9.6 Excellent
Pros: The chef of the restaurant, Michel, is one of the best top chef in Chile. And the wine list is pefectly matched with his authentic food. The water of the swimming pool is enough warm not to go to a natural therm
Cons: The bed room is small but the shower room is big. I wished to have a wine glass in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant is amazing, we had a very nice dinner for a very reasonable price. The thermal pools were a real treat. It was so nice to soak in the hot water and watch the river go by. We even saw a kingfisher on the tree above us! For breakfast, there was home-made bread and juice, and lots of fruit and different seeds and nuts to add to cereal or yogurt.
Cons: Taking a shower in the giant jacuzzi tub was a little tricky. The floor of the tub was very slippery, and adjusting the water temperature was a little difficult. Also, the sliding glass door that went to the balcony did not really lock.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The lacation is great and the pool was pretty good.
Cons: A Famili inside the termas behaved like they were in their private pool, shouting talking loudly even a boy was eating a big cookie inside the pool! and no persones were there to let them know they must follow the rules written on the sign hanging on the wall which is very clear and in spanish language. The staff is ok besides that at the moment of the payment, as I am foreigner and I have the option to not pay taxes, but only if I pay in US Dollars, they did not accepted my money arguing that it was bot a brand new notes, brand new notes! In the mountains far away from civilization asking for brand, impeccable notes?. What a lack of criteria and common sense!

Pros: The surroundings, and the warm wood feeling of the facilities. Amazing. Very nice staff also
Cons: It was too far from Pucón
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This was our second visit to this beautiful lodge. This time we stayed in the main building, in a basic double room, but it was still very comfortable and pleasant. The heated pool is a perfect place to relax and soak, and the natural hot springs by the river are really great. For me, though, the real draw of this place is the restaurant. The food is absolutely top notch, with an elegance and creativity that you won't find for twice the price in metropolitan restaurants. The three course menu offerings change every day and showcase the chef's imagination and care with preparing many locally sourced ingredients. Even the desserts were complex creations with multiple components (such as an amazing deconstructed lemon tart). These menus are specially priced for guests, were an incredible value, and filled me with happy anticipation for each meal. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive and most communicate well in English.
Cons: When we stayed in the detached cabin suites, we had robes to use in the pool and thermal baths, but we didn't get robes in the more basic room. It would be nice to have them in all the rooms. Although the food in the restaurant is amazing, there wasn't a lot of lighter choices, and almost nothing vegetarian. It would be nice, especially for lunch, to have some lighter options, like salads or sandwiches.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location if you want peace and quite. This place is surrounded by nature, but is near to the Caburgua town where you can find restaurants and basic services. Also it´s near to National Parks and amazing spots to visit. The area itself looks awesome. The facilities very nice decorated, with a rustic style but very comfy; placed near to a river and in the middle of a little forest, with your own space inside the property, very intimate place. Perfect breakfast.
Cons: Difficult to get there without a car, you will need to know all the instructions in advance cause is not that easy to get (google maps could fail), I missed the small towels for you hair & bath amenities.
