Excelsior Hotel Gallia exemplifies all that is special about Milan, a dynamic and creative capital of Fashion, Design and Gastronomy. An established landmark since 1932 and located in the center of the city, the hotel has a rich heritage that combines fluently with contemporary interior design that is seductively Milanese and reflects the finesse and character of the city.
Pros: Food , room ,lovely staff q
Pros: Great location. Loved being next to the Centrale train station. Easy in and out. Metro right there. The breakfast was outstanding. Make your own juices, omelette station and great salmon made the breakfast fabulous along with great service.
Pros: I like the location which is just beside the Milano Centrale as we travelled a lot using trains in Italy. The food during breakfast. Finally as a Muslim i can eat a proper breakfast and not just bread and cornflakes. The staffs are really friendly, helpful and informative too! They are willing to help us in any way and some can also speak a little bit of Bahasa Malaysia too! They have gratis services from the hotel to Duomo as well, and if you are lucky, you could ride a FREE Maserati car to Duomo.
Cons: Nothing at all!
Pros: Loved everything!!
Pros: Convenient location right by central train station.
Pros: This was our second stay at the hotel, both times for one night between flights. It is a fantastic hotel that meets every standard! Would stay there over and over again.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
Pros: The location is fabulous! The attention to detail in the the rooms is wonderful.
Pros: The location was excellent ! Staff were very cordial and helping. Quality of the property was wonderful Bed was very nice and room was spacious Compliment trip for city trip was a good service.
Cons: 1) The concierge was supposed to arrange pick up my baggage at train station as agreed before , due to my short lay over for next connecting train for Venice on 17/10. This was not done . I had to drop my baggage personally and had to miss my connecting train. Could have done better job. 2) One of the chauffeurs who dropped us the Victoria Emmanuel with the Maseratti was little rough . Unexpected from the chauffeur to behave with the guest.
Pros: Staff was so attentive. As it was my birthday, I got an upgrade!

Pros: professional kind and good staff
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: No light in the room, noise at 6 am and construction noise starting at 8 am poor decoration for a 5 star
Pros: The location
Cons: The room view, size of the room, and the room was dusty The bathroom smells, the room was dusty, we were downgraded as we were not happy with the suit that give us first cause it was not separated from the living room then we go to the other suit which we stayed and I didn’t like it , cause the bed was queen!! And we have payed and mentioned every thing from booking.com but the hotel said we haven’t received the detail as we are?!?!?!
Pros: Service, ambiance, all in all a great experience in a central location with gorgeous courtyard and gardens

Pros: Excellent location, very well maintained, kind staff.
Cons: A bit difficult to reach by car.
Pros: Great location and very helpful concierge service.
Pros: Fantastic location, helpful concierge and a fabulous breakfast.
Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like about the hotel.
Pros: location excellent and friendly staff
Pros: top area for shooping
Pros: all mentioned above. location, service, room space (stayed at normal double)/ expensive but it is worth of it.
Pros: The room
Pros: The staff are very good and helpful
Cons: The breakfast buffet
Pros: The courtesy of the staff. Everyone was absolutely fantastic, from the doormen to the guest relations manager Anja.
Cons: The rooms and the corridors are a bit too dark and the room furnishings a bit too austere.
Luxury Suite Milano Duomo is centrally located in Milan, a 4-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo and 5 minutes by foot from Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Featured amenities include limo/town car service, express check-in, and express check-out. For a surcharge, guests may use a shuttle from the airport to the hotel (available 24 hours) and a train station pick-up service.
Pros: - Perfect location - Kind and helpful personell - Nice design (room, bathroom) - The apartment had a balcony
Cons: - Plasterboard wall sound insulation. We could even listen to the radio of the reception/office room at normal volume (we were in the neighbouring room), we heard even the engine of the shutter in the neighbouring room. - Breakfast not worth to book and pay with the room (you get one croissant, an orange juice and a coffee/tea in the neighbouring small restaurant). Actually the restaurant is pretty good, we had good pizza and pasta there.
Pros: Location. Cleanliness and staff. Chris was very helpful
Cons: The noise from the night club
Pros: The place is extremely clean and flat and the room decoration is European classic but with a very fine taste. The Manager and his staff are extremely nice
Cons: Could be little noise during the night cause you hear the street regular noise. I suggest the suites manager to install some shelfs or holders into the shower to place the soap and shampoo
Pros: Excellent location
Cons: Room access, 2 person lift very small, difficult to locate hotel due to poor signage (only a sign inside the front door), very basic breakfast with little offered.
