Pros: The hotel is very nice, room is spacious and clean, and the host Vu is really helpful and funny. The food they will offer to cook is really nice and they were able to cater for vegetarians. Vu took us on a tour of the markets on his boat, which was great, he knows a lot about the local area.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Vu (the host) made our stay there to an absolute highlight during our journey! He took care of us, even when I injured my back he brought me to a healer and afterwards to the hospital. I dont know what I‘d do without him! We had such a warm welcoming and stay there, I we wouldn‘t have prebooked everything we would have stayed there longer - that‘s for sure! Thank you, Vu! I hope we see each other again - you are welcome in Berlin anytime you want, my friend!
Cons: I cannot say or find anything bad
9.5 Excellent

Pros: The staff were lovely. The food was good. There is a great pool outside your room if you get the riverside room. We played football with some of the staff and local guys, which was great. The staff are really adaptive, there is someone who speaks good English and good French, and so you are always understood.
Cons: Accessibility. Couldn't take a grab to the resort from nearby. But free bikes to get around are useful. The restaurant was lovely but you could only really eat there. You can do most of the main events in about 2 days.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Mekong Lodge lived up to its good reviews; we had comfortable, immaculate lodges in a lovely garden setting. All of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be incredibly helpful. We regularly enjoyed the fantastic pool and taking meals by the riverside. Take a free bike to explore nearby Cai Be.
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, near river, with Nice swimming pool, charming bungalows.
Cons: Little opportunity to explore on your OWN, few alternatives for lunch OR dinner, therefore you are a bit dependent on hotel restaurant. Restaurant is fine, but IT is Nice to alternate with local restaurants.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff , the gardens, the free bikes, the location on the river
Cons: I felt the menu and food let this resort down. Could be better
9.3 Excellent
Cons: It would be better if the 2 rooms could communicate to each other.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely resort, clean rooms, comfortable beds, fantastic pool and helpful staff. If you are planning to visit the Mekong delta, you should choose this resort. We booked a half day boat tour with them, which was great. The food was also good, especially the different sallads. They also helped to arrange transportation to our next destination.

Cons: Can not fault the property at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were absolutely fabulous, the location is perfect as a destination for a countryside road trip, including the fact that even once you get to Cai Be it is quite off the beaten track. Loan is an amazing host. This trip and accommodation ticked all the boxes and then some.
Cons: There's absolutely nothing we didn't like. This was excellent, all around. Not a single thing to complain about.

Pros: Loan is a very attentive and caring host. Her food is absolutely delicious and inexpensive. A perfect place to relax for a few days!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly welcome by Loan, the Hostess. Nothing is too much trouble. Quite remote location but easy to reach by bike or motorbike taxi. An easy free bike into town. Excellent dinner menu at reasonable prices. Breakfast (included) was just perfect, served, like the romantic candlelit dinner, on the lawn. Fresh healthy, local produce- freshly baked bread. Caters for vegetarians. The bedrooms are well appointed with fun mosquito nets and good aircon. The en suite is partly open roofed giving an exhilarating shower. Massage lady is a proper therapist who really knows aged bodies! Cost £5 one hour. Organises fantastic tours. Laundry beautifully done, overnight and inexpensive. Best I can say is we will visit again which will be our third time!
Cons: There is nothing I didn't like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ms. Loan and her staff was very hospitable, friendly and helpful. The lodge was simple yet comfortable. It was truly an experience to wake up with roosters, have the open roof shower, go on the motorbike taxi, private boat tour and catch a glimpse of life in Cai Be. Ms. Loan even helped us out on organising the transfer to/from HCMC, motorbike taxi, and guided us around the Cai Be area. The food at the property was amazing. Thank you so much for giving us a memorable experience!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Quiet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was large and super comfy. The bath room was opened to nature. Loan was a great host and a wonderful chef. I am impressed by her food. Oh and everything was reasonable.
Cons: The room didnt have slippers and the door didnt have a lock from outside but those didnt bother me much. They have a safe anyway.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The HomeStay was easy to find and we were welcomed very well. They made us a dinner even if we arrived late in the evening. The room was as described !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was our second stay, first stayed 8 years ago. It has now expanded to include en suite rooms but the communal bathrooms are also a great option. Beautiful setting, very lovely family and Nguyen will help with any trips you want to plan. Email communication with him was incredibly prompt and helpful. He was able to organise us a private van back to HCMC at a very reasonable price,as we had not been impressed with our ride down. Nguyen was very happy to converse with guests about the life of his family and the economic changes in Vietnam. A most lovely and entertaining man. Guests can help prepare the evening meals. Food is beautiful and beautifully presented.
Cons: Loved everything about it.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Such a lovely family and an amazing beautiful and comfortable place to stay. This homestay deserves much more attention
9.3 Excellent
Pros: A great way to explore the Mekong area. We got to cook local food, took a bike trip around the island as well as a sightseeing trip on the river organized by our very nice host. We'd really recommend it! A great place to stay to experience the Mekong delta. And do the set menu! A really tasty meal!
Cons: Nothing bad to say!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly family guest house. Sample real village life. Relaxing. Delicious food and generous places. Lovely plants in the garden. Good value.
Cons: A simple place but that’s what we expected.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The nicest place we've stayed in Vietnam - wonderful helpful host and family, beautiful lush green environment. Delicious home cooked meals and cooking lessons included.
Cons: Nothing!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The food! We had the set menu every evening for 150k vnd/person. It was delicious and incredibly generous, we were stuffed each night. We learnt how to wrap bo la lot one night too, as part of the optional quick cookery included with the set menu. The owner and family are lovely and very happy to help. The rooms are clean, basic and pleasant. The fan works well to keep you cool at night.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful tranquil surroundings. Fantastic dinner. Friendly helpful staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staying at Ba Linh was such a wonderful antidote to the craziness of HCMC. The garden is relaxing, the rooms comfortable, and Win is a great host. He organised a really interesting trip to the Floating Market for us, lent us bikes (no charge), made sure we had a great stay and even arranged transport back to HCMC for us. The special dinner they offer is well worth it, even if you are a vegan (I am). Some other reviews said it's not really worth the price (150k dong) but I would disagree - I'm guessing they've improved things since that review was written. Thanks for a great stay!

