Pros: The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and shower was great. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable since we were there for a family member who was having surgery they were able to give us precise directions to the hospital. The breakfast was very good
Cons: It looked like they were in the process of doing some remodeling and the wallpaper was coming off the walls in the hallway and part of the wall had nothing on it and the carpet looked very dirty. That was the first thing you saw when you stepped off the elevator. It could leave the wrong impression. There were no signs saying they were doing anything. Other than that our stay was very good.
Pros: The location was ok.
Cons: There was serious water damage and mold in the bathroom and shower. My girlfriend and I noticed a smell on the night we checked in. When we got back later that night and went to bed, both of us woke up not feeling good and had reaspiitory difficulties. The only reason we did not go to another hotel is: 1) we were only there for a night and 2) we did not think we would be adversely affected like we were. I did not know until we were in town that a Hamption Inn was there and would have gone there instead. Also, the smell and the breathing difficulties we had were bad enought we left without showering. Not a good experience. The manager said she could not comp us because I booked through this travel app, I will be calling soon to discuss options. NOT WORTH THE PRICE I PAID AND VERY DISSAPOINGED!
Pros: Love this hotel... Very clean with nice amenities. We were extremely please with this facility!!
Cons: My only complaint would be the pillows... too full for us.

Pros: Good location and appearance, and friendly staff — but my requested non-smoking room — which was clearly marked as non-smoking — smelled like an old ashtray. And by morning, so did I. I foolishly decided to stay in it rather than move to a second floor room. Won't make that mistake again.
Pros: We enjoyed everything, our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. It was close to anything we needed. Staff was extremely friendly.
Pros: The staff was really friendly and available. It was clean, the rooms we clean too. Breakfast had only a few options but we didn't complain. It was complementary. Great for just resting the night.
Cons: We had two FULL beds, wish they were QUEEN at least. Maybe they do offer that but we didn't check before booking.

Cons: Made a mistake and booked the wrong night and had to pay anyway. Showed up 15 minutes later and told me they were full and would not cancel our reservation for that night. Said it was a no cancellation policy. This was at 1:45 am. The lady was very rude and was upset that she had to get out of her chair.

Cons: Dirtiest hotel I've stayed during 15 yrs of cross country traveling
Pros: It was cheap.
Cons: Dodging the roaches at night. The fact that it was a smoking room.
Pros: The bar with good music. Great wind down after a long day. After moving my daughter out of dorm at FAMU I was tired.
have no more to say.....only that I dont think I will be staying there again
Pros: the location
Cons: the room was small and the bed was not what I thought a queen bed should be its more like a full size
Cons: Torn Window coverings. Exterior of building (50 year old Holiday Inn) Contractors smoking and drinking on exterior walk ways
Pros: Location was good, room was adequate, no restaurant, meeting room was good, set up of the meeting room was not done in a timely manner and the pool needed to be vacuumed
Cons: dirty pool - poor breakfast selection
Pros: I loved the comfy bed and how clean everything was. The staff was polite and helpful.
Cons: I have nothing to complain about. It was a great experience.
I would not stay again or recommend it
Cons: Old and not maintained well. Breakfast buffet was really bad with little selection
Pros: The room was spacious
Cons: Part of the bathroom ceiling fell while there
Cons: The room was not clean enough. Also, there was a party going on at the hotel. Loud music and people talking loudly outside the door. I called the front desk after 1:00 AM and was told the party would end at 3:00 AM and the noise should get better then.
Cons: We had problems with the toilets. The paint was coming off in the tub every time you took a bath.
The only good thing was the price and the fact they had a vacancy. Free breakfast ended at 9am, even though checkout wasn't until 11. The room was tiny as was the bathroom. It seemed clean, but it was so old that it also seemed dirty at the same time. The fridge had an old piece of fruit left on the bottom of it. I did not look in the microwave. When we went to check in, the clerk said something about it being a smoking room and went to check on it (we booked non-smoking). It was supposed to be non-smoking and had signs everywhere, but reeked of old smoke, especially in the bathroom. We stayed overnight the night of daylight savings time. At 10:15 the new time, housekeeping came banging on the door and then opened it. Checkout wasn't until 11. It looked nothing like the pictures online. The room was two feet from the parking lot, so we heard everything going on outside. It was not Quality Inn standards at all. Luckily we just needed it to sleep in for one night but I DO NOT recommend this hotel.
Pros: The price
Cons: The room and bathroom were tiny. Nothing like the pictures on the site. It was clean, but old so it felt dirty. The tub was not the cleanest and the fridge was dirty inside. We were so close to the parking lot, we could hear everything going on outsid