Pros: Great apartment & nice service!
Pros: Easy and very central location High level of comfort, cleanliness Large and nice room and bathroom Nice to be in the 6th floor (top)
Cons: If anything- there is quite some noise from the street. But once you close the windows it’s ok. It’s what it is when you are central.
Pros: The proximity to Duomo.
With a stay at Hotel Principe Di Savoia - Dorchester Collection in Milan (Central Station), you'll be steps from Piazza della Repubblica and 10 minutes by foot from Corso Como. Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. This hotel has 11 meeting rooms available for events. A shuttle from the airport to the hotel is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
Pros: A great true five star hotel. Excellent and knowledgeable concierge. Location is outside of the Montepoleone shopping district so a nice oasis to come home to at pIazza Republica. Great part was frequent Benz stretch limo pickup and drop off from the hotel to La Scala/ Duomo and Montepoleone area -- that was extreme helpful with kids. Had an upgrade which was appreciated and not asked for. Breakfast were absolutely excellent and included in our price. Champagne, full hot foods and fresh fruits and pastries. Will definitely be back!!
Cons: My only minor tif was pool was closed for renos. Minor and everything was to our or beyond our expectations.
Pros: Shuttle service to shopping area (very convenient when carrying a lot of bags) close to train station, delicious breakfast
Cons: Spa at hotel is overpriced and has mediocre spa service, otherwise hotel is fantastic!
Pros: Opulent hotel, nice respite
Pros: Everything about the hotel and the stay.
Cons: Nothing I didn't like
Pros: Room decor
Cons: Breakfast prices were ridiculously high and quality was horrible. They also rip you off. We dined a la carte for breakfast the first day but were charged for the super high priced buffet. The good itself was horrible. Second morning all we had was juice , crossaint and coffee and were once again ripped off. This hotel is a rip off. Only good for business people billing their companies. Hotel was not even able to correct our charges during check out leaving us a bet other taste of being ripped off.
Pros: Great Hotel, great staff
Pros: Amazing service, incredibly thoughtful staff, and beautiful surroundings are expected at this hotel. 5 star service, 5 star price. Make sure you work out a way to include breakfast, as it is expensive, but divine. Be wary about the high valet prices. Overall, you pay for what you get and this property does not disappoint.
Cons: High valet prices.
A stay at Chateau Monfort places you in the heart of Milan, within a 15-minute walk of Porta Venezia and Corso Buenos Aires. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: I expressed a preference for a room with a balcony and the staff kindly helped me get one, although they were not prepared for that.
Cons: fake books in the 'atrio interrato' and fake plants on the bar tables. I think that's not appropriate for a five-star hotel in Milan city centre.
Pros: Lovely hotel, staff were extremely polite and helpful
Cons: Breakfast was a little chaotic, more staff needed at busier times.
Pros: This hotel is like a fairytale. I could not have imagined a better hotel to surprise my 9-year old daughter, she loved it! Candy in the reception, a room for a princess and the most beutiful spa I have ever seen.
Pros: Exceedingly beautiful with an old-world feel. Tall ceilings, sumptuously decorated in period style. The breakfast wasn't particularly 5-start, but I don't eat that much, so I'm not the best judge.
Cons: A relatively quiet location in Milan. Not the best choice if you want to be in the middle of all the action. Very good choice for honeymooners, couples, and maybe small families.
Pros: A beautiful hotel wonderfully located just outside the Duimo/shopping madness.
Cons: It’s expensive but worth it for a short stay.
Pros: Staff and decor and comfort of the room and overall look and feel is great
Cons: Bigger gym with more equipment would be preferable
Pros: Beautiful, clean rooms and new bath, with comfortable bed and fine sheets. The decor is a nice balance of traditional and contemporary. I would stay there again.
Cons: Hotel staff were friendly but did not meet the Relais & Chateaux standard. There is need of much more training. The restaurant is good with friendly staff, by not exceptional. Perhaps with time.
Pros: We had a perfect stop in Milan during our honeymoon here - very elegant and very romantic. Can't go wrong here.
Pros: Great Staff and super clean
Pros: Convenient location, good services, nice design, comfortable room… a great choice for stay in Milano.
Cons: Building a new tube station 20 metres from my balcony

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour business center, and limo/town car service. This hotel has 3 meeting rooms available for events.