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Easy to reach from An Binh ferry terminal; the owner was very nice and her whole family was lovely as well; homemade dinner was plenty and delicious; free bikes to wander around An Binh island; could have spent the whole day in the patio there swinging on one of the hammocks
Cons: Coffee and lunch were maybe a bit overpriced compared to other places in Vietnam but still very good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is wonderful place! Very friendly hosts, comfortable room, spacious terrace, convient hammock. Possibility to order boat trip on the Mekong river, rent motorcycle. I’ve never eat so much tasty dinner as in Ngoc Sang. Distance from the ferry only 1 km. Very nice place to take a rest and enjoy the life. Important tip for travelers: if you prefer comfortable, rich hotels with elevator, swimming pool, breakfast to bad - don’t choose this homestay. This place is for people who are open for REALLY simple life condition on Delta Mekong. If you are backpacker you will fall in love!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was soo good. The morning boat ride was also really nice. The bed was comfy. My room didn't have ac but it was fine with the fan. Other rooms might have ac from what I have heard.
Cons: The only negative thing was the neighbours singing karaoke at night. This might be because of the holiday though
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful and friendly family. Delicious food. Great experience.
Cons: A little hot at night but that was to be expected.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We got off the bus from HCMC and got a motorbike taxi to the ferry. The ferry only costs 1,000 dongs to get to an Bình. From the ferry stop it is only a 10 minute walk to the homestay. The homestay is perfect and exactly what we wanted. There’s a mother, grandmother and a very enthuatsic daughter always wanting to play. They offer you a sunset tour in an authentic boat and free bikes for you to cycle around the beautiful island. Recommend!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The lady who owns the homestay and runs it is amazing! Lovely and friendly, very helpful and great English. She was the perfect host. Her meals were also very good and very filling! It's a nice quiet spot with plenty of hammock for lounging around in. We loved it here!
Cons: The only negative was that the first night of our stay was VERY hot. We had a fan in the room but it didn't do much to cool us down unless you stood right in front of it. The second night was much more comfortable (or perhaps we'd got used to the heat). A/C would be ideal for the very hot weather. Otherwise everything was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: True experience in the Mekong Delta, friendly staff and incredible local food.
Cons: Bed was hard (but that seems standard in Asia) and place was difficult to get to but it’s all part of the adventure!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner was very welcoming. The whole family looked after us. The dinner they cooked was exceptional. The location was great for exploring the delta
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Ngoc Sang. The hostes was very welcoming and even picked us up from the ferry! After we enjoyed their lovely home cooked diner, we decided to book a boat tour with them for the day after (definitely recommended). We had the best time and they even served us breakfast on the boat :). Had a great time with this amazing family!
Cons: In our option, the pillows were a bit hard
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I arrived super late due to buses running late and Oanh still picked me up at the ferry terminal. Really peaceful place and was able to use the bike they provided. Dinner with the fried fish was amazing. Really lovely home stay, super friendly and helpful and enjoyed my time there! Would go back
Cons: Also went on a small Mekong cruise with her husband, I expected to see a bit more of the river/ waterways. We only went to the main river bit which took long as the wind was very strong with waves and the motor could not be used. Watched the sunset and returned.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Family are really friendly and cook delicious food, even made us dinner when we arrived late in the evening. Free bikes to use whenever you like and an open fridge to always get cold water or beers (write down what you've had). The garden is beautiful and perfect for relaxing in a hammock.
Cons: Although the room and beds are nice more fans would be good, one above each bed maybe?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Especially the staff, and the food, and the location (go for a bike tour)
Cons: Nothing ! Everything was amaizing!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Family is so friendly and welcoming! Comfortable, relaxing facilities. This was such a nice change of pace for me after crowded, busy Saigon. Took the delta tour offered by the Homestay one of my days, and it was one of the highlights of my trip! Thank you for a great stay!
Cons: I stayed in a private room, but they’re open between the walls and the ceiling & one of my neighboring rooms decided to have loud sex one night. Not the owner’s fault at all, just perhaps request the rooms that are a little more private.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Loved the quiet location, being across the river from Vinh Long. This was a nice homestay eating a homemade meal with the family. Free use of bicycle was great to get around the island.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location 600 m from the small ferry. The owners arranged a pickup. The room was simple, the power points are not the newest but everything worked. The mosquito net helped a lot at this place - don’t forget your repellent! The garden is lovely. The terrace is next to a little Mekong creek. 500 m west you can see the Sunset. The offered dinner is delicious, the 130 k are well spent in a 4-course-menu, also you can socialize with other guests. Re-comment: Yes, there are roosters- but come on, didn’t you want to stay on an island with country-life?
