Friendly staff and nice amenities overall a decent hotel
there was NOTHING that I liked....
the 'HOST' didn't speak a word of English until he seen my 4 lb.dog he said, and I quote... you have pet,you give me $10.00 now,as he's holding his hand out..WORST PLACE I'D EVER STAYED..i asked wheres the breakfast, and he says I got waffle maker...
I like that it was near a little down town area.
They tried to be clean but using air freshener to cover up fine and some other gross odors does not help. The beds were not clean underneath. My poor baby had to stay in his play pen when we were there because the carpet felt sticky and gross.
Bed was soft and pillows
Yes hole in sheets. Not enough covers.no rub stopper.was open soap under sink. Pool looked green and not safe.floors felt damp.. I work at a hotel I clean rooms and do laundry.. You get what ya paid for I guess
The pool and hot tub had a dirty ring around the top. The halls looked dirty. When I walked barefoot in the room my feet got dirty.
Staff very helpful.
Pool cleanliness questionable.
The location and the price
The air was turned off in the lobby and a fan running. The heat index was over 100 degrees, It took over an hour to cool the room down to a comfortable temperature. The furniture was worn and one chair had a hole in it.
Sticky bathroom floor. One rather small bed. Had to walk upstairs.
nothing you could hardly understand the people that ran the motel
I didn't like the cock roaches and wouldn't give me a refund for the one night
The tv was the best thing.
The breakfast was very slim pickings. The pool said it would be open from like 9am to 11 pm and it was open at 12-1pm and closed by 6pm.We would swim for 2 hours then be kicked out for cleaning.what were they trying to say?
where it was in campbellsville,ky
chargeing for extra person and in need of rentavations to motel
Nothing!!! Hotel is very dated and dirty. Hotel staff was very hard to understand. My room was on the second floor, which made it difficult to transport luggage with no elevator.
Room was very small and dirty. Blanket on bed had many stains, which wasn't too appealing. Entire hotel had no water for several hours. I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and this by far has been my worst experience.
Location is close to the university, shopping and restaurants . Lots of room to park your vehicle . Clean room and lobby.
Free breakfast was real limited on items . They charged us ten dollars more when we arrived to have a room with two beds. Only had shampoo no conditioner or lotion in bathroom.
The pool and hot tub was closed.
The pool was the best thing at least the kids liked it, that was all they liked tho.
The service was aweful, the room was smallnwhen theyhad bigger rooms for the same price, just wasnt that enjoyable.
The hotel is priced much lower than other area hotels, but it is extremely old and outdated even for the price. The staff tried to be friendly but it was extremely hard to understand and communicate with them. We wanted to give the hotel a try for economic reasons. It did provide the bare necessities like a hot shower, a good choice of cable TV channels and a firm bed for those who are looking to save money, but the negatives for our family meant we would rather spend more for a better experience.
We had no problems, but heard of others with bed bug problems. The rooms need updated and minor fixes.
We stayed on night during the week and found room very satisfactory. Had some difficulty understanding foreign accent of desk clerk, however. Quiet rooms. Clean and peaceful. Fairly good continental breakfast was available for free. Have an indoor heated pool but we did not use it. Overall, it was fairly nice.
I was not happy with this place at all. When we checked in, they did not have what I had reserved and did not have any other choices because it was a Holiday weekened and had to settle for what they had.
My stay was pleasant, the hotel is well located and you have to try Fiesta Mexico, the restaurant right beside it, wunderful. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast pretty decent too.