Pros: position was great . Lobby beautiful . certain staff were very good
Cons: our room was very disappointing for the price we paid. We did complain but no one really cared. The shower smelt and we felt squashed and claustrophobic . Fitness centre was not clean
Pros: Location was awesome. Room was immaculate, hotel had classic Milan Charm.
Pros: Just as a good hotel stay should be.
Pros: A place which kept its ambience of old grandeur without being stuffy. Very friendly staff throughout. An extremely pleasant stay.
Pros: Location. Clean. Staff
Cons: Price can always be reviewed
Mandarin Oriental, Milan is centrally located in Milan, a 4-minute walk from Teatro alla Scala and 10 minutes by foot from Cathedral of Milan. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and express check-in. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge.
Pros: Spa and pool Comfortable and spacious room They made an extra and appreciated effort to celebrate my mom s birthday Concierge was excellent really excellent !!!
Cons: Reception and check in was cold and business like Reception and entrance design and space are not up to expectations Breakfast was not up to expectations some items were running out and not replenished and breakfast service not up to five stars standards and can certainly be improved
Pros: I loved the meet and greet service from the train station it was amazing and free massage that the hotel offer for us and the staff is really friendly
Cons: Prices of the service like limousine is so expansive and we expect that the suite have good view but is not
Pros: The concierge team was very quick to help us book day trips and transportation. The spa has separate sauna and steam rooms for females and males.
Cons: The lobby looks outdated. The hallway leading to the rooms is very dark. Breakfast area is not very clean or neat.
Cons: 1. The first day, I finish half bottle of the shampoo, then I put it on the desk in the room; while I went back to hotel, found it had gone, and in the toilet they put “new “ full bottle shampoo, and however when I use the “new “ full bottle, found it was like water, suddenly I know that they put water in my half finished shampoo and put back to the toliet, that was unacceptable. I complained to them, and they said will give me a reply, which i haven’t received yet; they send me a bottle of tea for apology, you know what, the tea cups were very dirty, like havnt been use for hundred years. 2. I lost a white t- shirt at the last day, and leave them email, if they find tell me, and they said they must will find it, 3 days later, I receive nothing. 3. It’s not like a 1000 euro / night 5 star hotel at all. That was a unbelievable stay
ME Milan Il Duca is the go-to sophisticated lifestyle hotel in Milan.Born from the architect Aldo Rossi, it offers a true contemporary interior design experience The hotel’s restaurants and bars are open to those who love to discover new places for going out. STK Milan, the steak house with a American bar and DJ. The Radio Rooftop Milan, a rooftop bar with a view of the skyline, a lounge bar in the hotel entrance hall, and a summer bistro, the STK Garden, in the hotel’s garden.
Pros: Very modern decor, Extra clean , helpful and very friendly staff, excellent location, five stars service Rooftop restaurant is amazing I loved the place
Cons: Nothing , everything about it is perfect
Pros: Modern, clean, well-designed room (we upgraded to a suite).
Cons: There was no staff stationed on the drive; we had to seek out a bellman each time we tried to valet. We also dined at STK and the rooftop for brunch and service at both was very slow.
Pros: I actually rather liked the place. The rooms are very comfortable and vast, with very nice bathrooms. The overall place is stylish and nicely laid out. I particularly liked the bar and the restaurants (our diner at the steakhouse was wonderful). Though not directly located in the center it is just a few metro stops away from the duomo and the fashion dustrict and a few minutes walk away from the new Porta Nuova area. It suited me very well.
Cons: The gym is OK... but considering the space some equipment could be added the complement the basics provided.
Cons: staff and service - OUT OF THIS WORLD!
Located in Milan (Milan Centre), The Yard Milano is steps from Porta Ticinese and a 2-minute drive from Bocconi University. Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and express check-in. Pros: Charming property with lots of character...great location. Only downside was the odor of cigarette smoke.
Cons: Cigarette odor.
Pros: Unique. Cost. Lots of atmosphere but modern in the right places
Pros: Very interesting property with great staff
Pros: Wonderful property, eclectic decor, friendly staff and the most comfortable bed of our 16 day vacation!
Pros: Coffee, ambience, aesthetic, collection of arts, friendly staff
Cons: Nothing in particular
The bright and open lobby layout is paired with contemporary furniture. The Plug and Meet gathering areas provide modern ergonomic seating, large writing walls and 56-inch televisions for presentation projection. The lobby also boasts a state-of-the art video wall and 24/7 food and beverage offering a wide selection of drinks and snacks. Other hotel amenities include healthy a continental breakfast and an evening bar featuring wines by the glass and local brews. All bedrooms are equipped with 42-inch flat screen televisions, built-in USB ports and free Wifi.
