The ecological footprint of the bath'room' is a miracle. On 40x40 inches there is a wash-bowl, a toilet and a shower sink (25x25inches). And the plastic curtain sticks snugly to your body whilst the water trickles down on you. And yes, it is really close to the Bardenas, but you should consider going there by camping car.
In the same house stayed for the night men who were not tourists, they made noise until 23:30 they cooked their meal and all the bad smell was in the whole house and in our room. We arrived in a dark entrance room with the curtains closed in the evening and also in the morning. Strange welcome: first a neighbor from the street showing us a room, then a lady arriving for some minutes and changed to a different room and in the morning was there to cash the money. we asked for a breakfast when arriving but we have not got one as agreed . We did not feel on holidays and it was a really bad experience. We don't understand the ton of superb and great descriptions from other visitors, thus something must have changed in the meantime - but unfortunately for us not for the better.
Esperanza (the host) is a welcoming and lovely lady. She made great breakfast and told wonderful and funny stories. Made our day!