Cons: The bathrooms are very simple and shared, but ok. Many of the bikes aren’t in a good shape - but hey, you can use them for free.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: - Location is good! - Free bikes (careful, half of them are not working well) - We recommend to take the dinner at the hotel! We enjoyed this moment very much.
Cons: - The roosters scream all night... It's everywhere the same I guess on An Binh Island, so brace yourselves.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location on the island, not far away from the ferry, perfect to chill out. Lots of hammocks, beautifuul garden. Really good boat tour, very nice and helpfull owners, and super good food!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Lovely place, good price, awesome diner (worth the price) breakfast was good, they managed a boat tour on the mekong and also a bus to go to Saigon (which was actually cheaper than futa bus). The family is nice and they were really lovely. Offering fruit and smiling all the time. The garden is also nice and you'll appreciate to chill there when it's too warm outside.
Cons: If there's something negative to say, there is no conditioned air, just fans.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice and very relaxed Place. The homemade food is great!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, available to answer questions (before and during the stay), book trips and ready to share about the culture. The family is very welcoming, and happy to share their lifestyle. We stayed in a bungalow (basic facility, two large beds and mosquito net, fans, bathroom, perfect for an adventure break from our every day life) facing the garden, we could even spot pineapples out from the window! We ate mango, dragon fruit and pineapple that the family grow in their garden. Ha Thanh took us on 2 boat trips, on his own boat. One trip at sunset, he took us through the fish farm and explained how they work. The second trip was from 6am to 12pm, we went to Cai Be to see the floating market (not much left), and Ha Thanh had a lot of surprises in store... prices for the boat trips are very reasonable! There are many bikes available to go and explore the island. They might not be in the best condition but Ha Thanh will fix it up for you.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing setting! This is a very tasteful and discreetly built hotel comprised of a set of bungalows right by the Mekong. The staff were really nice and helpful. We did two Mekong tours organised by the hotel that we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was well equipped and the view from the room was nice The staff was nice and the facilities were nice for this area of vietnam: the hotel proves bikes, kayaks, gym and swimming pool, and many tours can be organised from there (even if expensive compared with market price).
Cons: The bed was not so comfortable The food of the restaurant was really over priced and not tasty at all for dinner. It was in our opinion not at the level for such 'luxury' resort.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: everything
Cons: Ok I guess I gotta say something - I asked for my eggs 'easy over' and they weren't, haha
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Minor complaints were solved by very attentive manager and staff. Very attentive manager gives personal attention and excellent directions what to do nearby or go for at longer distance. Makes you feel at home. He invited us to go and pick own vegetables, all organic tasting very good. We enjoyed eating in their own beautiful restaurant with a terrace with great view and were served a couple of excellent local dishes. Their breakfast is more than perfect. Lots of dishes to chose from Nice spa with friendly staff and good massage. Large pool suits both good swimmers and kids. The bicycles we could use were of a good quality. We saw that the manager ( Mr. ??... duc ) had good contact with his staff on various all levels and if necessary we saw him physically helping to move things around. Good place to relax a couple of days after all the hectic and crowded cities.
Cons: All OK. Nothing we could mention.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice rooms with amazing view, beautiful garden and spa area, phantastic guided tour with local guide, professional management.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: PERFECT RESORT with PERFECT STAFF to truly relax and enjoy the Mekong Delta Area. I have been to 21 countries on every continent and this is absolutely one of the best hotel/resort anywhere in the world. The staff is fantastic , they treat you like family. The food is awesome, every meal was great and the freshly made cocktails were marvelous. Prices are very good!! The Manger Duy Nguyen is a great guy, he lives on the resort and is always available to ensure that you are comfortable and happy. He took us to the resort garden to harvest our own fresh vegetables and had the kitchen staff cook it for our dinner!! He also arranged a tour of the floating market for us which was a wonderful experience. He is always talking to the guest to make sure that all is well, (sometimes I wonder if he ever sleeps:). The location is excellent, lovely pool area and fantastic open air spa surrounded by small ponds and trees (highly recommend getting a massage). Resort is right on the river, you can go fishing on the resort, you can also relax and watch the activities on the river. It is truly amazing to watch the people of this beautiful country go about their lives on the river from the comfort of the resort. You can also book a dinner cruise. I wished we had stayed longer but I will certainly travel half way around the world again to visit this beautiful part of the planet and stay at this resort. PLEASE REMEMBER TO TIP THE STAFF, THEY DESERVE IT. Thank you Mr. Nguyen and your staff for the great memories that we will always remember and treasure.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was a memorable one for all the right reasons

