Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at the pembroke. It was clean and within walking distance of everything. Every worker was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate.
Cons: The only issue we had during our stay was the heater. It did not appear to work appropriately. However, our room was only slightly colder than the we would have liked, so it was certainly still comfortable.
Pros: The Pembroke is centrally located near Kilkenny Castle, shopping and restaurants. Our room was large and nicely decorated with all necessary conveniences. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. Overall, an excellent value.
Cons: Because of the central location, parking is a few blocks away. It really wasn't a problem, though, because we were able to walk everywhere.

Pros: I liked everything about the Langton Hotel.
Hint: if you want a quiet room, contact the hotel direct. We were above the bar on a Sunday night, so the music ended at 9. Friday and Saturday nights, it is much louder until later. Bring ear plugs or stay up until 2. The rest of the hotel should be much quieter.
Cons: Queen bed was soft, twins were hard. A selection for everyone.
