Too much beton for my taste around the pool and terrace, too much city type hotel
The most unique hotel really amazing worth seeing even if you weren't staying here. Really five star. Excellent breakfast great food
Everything in the room is so high tech. Our curtains started opening and closing by themselves at 2:00 am. We shoul have asked for a little inservice on how to work all the controls.
I liked the facilities, the friendly staff and the big selection of food at breakfast and lunch.
Good design, pleasant staff, clean and efficient, good facilities
A bit understaffed in some areas
Excellent pool facilities .
The opening hours of the hotel bar we found could be extended at weekends.
The hotel gardens are wonderful. The staff helpful and cheerful. The food is excellent.
Only the fact that I paid 53euros per night more than was necessary, and presumably that much more than most of the other guests.
The spacious areas at the pool and beautiful scenery
In the evenings room service would take up to an hour for a tea and a coffee. More staff is needed. Also it's too big, I do not know where everything is after being 3 days there. La Zahara restaurant is way too expensive, it cost 150euros for 2 and we were both young people. Finally the way to go out to the beach was very long.
Perfect setting, very friendly staff, good facilities, enjoyed spa treatments, cleanliness.
The music in the communal areas (corridors) was too loud.
The customer services staff, Bachi, Maria and Monica were very good
Rooms were noisy from the disco on the ground floor, the rooms were not up to standard with leaks in the bathroom shower reported but not fixed, the hotel food was not good value for money and very few staff could communicate in English
Comfortable, clean and pleasant surroundings
Found nothing to complain about
