Pros: Excellent again as expected.
Cons: Cold coffee
Pros: Beautiful recent renovation, great bathroom. Lovely outdoor seating area. Good value laundry service.
Cons: The hospitalero was really unmotivated and not helpful. And he knew little or nothing about the village. For example, we arrived very thirsty at 5pm after walking for 8 hours in 38 degree heat. We asked him: "Where is a bar, where we can drink something?". He said: "At this time, nothing is open". We went outside, and found 3 bars open within 5 minutes! Its a very small village, maybe 800 inhabitants, how can it possibly be that the guy has no idea about the village?
Pros: Nice small hostel with spacious comfortable room, good lockers, good wifi, large bathroom and shower facility. Was lucky enough to have 6-bed dorm to myself for the entire stay! Free parking right in front of the hostel. Easy check-in/check-out process.
Pros: Very well appointed room. A place to hang laundry. Plenty of soap and shampoo. Lovely plants and outdoor seating area with comfortable chairs.
Cons: The old building smell of sewer that is ever present in all the old towns of Europe.

Pros: My husband and I stayed one night during our journey to southern Spain. The hotel is a updated 15 th century Palace with many original features. Everything was to a high standard and the little town is very nice too. Very Spanish. The staff were very friendly too. The bed, water bowl and you for our dog were lovely touches.
Pros: Nice breakfast and gym, relaxing swimming-pool, good rooms.
Cons: The restaurant for dinner, strange tastes, I didn't like. The Cleanliness was not 100% in the room, e.g. dust on the power plugs, in both rooms.
Pros: Very helpful staff, nice pool, plenty of places to eat.
Cons: Nothing really it was good for a stopover.
Pros: Friendly staff, wonderful, setting and great room. Very reasonably priced drinks and food. Excellent value.
Cons: We loved everything.
Pros: The location of this place is excellent - in the main square of the village and the drive to / from it is beautiful - lots of bends, lakes, scenery - really enjoyable - dont rush it :). The room was spacious although the bathroom was a little dated. There was no view from our room either - which was a real shame given the views we saw on the way to the hotel. The on-site restaurant is ok but this is a very Spanish place, and not everyone speaks English so be prepared for a game of charades :)
Cons: Parking could be tricky if the place gets busy and the locals seem to just dump their cars where its most convenient to them. The view from our room was basically a shutter - very dark/dim. There is a balcony on the front of the hotel (which btw seems to be castle-like in construction) allowing you to look over the square at night - and that's beautiful. The main 'downer' for us was that we were approached by a few aggressive local 'lads' on the way back to the hotel - I dont know what they were saying, but they became agitated once they'd found out we weren't Spanish..
Pros: Beautiful building in a gorgeous old square. Spectacular drive off the main road with amazing views. Superb room and food - impossible to fault any of it
Pros: The pool
Cons: The birds
Pros: They provided a bed for the Dog and 2 food bowls. plus a new throwing toy. very thoughtful.
Pros: Nice well equiped hotel with pool and fitness. We appreciated the english speaking staff at reception. Good restaurant.
Cons: Non english speaker waitress made our breakfast quite complicated

Pros: Averything that you may expect from a casa rural. Friendly and helpul hosts.
Pros: The accommodation was superb, and our hosts fantastic

Pros: Lovely couple run this Casa rural
