Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds.
Cons: A little out of town.
Pros: Quiet, comfortable and friendly staff
Cons: You could turn the heating down a bit.
Pros: friendly staff
Cons: restaurant was very slow, was seated at table and left for 30 minutes without offer of a drink or being given menus. after complaint food was served quickly but was not hot enough. there did not appear to be any supervision, waiters busy but unfocussed.
Pros: it was calm with helpful staff. the covered swimming pool ensured that the water was clean and warm.
Cons: wasn't clear which rooms come with a terrace or balcony so had to pay a suppliment on arrival. in the ad it just said 'many rooms with terrace or balcony'.
Pros: Hotel is easy to find, has a very nice pool and a reasonable restaurant, which is handy because the town centre is too far to walk just for a meal and the along main road is not a particularly pleasant walk.
Pros: Room was ok; restaurant was good fo the food (stunning entreés) also if a little bit expensive
Cons: Nothing relevan
Pros: the pool and the easy access to the old town
Pros: Superior hotel for a quick overnight stay, big room, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and even a swimming pool. A little more pricey than some chain hotels but good value for money if you want to ensure a good night's sleep.
Cons: My only negative points are a) there was 1 tiny bar of soap and an impossible to open shower gel which was disappointing given all the other good points and b) the shower did not have an adjustable level/head direction, so pretty annoying when I wanted to wash my hair. These two points would cost peanuts to fix and then the hotel would be faultless.
Pros: Visited many of the surrounding villages, also two trips into Carcassonne to visit the old town and the town of Carcassonne. Also visited the coast. Very enjoyable.
Cons: Our room had a separate toilet, which we considered to be very cramped and would be very uncomfortable for a large person.

I am not the type of person who writes reviews but this hotel really impressed me and I think anyone who travels to France should have the same experience we had at this amazing hotel. I would give this hotel a 5 star. Not sure why it is rated only 3 stars. Everything about this hotel is amazing: the food, customer service, location and design. The place is secluded and is perfect for private romantic getaways. I felt like I was in a movie, so impressive and yet so affordable.
Pros: The location and design of the hotel is very beautiful. The food was freshly cooked and was delicious. Customer service was amazing, the hotel owner met us personally and we had the best stay. Such a beautiful place. I would love to return there.

An average budget hotel, good for a couple of nights if in Castres on business on own expense and you have your own transport.
Pros: It was at the right place at the right price
Cons: A rather mediocre place, cannot think of any compelling reason to chose it unless the location is convenient
