Location with easy access
Had issues with room first night concerning heat but was moved to different room on 2nd night and all was good.
Staff were friendly. Nice and clean hotel with comfy beds.
Hotel was full and breakfast was very crowded.
By far the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel within the last decade of constant business travel.
Clean comfy beds, close to food and Walmart which is good to be close to in a 3 day drive, very fast pizza delivery from dominos
We were initially given an unclean room, then reluctantly by the front desk clerk, after he sd they were booked up, but another guest informed me she had just cancelled her room; we given another room. Well later we discovered this room has stained sheets
We had difficulty getting extra towels two extra pillows and an extra blanket in the shower there was and a bar of used SOAP already placed in the top corner that the maid failed to move remove when she clean the shower
hidden charge for safe. Will not book again.
Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Dried urine between seat and toilet tank; bits of thin, silvery foil on carpet in room; food on floor in prep room, visible from breakfast room; food-like substance stuck to 'welcome' mat in front of hotel.
The location of the hotel was great.
Our room had bed bugs, the A/C barely worked, and the cleaning staff was rude and made several comments that they were ready to go home.

Breakfast food is of poor quality
Desk lady was very nice! Breakfast was nice.
Swimming pool windows were disguisting. There were no towels there either.
very close to everything, staff very helpful - they called cab service for us when we were ready to leave. check in / check out very easy.would stay here again.
guests on floor above us could be heard running very early in the morning. Very loud and couldn't sleep.
Very nice updates
Bad neighborhood. Lady working breakfast room was rude.
The rooms were clean and stocked.
I did NOT get my 6am wake up call,I got no call at all whjch made me run behind for my daughters wedding. The guest was arriving at the church before I arrived. I talked to the G.M. and he told me it was only a wake up call , whats the big deal . I will n
It was about 7 minutes from downtown saint louis. Proximity without the crowds. Staff was very friendly.
The pool looked a little off color

Dry blood and puke in the blanket. The TV didn't work. Towels were very dingy.
It was nice when I stayed last year.
I arrived and was told I did not have a room due to over booking and computer problems.
The best was the young lady that checked us in. She was very nice and helpful. The other staff was also very friendly.
The chair in the room had unknown stains, the room had a moldy odor and did not smell clean. Also the roof had tarps on it.
The staff was pleasant and professional.
There was a bedbug in my room the first night of my stay and cleanliness in not up to par.
The staff was very caring.
The room is old and needs refurbishing. It wasn't clean - sticky stuff on the carpet, toilet had residue from last occupant; the windows don't open and the room smelled. There's a lot of mechanical room noise and noise from upstairs neighbors. Hard bed.
Rooms very clean and the staff was very helpful. Very good breakfast with a big selection of food. Would stay their again.
I liked that they had a laundry room.
The pool was out of service and it was suppost to be a guarenteed express deal. Was very unhappy that priceline wouldnt refund my money or give me a different hotel considering i only booked that hotel because of the pool.
The location was the best thing about this hotel. In between St. Louis and where my son lives we found it to be a convienient location. Obviously not the best area being next to East St. Louis, but we knew this going into the trip.
The scale was pretty filthy from the elevator to the halls to the room. Especially the rugs and walls! On day #2 of our stay we were asked to go to the front desk for our towels. Really?
Leaving. This is a not a 2.5 star hotel based on comparison to previous 2.5 star hotels from Priceline.
Dirty. Dirty. Dirty.
the clerk and the pantry caretaker. the location was quiet and pleasant with lots of restaurants and common shopping stores.
The pool was unattractive. The couches in our room and in the lobby were run down and uninviting. The bathroom floor had hair. the tub looked clean but felt rough, I purchased a Magic Eraser. It was very scummy.
I did not check in. The motel was in such a rough neighborhood I was afraid. I asked Priceline to cancel and was refused.
The first room had not been cleaned, the second smelled of smoke, the third was fine. Halls and elevator were not clean. This is not a rwo and a half star hotel. We will continue to reccommend Priceline because this is our first disappointment.
The staff here was friendly and very helpful in making local recommendations. The room was comfortable and had a nice layout. My family enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool and were all able to relax.
Conveniently located; staff courteous; room comfortable and clean.
