variety of breakfast served by hotel power failure more than 45 minutes until fully recovery
The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful, food was lovely, room service was exceptional. Would recommend this hotel.
safety, cleanliness & comfortable of the hotel the cyling door of the balcany broke down, the kettle must try & error then only can boil the water
The remaining enviroment in Cameron Highlands, but its quickly getting destroyed by unplanned strawberry farms ,other farms, horrible new hotell complexs and ugly roadshops Very noisy hotell.Rattling windows and shutter doors to balcony when wind is blowing. You;ll hear flushing toilets from your neigbours .Dont stay in a room near the elevator, you,ll hear it.Slamming doors in the nights.Internet service extremly expensive
the view of the room and the location to kea farm and some other major attractions at Brinchang hotel is old and the internet services is not available (restricted to the OS)
Cool weather Staffs are not that helpful. Especially the one in charge of transportation
Cool fresh air, lust green and quite enviroments, I especially like the gardens that exudes the class that befits a high-end hotel. The hotel's location commands a fine panoramic views to its surroundings. I must also mention the excellent service rendered at the Chinese Restaurant by the staffs during our stay.
The scenery. Poor service.
Most of the staff that we encountered during our stay were helpful. However, the hotel bus wasn't running and there was no explanation given. The bus has slightly smaller charge than the cab,. I think that the hotel was too far from the attractions.
The staff is always helpfull and very friendly and pleasant nothing
The design of the hotel & good location. The water supply is very bad and a lot of mosquito in the room. Make me so uncomfortable.
best design old and traditional nothing that i didnt like
It was a lovely old style Hotel full of antiques and memorabilia. gardens were very nice Beds were a bit hard
The hotel has a history and apparently works hard to maintain the tradition. But it is old, and you can choose if you like it or not. We were switched to a nice family apartment for the booked price of a double room. Breakfast was nicely served, but otherwise nothing to brag about. An omelet was actually scrambled eggs fried hard both sides. A single small glass of juice made me wish for a buffet breakfast. And this is juice from a carton, not squeezed. WiFi Internet was flakey - at times stopped working in spite of a good connection.
This is a class hotel with first class facilities and wonderful dinning experience. The manager Mr Rumjit Singh and assistant manageress were ever so efficient and kind and made things happen.. This is the Hotel of choice with tremendous value for money.
The room & the Breakfast No thing
This is a really excellent hotel, pricy but service superb and all most luxurious. Excellent restaurant and perfect design. Ideal for few days special occasion.
Nothing good i don't know how the hotel got 8 score !! I make reservation from this site but this hotel toke the money before i come for 2 weeks before and The hotel is located beside noisy road can't sleep all rooms for smoke people and a lot of insects out side my room, too far from the market places and very expensive for nothing , I will not recommend this hotel for my friends and The hotel with rate 3 stars better than this hotel
Excellent customer service. Overall too pricey.
the location. clean rooms. the fridge not so cold
Love the spacious room including the toilet. Was surprise though that there was no salad bar available at the restaurant.
Comfortable, clean and good location especially between Brinchang and Tanah Rata.. Staff are quite well trained and always ready to assist. Quite noisy because close to main road. However, most obvious nuisance is the awakening loud reving of engine from a bus across road for both the early mornings. Definitely very bad promotion for your hotel image!
Highly recommended ! GOOD for the whole holiday trip ! The Food can be improve .... Still okay !
The hotel is the newest in Cameron Highlands and therefore the facilities/rooms are all brand new. Hotels is perfectly located between the two main town and near the golf course. Service was very good and the breakfast buffet is wonderful. Would definitely stay there again. Rooms did not have air con, but given the colder climate I suspect it would not be required that much.
Very big and comfortable bed. Very well located to go to a lots of amenities. Parking is also good. Very nice decoration. There is a blacony The blanket sheet were with stains, and the boiler was not working, however all of those have been changed very quickly
Big rooms No wifi in rooms
Spacious room, esp. bathroom. Clean room and big king size bed. Strategic location. No air-cond. At least provide fan as the weather nowadays no longer cold.
Good location, spacious room, fantastic view from room, crispy clean air, very nice settings around hotel.
The location. It is nearby the town center. The room is clean and the bed is huge. Service. The staff did not respond to request to change bedsheet. Tea and coffee not replanished on second day of stay. Front reception needs to be a bit more friendly with guests.
I like the decor especially those kraftwood that hangs everywhere . I just love them, and the shower was just superb The toiletries stuff was not well filled up. My God the shampoo and the foam bath comes together and they only gave 1 bottle for the both of us. I have stayed all over and this is the 1st hotel that gives 2 in 1. No hand towels.
The first day (19Nov2010 friday) 'buffet breakfirst'..the noodle..very nice (forget the name of the noodle)..too bad the second day not serve..we look forward actually on the second day.. Na
There's a small lane on the right hand side of the hotel that is leading to "hutan lipur parit falls". This is the only plus point of this hotel. This hotel doesn't even have a simple map. Attitude of staff - horrible
