The Staff were very efficient and helpful especially the porter, he was very obligeing. The young girl at reception went out of her way to get us details of train times for several journeys. The swimming pool and other spa facilities were great, really enjoyed them. The rooms on the 4th floor are attic rooms and too small, we asked to be changed after the first night as did many others , we then got a very nice room on 3rd floor. The swimming poor area was very clean but very wet and dangangous. It seemed to be the same morning and evening water on tiled surround walkway does not get mopped up at all Bring safe shoes!!!! No prices on Menu! so ate out!
The view surrounding the hotel is AMAZING ! The stuff was extremely nice, they even upgraded us for a suite when they saw there's not enough room for all of us in a single room. VERY recommended
Nice simple rooms. Beautiful view. Comfortable beds and clean floors and bathroom. Lovely breakfast with a variety of Museli and toast. Good service. Wine selection was limited.
Location, hotel staff
Had a balcony and large bathroom No minibar/fridge. Directions to the hotel could be improved if signposts were put up at the bottom of the old town.
Internet terminal at 3 Euro an hour is overpriced.
The view Not a good hotel!
Excellent dinner and breakfast, efficient friendly staff, good parking. Awful shower, the room smelt of smoke, and a bunch of guests out on the terrace made so much noise they kept us awake until 2am!
Very pleasant Hotel. Reception especially friendly and helpful. Dinner menu not particulary imaginative - good local Italian food would have been preferable,
excellent room, excellent staff, excellent breackfast, better than in several other 4 star hotels we stayed during this journey.
Location Extra fees for bickes , canoe , umbrellas etc . Breafest the same every day and very limited.
Service was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and food was all very good for the price. Great views and easy access to the lake. Pool new and clean and suitable for young kids. The pool was very nice but we were told that the chairs would cost 9 euro per day to use. We thought that would be included in the hotel costs. Coffee at breakfast wasn't drinkable.
The whole Hotel was in need of modernisation, the bedroom and bathroom were very small and the shower did not work very well.
Large modern room overlooking the lake. Restaurant not open in April although not far to other local restaurants. No
The view, the staff, the food of Tverna restaurant was great No
The location was the only positive experience The furniture was very, very old and weared, the bathroom-complete disaster, the breakfast-very poor quality, even the coffee was maddy water.Simply do not go there.
the location of the hotel is very nice, great view about the lake, big terazza. wellness area for free and possibilities for sports like walking, biking etc. 1. inside and outside pools are purpose-built for children ( no swimming pool for adults ) 2. no hooks for coats inside the room ( apperantly an italian problem )
Charming hotel and very helpful staffit is a rural area if you are looking for quietness Just Perfect!
Close to autostrada; excellent for an overnight stop.
Good 3 star hotel. Good bed, shower and view. Its a 3 star that could pass as a 4 star.
Excellent and very kind staff, excellent view to mountains and trees, river. Close to Trento center, best location for work and family together being. Internet connection often could be better. But staff was very kind to give all possible support.
Atmosphere, warmth, position The breakfast was adequate but not wonderful as compared to other hotels we have stayed at of a similar level
staff very welcoming, small but cosy wellness centre and the wide variety for breakfast and romantic set for dinner room was described as superior, but was a bit on the small side
Nice &big room with all the facilities. We can't use the shower tub in the optimise way becuse it wasn's in the stable form.
Completely new hotel, friendly staff, perfect garage for motorbikes. No problems at all.
The Hotel was overol great. Easy to find, room was large modern, light with a great view so i liked everything. no
the attitude of the son who worked at the reception. he did anything he could helping me with conecting my lap top to the internet spending some time with me, unfortunately with no luck. the bads are too narrow, the room was on the first floor facing the back of the house - i've asked for high floor facing the view.
They made me feel very welcome, especially as I could not speak the language. No, the hotel and staff were excellant
Friendly staff. Very pleasant room. Good breakfast.
Nice, cozy hotel, surrounded by mountains, kind staff and very good breakfast, good position, near city center. No.
Very friendly staff, excellent room, great breakfast No view, not a lot of restaurants around
clean new maintained room, spacy breakfast can be improved by replacing consumed food
Friendly reception/bar man. Big room for 2 adults 2 kids, clean, quiet, comfortable. Decent restaurant and breakfast ok if not amazing. Next to children's playground so kids were happy. Nice view of mountains and rooftops. A good place to stay on our way from Munich down to northern Italy.
Hotel Dolomiti is a nice hotel to stay. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are good.
Beautiful natural environment and nice people. It was difficult to find location without navigation.
the view ,and the staff non
friendly and helpful staff, familiar atmosphere,
Booked the 4 person apartment for 3 nights. Nice, clean appartment with 2 seperate bedrooms and very friendly and helpfull personnel. The apartment is somewhat more away from the hotel than the specified 50 meters. I would say, at least 200m. But all this is more than compensated by the nice apartment and friendly personnel
This hotel is in the most gorgeous picturesque location. We stayed in one of the rooms on the top floor which had an incredible view over the Dolomites. The restaurant is great also. I can't recommend this hotel enough if you want a quiet, peaceful spot for a holiday. Only one thing which was that the double bed was really two singles pushed together.
Although you need to go up on the road along the mountain for about 20 minutes by car from Trento, outside view from window of this hotel was fantastic! I did not like towels. It was hard surface like sandpaper...
Nice mountain town, hotel is authentic Italian and family-run. Big rooms (for four people), nice food. Friendly hostess. My kids like the little playground next to the hotel. A bit noisy from corridor and room above. It's better to be on 4th floor where rooms are spacier and there's nobody above.
the staff was great!
