in room would be nice, but coffee is available in lobby, so no big problem.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location with the river behind it. Ask for a room on the riverside. Ours was n ground level so we could just walk and do the trails. It's a ski resort. we were there on a weekend in September and there were lots of hikers in the area. Our apartment could hold six (2 rooms of bunks without a window) but there were just two of us so lots of space and a great kitchen,
Cons: We had to leave. It was perfect weather - sunny and 17C.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very comfortable stay with beautiful surroundings. Breakfast was great. I will happily come here again.

Pros: The setting is beautiful. Lovely area to go for walks. The room was quite spacious and warm. We had a lovely view of the water. The free coffee in reception is a nice touch. The food was good in the restaurant and the breakfast selection was great.
Cons: I would have liked a second pillow on my bed.

6.0 Good
Pros: Good location for the Hovden Ski centre. The snow was fantastic. The breakfast was also great. Staff also went well out of their way to be helpful. I would return here but with a car!
Cons: While there is a free bus supplied, due to the timetable you do need a car to do the area real justice in low session periods as taxis not always available. I also partly booked the room for the on-site restuarant which I had not realised was closed during the week. It was not a major problem for me but note it does not have a 24hr reception.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: the best breakfast we ever had
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good. The personnel was pleasant
Cons: The wooden floor was ofcourse noisy and the walls between the rooms were thin, thereby lot of noice from other guests
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean bathroom, good bed, Nice breakfast, though served a bit late for working people. Quiet (off season),
Cons: No breakfast before 8 am!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were incredibly helpful (and friendly) and put in extra effort to accommodate my allergies, ensuring I had a nut-free breakfast and at an extra early time in the morning because we had an early start!