Cons: Nylon sheets
Pros: Very hip for young people Very kid friendly Loved the Halloween decoration Very instagram like
Cons: To put the AC a bit cooler
Pros: Very close to the airport...could walk if you could figure out the maze to there. Shuttle was very quick for pick up and prompt at hotel for return to airport. Takes less that 10 min each way. Staff was very cheerful and helpful. They were able to change our room quickly because it wasn't full, thanks
Cons: Shuttle is 3 Euro/person each way, but only way to get there because Taxis don't want to go so close. Rooms are small with the 2 beds and has no chair, so you have to sit on the bed the whole time. Food was available, but other than the flat bread it was "catered" in little trays...still the lasagna was OK and it was served with a small salad. Otherwise plan on leaving the property by shuttle or taxis for food.
Pros: Stylish, attractive, and modern hotel with plenty of amenities. Comfortable bed and minimal noise from the airport. Friendly service! The lounge and lobby are especially inviting.
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was great!
Cons: Ask about booking the airport shuttle at check in
Pros: Great check-in experience, staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. The main lobby area was kid friendly and allowed us to have a very comfortable stay in Linate.
Cons: Bathroom shower leaked, seemed like it was finished very quickly. Room could have been cleaner
Cons: Great chic limited-conveniences Marriott Enterprise with no telephones in room or irons.

Pros: The staff is nice and helpful, the location is perfect, and the bed in the room is very comfy!
Cons: The swimming pool wasn't heated in winter.
Pros: Good location. Amazing view from the rooftop. Staff is very friendy. Room is decorated very nicely.
Cons: Breakfast and Parking are very expensive. Outside pool cannot be used in the winter as it is not heated much, roughly 20°C. Sauna and steam room cannot be used in the early morning as they are still cold and I guess take some time until they heat up.
Pros: Great design and very high quality fittings throughout. Giancarlo Morelli restaurant was superb. Rooftop swimming pool a great bonus.
Pros: Very nice breakfast with choices to order
Pros: Beautiful pool. Good breakfast spread.
Cons: It's a shame that few people actually go in the pool. So many people take pictures, but nobody swims.

Pros: this is a enjoying trip.
Pros: Loved the size of the bathroom and the walk in closet! Seating area in the room and coffee maker were extra bonus. The front desk guys were incredibly polite and helpful. We only stayed one night as a pass through from Amalfi Coast to the alps region, but this was the perfect location. Clean, safe, modern, and close to Porto Garibaldi train station for a quick hop out in the Malpensa Express the next day. Gym was small but super clean and we made use with a short 30 minutes on the bike and treadmill.
Cons: Everything was wonderful, though we were surprised to find that one can feel the bed springs with an open hand. Everything else was so upscale, but perhaps due a mattress cover for a more plush rest. The bed wasn’t altogether uncomfortable... it was just unexpected given the rest of the detail to comfort in the room.
Pros: Nice hotel with a design in the new Nuova area. Friendly staff and spacious rooms.
Cons: I stayed two nights in two different days and different days. The first room was perfect, but when I stayed again the A/C was not working properly and the toilet seat was not very clean.
Pros: Everybody was friendly and warm. We got an upgrade completely compliments of the hotel which was a great surprise. The location is very Central to stations and metro lines.
Cons: The suite room should have slippers and bathrobes.
Pros: Location. Big rooms. Friendly staff.
Cons: Air conditioning was closed during my booking on October. I couldn’t keep the windows open noisy street
Pros: Large hotel in good location. Desk staff friendly and efficient. We had very nice rooms with view across city. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive.
Cons: Car park is very difficult to access
Pros: The hotel is close to the train station, the staff is friendly and the room was very nice.
9.0 Excellent (1,151 reviews)
In the heart of Milan, Baglioni Hotel Carlton - The Leading Hotels of the World is within a 5-minute drive of Teatro alla Scala and Piazza del Duomo. Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and express check-in. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Service was top notch and location is unbeatable - really great for shopping, restaurants, duomo, etc
Cons: Breakfast at italian restaurants is not fantastic and this was no exception Decor feels a bit old
Pros: This is the second time at Baglioni. The location is just perfect . It has a sepetate door to the fashion district and close to beautiful shops and restaurants. 5 minutes walking to duomo as well
Cons: There is a construction just across to the hotel and unlickly infrontvof our room. The noise was starting at 6 :30 am , very annoying :(. It is weird not hava an espresso machine in the room in Italy at such a high class hotel
Pros: Everything !
