We are currently reopened for dinner service, 5pm - 11pm *** note alcohol service must stop at 10pm per Alberta Government. CHARCUT is run by co-chefs John Jackson and Connie DeSousa, who you might recognize from her appearances on Top Chef Canada, Top Chef All Stars and, most recently, as a judge for the Food Network’s Fire Masters. Together, they are two of Canada’s most celebrated chefs. CHARCUT is celebrating its 10th year as a true food and beverage destination in Calgary. It is a meat-centric paradise with a custom-built rotisserie, smoker and char-broiler, featuring amazing cuts of Alberta beef and whole rotisserie chickens. Ingredients are sourced from small, local farmers, ranchers and artisan producers, minimising the miles food travels while supporting local.