With the bicycles free you can explore the countryside and city, its great. The boat tour and guide were perfect and the food is nice. The rooms are very clean and confortable and the balcony is really nice.
Cons: Complicated to have lunch or dinner in another place because not a lots of things in town and the hotel is not exactly in town.

Cons: ?
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location. Clean and spacious
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good localisation. The owner was really friendly, even he doesnt speak english he triend to do best to help us everytime.
Cons: Room was a little bit dusty and we have trashes in trash bin after erlier users of this room. But after all i think the place is really good for price.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very comfortable room, great shower. Good layout to the room. Friendly staff, cafe just over the road and not too far from food vendors. Indoor parking for our motorbikes. Good location.
Cons: The sign outside was on all night which isn't a problem, however the room did not have strong blackout curtains which meant a fluorescent glow came through the window.
6.8 Good
Pros: The a/c worked well and there was also a fan. The wifi worked well. The location is near the bus station, the market, and the weekend walking street. There was a tankless water heater, so water temp and pressure were good. Room was recently painted and LED lights installed. There was a fridge. If you want a reasonable bed & shower this place works. TIP for the town - Mekong Travel has an office nearby. They have a fabulous boat tour. Nguyen is a great guide.
Cons: Shower is right over the toilet. You could save time and literally use the toilet while showering. Not much interaction with the staff. When I went to pay early a woman attempted to just raise the rate. I went back the next day and a man collected the appropriate amount.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: -good price-performance ratio! -nice hosts and family (they invited us to share a fresh coconut and sitting with the family)
Cons: -the room was not in best shape -gecko's and mosquitoes in the room Good for people who are not expect any high comfort, like backpackers. But the price is unbeatable (9$ per night)
7.5 Good
Pros: Although the room is a little small, it's clean and near the city center.
Cons: The owner only speak Vietnamese.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.
Cons: There were quite some mosquitos but their mosquito killer spray worked wonders
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Superb value. Centrally located and well-run hotel by friendly family. Large room (with a window! - not common in this price bracket) with big bed and fresh bed linen. Bed is firm, but we prefer that. Decent AC. Good shower and bathroom. Limited English but they love even the smallest amount of effort in Vietnamese. Bikes 50k/day. Comments about curtains and door are correct - need to bring an eye-mask
Cons: Slight smell of cigarettes (but allowed so perhaps expected). Seat height on bike was limited and thus a bit uncomfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice and comfy hotel, very clean!! Would recommend 100%
Cons: The staff doesn't speak english which makes it a bit complicated. But always willing to help :-)