Pros: THE SERVICE OF YOUR STAFF
Pros: Excellent location. Nice decor. Nice bar.
Cons: The hotel is 5 stars but just on the surface. The ac in the room didn't work properly, dead mosquitoes with bloodstains on the walls in the room, odd lighting system which makes you toggle all 4 bedside switches to guess which turns off the light you wanted, shabby linoleum floor in the spa. Ok breakfast but no more
With a stay at Hotel Magna Pars Suites in Milan (Navigli), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Leonardo da Vinci Museum of Science and Technology and Santa Maria delle Grazie. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Planning an event in Milan? This hotel has 12917 square feet (1200 square meters) of space consisting of conference space and a meeting room. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
Pros: First of all, hotel building is very nice. For people who loves architecture will be very interesting! In this area are many nice restaurants special for locals, with very authentic food. Reception is big, a small garden inside the hotel. Nice! Hostess are welcoming! Angela from restaurant was very kind and warming:) breakfast is delicious. In room coffee, water for free. Nice!
Cons: House keeping must read cards in front of the door before disturbing guests! 7:00 at the morning knocking to the door with “do not disturb” sign was bad idea... just for mineral water... be ready: during Sunday evening housekeeping not available. So, I can say this is a 5 star. I think in 5 star hotel must be more personal touch for guests, like a letter from GM, some flowers in reception, welcome drink etc.
Pros: Awesome room layout and decoration
Pros: Staff very attentive and friendly. Lovely welcome.
Cons: Room felt basic for costs paid.
With a stay at NYX Hotel Milan by Leonardo Hotels, you'll be centrally located in Milan, within a 5-minute drive of Corso Como and Castello Sforzesco. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out.
Pros: Excellent Location...Friendly staff...great bar!!
Pros: Good breakfast. Great location.
Cons: Music too loud at the bar
Pros: The hotel was very nice and well priced. I also loved the free old school arcade machines that where around the hotel me and my partner had a few close games and the free photo machine where fun as well.
Pros: The location is really nice for travelers, since in front of the central station. The furniture and style decoration of the hotel is really nice. A lot of space available for meetings
Cons: The breakfast was not included although the price of the room was above 200 euros. In the room you could hear noise and vibrations from the tram passing on the street in front of the hotel. There is no room service ( and by that I mean re-doing the bed and bringing new showergel if needed) unless you specifically ask for that. The hall/lobby area were getting a bit too loud especially at night.
Pros: Everything, the welcoming the guys outside helping us with the luggage, the lady on the front desk, the bartender very nice, the happy hours...and at the check out the young guy helping us the luggage, the location...we were very impress, compared with hotel we stayed when we got there on 10/25...now we now where to stay next time...TY!
Cons: The only thing was the pillows, I will prefer soft and fluffy pillows...but it was only one night..but everything else 10+
Pros: Staff were very friendly, room was comfortable and great value for money.
Pros: Nice view from the top level with Milano Train Station.
Pros: The hotel is charmingly quirky. The location is perfect for touring the sites.
Cons: The bed was a tad saggy and the pillows a bit flat. Of course, they may be perfect for someone else!
Cons: room was too small. window blocked by a wall. mattress needs to replacement. pillows are old and need replacement. reception refused to change our room despite our complaint.
Cons: Problems is the location is not correct and so hard to get it with car , even you reach you can’t even park in front of hotel more than 1 mins
Pros: Perfect location. I was extremely positively surprised. The room was fabulous and I believed to have found myself in a castle. Poetic roof terrace. Couldn't be any better
Pros: Accommodations were great the hotel was lovely unfortunately we only stayed one night would definitely stay longer next time
Cons: Since I only stayed one night cannot really think of anything
Pros: Very stylish place, a lot of authentic decoration with looking-old(but actually in perfect conditions) stuff, 10 min by feet to metro(subway) access. Bathroom was very clean and big.
Cons: Room size very small. NO compliment coffee or even water, all cost you a euro. Breakfast 20 euro per person. Local tax 5 euro per person per night. Kingsize bed are not the same as two beds put together, very uncomfortable. Room heater work as hell oven(with disabled AC at october).
Pros: Location is wonderful. Easy walking distance to all of historic Milan.
