Absolutely lovely place with excellent service, luxury restaurant and wonderful location.
only positive impression... very nice hotel with its own face and special atmosphere... I wish I had had more time for bicycling around..:)
The check-in was at 16.30! We had to wait for 3 hours! The hotel stuff told us that it was because of the problems with electricity but in fact our rooms were occupied by other guests! One of our friends asked to stay in a cheaper room because he was very tired and couldn't wait anymore for his superior room. Finally he stayed in a standard room but the hotel wanted to charge him the cost of the booked room!
Absolutey splendid location ,beautiful castel.Green area .Staff very frendly.Room are beautiful and confortable. More variety breakfast
Hotel was clean and the staff were very courteous. The hotel is very well placed to a large Outlet shopping mall.
We like the welcomeness of the place woner as she used to welcome every gust and keep after any service provided and always get the costumers feedback and statisfaction. She is really a great/nice lady No. Everything was good
Very nice hotel, excellent and warm reception.
Very nice old-fashioned villa with hearty personnel. The style and look of spacy rooms is awesome. Located in golf area and 10 mins walk from Scrivia outlet though located in country side - almost no areas for walks around
Everything was perfect and as expected to be....
Firstly I was surprised to have been upgraded. It was really nice. The General Manger, Mrs Marina Giuliano of the Hotel was professional, and friendly our dinner was excellent. I would suggest the Hotel La Bolline to friends tha paly Golf.
The staff was very helpful and kind. The location (after you were able to actually locate it) was good for my purpose of visiting the Serravalle outlet. The hotel was so difficult to find and the address was not the real one. I called and was told I would never be able to find it with my GPS with the given address. 30 minutes spent on finding, with no avail, and finally the hotel had to send someone to pick me and my car up. Then, the heating system would let out a huge factory-level noise every time it's triggered.
It is located right next to the Serravalle outlet which is great.
Good disposition No appropriate for money they ask for accomodation. 3 stars, no more
View breacfest could better
hotel is quite and very close to the shopping center, hotel room is big the breakfast is poor. when the hotel restrant is fully booked, it is very hard to find an other place for dinner .
this was not the first time there, I'm ok with the location and the hotel sevices, the breakfast is wonderfull!
location no room service and restaurant was closed
Staff is very kind, parking space excellent, nice bathroom. Noisy aircon/heating, average breakfast, the worst hotel's soap ever :)
Very good location, with a wonderful view on the castle. My room was very clean and fresh. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Good location for shopping. Room`s cleanness. Breakfast could be better!
the staff recmmended a local reastrant which was very local and very Italian-- we enjoyed the food very much
Rooms are confortable and the breakfast is simple but good -
Easy access Parking problem (especially on Sunday), very poor breakfast
There was no airconditioning, while it was blisteringly hot. One tower fan in a room for three. Hotel staff chose not o speak English when I complained, they spoke English till then. do not stay at this hotel
Nice accurate privately hold hotel in the very centre of old Gavi town. The owner Guliano (I hope the spelling is correct) prepares georgeous espresso or guests! Comfortable beds. If you happen to stay there do not miss an opportunity and visit local restaurant Zenzero that offers traditional ligurian dishes. A bit further from Serravalle than indicated 8 km, but still convenient.
we stayed one night and there was blackout (no electricity) for this period
Very nice breakfast, clean and modern facilities, and great hosts. Free wireless in rooms would be nice. There was one ethernet cord, but you had to use it in a separate room.
Breakfast terrace. Kindness of hotel staff. The noise during the night from main town square. No air conditioning
Very nice place to stay away from the city. You need to have a car to reach Genova
Price, loxation To have shampoo in the room, breakfast
Studio accommodation ,spotlessly clean, well equiped, good food in the restaurant. Needs better directions, can be a tricky to find. Would reccommed it ! Could do with better directions /sign posting
We enjoyed our stay, our roof was peaceful with a superb view of the countryside. The Hotel owner went out of his way to make us feel welcome, advising us where to eat good food with local wine. Superb would definatly use again.
Nice and quiet stay in a beautiful setting. Friendly welcome. We were traveling through and visiting the designer outlet on the way. The town of Gavi is small but very nice. The larger family rooms upstairs are much nicer than the double rooms on ground floor, even if these are also perfectly ok.
The mountain view was absolutely wonderful considering the distance from the nearest city (it's less then 10 minutes drive). All the rooms were warm, tidy and well designed. The staff were incredibly nice even though we were quite late for check-in. The area can be a bit foggy night times so it's good to have GPS or a simple map.
location Breakfast is mandatory for me in the each hotel.
Good position, nice nature area, freindly owners. Best regards to Mario!!!
good location if visiting Salice Terme rooms are very noisy, not all rooms have air-conditioning, breakfast is poor.
ease of use for disabled persons not easy to find
The breakfast selection is small but adequate, yet the personnel is hardly accomodating and balks at any request outside very tight parameters.
Very clean room, very good restaurant, now speak English during daytime All is a bit outdated, but functional and very clean.
too small TV , should be bigger than 20"
Friendly welcome especially as we were English. Relaxed atmosphere. Stayed only 2 nights (over for a baptism at Montemarzino) but enjoyed the stay. Been to Salice once before two years ago (for the wedding!) but stayed elsewhere. Would certainly return to the Hotel Salus.
location breakfast, staff, decor
We loved the beautiful view high up in the mountains and the wonderful people we talked to.
Mi piace molto. I loved the place and most of all the people. The rooms are created, renovated and cared for with love, style and attention. The welcome was simply perfect. A lovely couple invite you to their home and you go from being strangers to family. All the staff are caring and kind, efficient and discreet. The food was home cooking at its very best, and features farm produce from the estate. Wonderful jams and chutneys, hand-made pasta with eggs so fresh the hen has not missed them! And what wonderful wines grown, developed, and served by the wine-maker himself. A beautiful red with enough tanin to tickle the pallate, but tender and gentle to seduce the mouth. We now have a case to share with friends, and photos to treaure.
The staff were very good, the building interesting and the attention to detail in the decor phenomenal The pool was murky, the proprietors weren't there and left us in the hands of their gardener cum cook and the cleaning chap, there was no price list for the meals and no chance to negotiate as the cook couldn't speak English and our Italian wasn't good enough. When the owners did arrive they were courteous and perfunctory.
Everything, the place is magical, the ‘domain’ and surroundings are fabulous, and last but not the least, the people (Valentina and Luigi) are incredible! You’ll not believe that it’s real. The only regret is that we can not spend the rest of our life there in Terensano.
Our hosts were warm and welcoming.
Beautiful setting, wonderful staff and great food.
beautiful place, very nice people, good food and wine... excellent! no fridge in room
Food was wonderlfull, owners are very nice people and Jimmy the dog very cute
Country setting off the beaten path. Partially restored country manor, Very friendly staff and owner. Very good meal on site. Relaxing setting large comfortable rooms More difficult location to find. Wet damp night that we stayed could have used some heating
The location surrounded by vineyards and the countryside was beautiful when we were there in the fall. We enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and a delicious dinner prepared by Valentina. The fact that we had a GPS helped us find it with ease. It would have been nice to spend nother night or two.
People was very friendly... No
Loved it. Ver authentic Italian. I could walk to the village where my mother was born and the cemetery where my grandparents are. Roads are a challenge but that is what the Italian countryside is like. The roads to get there and gps doesn't get you all the way there