Cons: Just be prepared that the bed is quiet hard and bring earplugs for mister rooster :-)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The home was very clean and the hosts were very kind and welcoming
Cons: I would have liked some chairs to relax in. There was only dining chairs. The room had a little porch but no sun cover or anywhere to sit.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Felt like part of the family
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at the Meekong Rustic Garden homestay. We experienced amazing hospitality, and there was always fresh fruit available to snack on.The food was amazing, we chose to eat dinner each night at the homestay as the food was so good. There is plenty to explore on the island by pushbike, so much more than Google Maps show. We found a fantastic Pho restaurant near the market in the center of the island. It is also very easy to get to Cai Be to look around.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice emvironment, tidy rooms, open and shared bath room.
Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: The location is wonderful, it’s right in the middle of where you want to be to see the natural sights of Cai Be, though it’s hard to know that if you arrive after dark. The food is amazing, and for the spread out before you is quite cheap (150K dong for a whole fish, pepper hot pot chicken, omelette, soup, rice, tea and more) especially considering breakfast is included.
Cons: I wasn’t aware from the description or reviews that the room would be so simple, nor that the shower and bathroom are outside. It’s a real homestay, and that’s actually nice, but it’s not quite as described. I heard others arrive at about 6am who were very unhappy based on the photos and the claims of English being spoken (again, I don’t think you should expect this is Vietnam, but it is in the description). Book here and fill yourself on amazing food, be sleeping amongst the real tributaries of the Mekong, have a bed to lay your head, but be aware of what you’re booking.

7.0 Good
Pros: Locatie
Cons: Couldn’t speak english, renting a motorbike was way too expensive for only two hours. She made a mistake with our passports and came after us for more money even so afterwards. Didn’t feel very nice..
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were brilliant, helped us organise a boat trip to see the candy making and orchards. They also helped with our transport to Ho Chi Minh- the service was 5*. The facilities were as expected for the price- clean and comfortable!
7.5 Good
Pros: Stayed one night as passing through Vinh Long. The Hotel is located near to a supermarket, so you buy your own water and food. We had a good size room, shower had good pressure and temperature. Large bed, be it Vietnamese hard, but still got a good sleep. Nothing bad to say, was a good place to stay whilst passing through.
Cons: Drinks were pricy, but supermarket round the corner so buy your own from there.
6.3 Good
Pros: Really nice hosts, good price, very good location, also good laundry which was really helpful.
Cons: Bed was extremely hard. Also seemed to do some construction at midnight.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: the location is really good near the pier to the island. the family who runs the place is kind and helpful. the room was bright and clean. good value for money. they also rent bikes and motorbikes.
Cons: the street under the building is a little noisy. Curtain in the room are too light for the morning sun.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The view, the location.
Cons: Staff almost not able to talk English - even organizing a bus was a big problem Very loud, only aluminium doors, constant barking dogs outside

7.5 Good
Pros: Location is close to market and river pier.
Cons: No free water at all. The receptionist is friendly but her English is not good enough to explain everything we need. Room is not cosy- tiles on the walls around bed. We got lost because the building numbers are not in logical order, but taxi drivers helped us to find it.

8.2 Excellent (27 reviews)

The property's on-site restaurant serves seasonal fruits, a 3-course Vietnamese dinner and complimentary breakfast. Guests can also attend a free cooking class. Free use of bicycles is available at this homestay and the area is popular for fishing.
6.3 Good
Pros: The island on which the property is located is very quite, not busy and good for bike trips. The Homestay had a nice garden to relax in. Bikes (even though not in the best condition) were for free. We got picked up by the ferry which made it easier for us to reach the place.
Cons: The bathroom situation was difficult. Besides that it wasn’t really clean our complex didn’t have water for one day at all. Let’s be clear it’s a pretty big facility - so you feel and be more treated like a hotel guest than staying with a Homestay family. Dinner was in the beginning 100.000, then they told us it’s 140.000 and in the end we were charged 150.000 per person without drinks. On the last day we wanted to go back to Saigon. The Homestay family arranged bus tickets for 150.000 per person. Later on the bus we found out that the rest of the people just payed 90.000. Still don’t know where those 60.000 per person went..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing. Such a nice family.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very nice, helpful and welcoming family ! The place is lovely and peaceful. The food is also really good !
7.0 Good
Pros: Great hosts that speak English very well and have lots of helpful info. Loved the family atmosphere and the relaxing bike rides (free bikes!) in this rural area.
Cons: Room was a bit dingy (the walls didn't quit separate us from the noises of their family room) and beds weren't the most comfortable.

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Location is too far and isolated from the main town. Think twice when you book this “hotel”. From the main road, you have to travel 10km through small and bumpy country road just to reach a ferry terminal, then take ferry to cross to the other side of the river to reach the hotel. 10km on the normal road is nothing when you travel by car, but it could take you as long as 2 hours on Vietnamese country road. Further more, there is no road side, no street light, we have to keep stopping the car to ask the locals how to reach the ferry. Good luck to you if you travel in the evening! To make it worse, the hotel staff didn’t bother to answer the hotel main line, we had to call the hotel for a very long time (half an hour or longer) before they finally picked up the phone. I am a Vietnamese, I spoke to them in local language but still they can’t explain very well how to go from main road to the hotel. So if you can’t speak Vietnamese, good luck! Food: hotel staff will buy breakfast for you, they don’t cook. We had dinner in the hotel 1 night, the food is average, don’t waste money. Facilities: it should not be called hotel because it doesn’t provide hotel standard facilities or services. No TV in the room, a small TV was placed at the dining area which is not comfortable to sit long, no desk phone, the shower head in the bathroom should use to water the plant only, not for showering, it’s so weak and so little water dripping down from the spray. Payment: it says you pay directly to hotel during your stay, but my credit card had been charged full amount way before I arrived and when the cancellation period was still valid. So, be very very careful with this hotel because they don’t operate according to booking.com policy. Noise: I thought countryside is a quiet and peaceful place to rest till I spent a night in this hotel. Not their fault, it’s just the nature of this remote area where there is a symphony of insects and frogs at night.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very nice und organized transport for us back to Ho Chi Minh. Once they speak more English the communication should be easier. The boat tour they organize is quite interesting, we heard also good feedback from the bike tour. The fishing class in the garden was a funny experience. The garden is really nice, giving the place a very nice and peaceful atmosphere. The bungalows are only made of natural materials and the bathroom is open air. The breakfast was nice.
Cons: Some bar or neighbours play sometimes quite loud music, which disturbs the peaceful atmosphere of the place.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The personal approach, help in times of distress (little kids that got sick) and tours exploring the surroundings (with little kids on the back of the bikes) was absolutely fantastic. Yêń was super helpful and nice and sweet and everything we wished for the 4 nights we spend at the home stay. They even threw us a little party at New Year’s Eve with cake and some fireworks and wine and beer. We loved it and her and them.
Cons: Nothing we can think of.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a peaceful retreat on the island, quiet and secluded place.
Cons: It was fine
10.0 Excellent
Pros: That Nice Location, Mekong River
Cons: Nature and arm

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean and looked completely new. The bathroom had a very good and warm shower. The hotel itself is very nice and located close to the Mekong river so you can take the ferry which goes every ten minutes (1000 VND) to An Binh and rent a bicycle there to go around. Very beautiful! We even had a small balcony with a nice view. The staff speaks quite good English but around not a lot of people do so. We did not find any possibility to have continental breakfast so we ate the Vietnam style Pho in the morning in a near by boat-restaurant.
Cons: The bed was a little bit too hard and the room smelled very strong due to mothballs hided in the cupboard. as soon as we removed them it was great :)
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely recommended. Wonderful staff, great position, clean, cheap. Really, in doubt, don't exitate.
Cons: About the tours, just insist for an English speaking guide, the hostel staff will surely help you.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were the best I've ever had. Very kind and helpful beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend!
Cons: It would be nice to have bedstand on both sides of the bed. Vietnamese beds are so firm, I have a hard time being comfortable, but the staff did everything they could to accommodate my pampered lifestyle preferences.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Super clean and nice room for a very good price right in the center of town, staff was extremely friendly too. Definitely worth a recommendation...
Cons: As with all Vietnamese hotels located anywhere close to other people, it can be noisy if some from the neighborhood decides to turn up the amp of their karaoke box. But that's not the hotels fault and you need to be in the middle of nowhere to escape it :)