Cons: Absolutely no air movement. We had to change to a suite and pay extra. In the suite the only way to get air movement was to have windows open to the street. We were able to cope with the noise - not everyone will. Internet signal almost nonexistent.
Pros: Staff is amazing so is location
Cons: Room small
Pros: Good location. Clean room and bathroom.
Cons: Was very noisy at night - someone shouted all night long and we couldn't sleep. Poor breakfast
Pros: Good location near Duomo less than five minutes on foot. The staff were kind with some questions and require to keep luggages from us. However the room looked a bit old and dim. Bath room didn't look clean. We could hear voice from nextdoor. It had no refrigerator. The cold breakfast is average with croissant, bread, cereals, fruit juice.
Pros: The location was superb, 5 minutes walk and you were in Piazza Duomo: brilliant for doing sightseeing(as La Scala is close by and also the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele), and also for doing shopping: lots of good shops around.I really liked it. The hotel is not luxurious but it is clean, rooms are big and staff friendly and above all the location is just what you need if you are in Milan only for a city break and you are hardly in the hotel room!
Cons: The air conditioning was not working that well, so the temperature in the room was a bit high......
Pros: Price is good for excellent location in a big European city. Great location and price. Staff was helpful, breakfast for European standards was average/fine and you could eat as much as you liked. Not a fancy place, but very good value for money for a big European city.
Cons: The walls and doors were not that thick so noise within the hotel traveled a lot.
Pros: The hotel was conveniently located in the city center, which made the sites walkable. And, it was reasonably priced for the location. The street that it is on is very narrow and nice-not a lot of traffic goes through there. It also had air conditioning, which was nice.
Cons: The hotel could benefit from a facelift. Our room was a decent size, with a nice bathroom, but it could easily be made more attractive simply by changing the colors and freshening it up. It was nice to have air conditioning, because at night we had to shut the windows because of the street noise (people, primarily, having a good time out there!)
Cons: A refurbishment would be more than highly recommended
Pros: The only good thing is the location.
Cons: Too expensive for services and quality offered. The breakfast was extremely poor - only stale corn flakes and old bread available. The infrastructure is very old and not well mantained, the walls are extremely dirty. I would definitely avoid this hotel the next time, I prefer to pay more but have a better room + service.
Pros: The airconditionsystem, while it was wery hot in Milan. The hotel situated in a quiet part of the central of Milan.
Pros: good point: - very close to Duomo - street is calm bad : - don't come with a car - expensive, the hotel price is too high compare to the quality of the rooms be careful : the only available parking lot close to the hotel is extremly expensive, 100EUR for 2 days !!! Milan center is a nightmare for parking a car

Pros: Clean and roomy. Loved the shower! Location was perfect. Staff was very helpful and arranged transportation to airport. Quiet
Cons: There was a slight odor in one of our rooms - almost like a stale smoker's room Wish I had more time to spend there!
Cons: SIZE OF THE ROOM WAS SMALL FOR 4 ADULTS
Pros: Excellent location. Spacious room.
Cons: Super location clean spacious and reception very hel0ful
Pros: Location is perfect
Cons: Room though lovely is a bit dusty, no housekeeping to clean the room
Pros: Location! The staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Pros: Excellent location and amazing shower!

Pros: Location nearby metro Room Breakfast
Pros: Fantastic location and loved that we could park our car safely. Great amenities and staff.
Pros: I liked the stay , fancy, cozy and lovely staff
Cons: Why is it 5euros/pers as a city tax?
Pros: the hotel is perfect. Very convenient for public transport, in a quiet area and the staff is helpful and friendly. Also very good wifi.
Pros: We liked the staff at the hotel. They were all helpful and engaging. The bed was super comfortable and the room decor was tasteful. The breakfast was very good and had a generous and varied selection. We also had an excellent cappuccino. W
Cons: We did not like that there was not a good selection of restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
Pros: Good hotel, clean and nice restaurant.
Pros: Nu Hotel is modern & visually attractive. Reception, Breakfast staff were friendly. Bed, duvet, pillows comfortable. Mini Bar re-stocked & has variety. Shampoo, soaps, body lotion etc were above average standard & re-stocked daily. Shower Head fantastic.
Cons: Nu Hotel may be visually attractive however functionality goes out the window. Room 506. Windows collided with ceiling light shade which is massive & reading lamp. If you choose to have a window open the curtains can’t be drawn at all as they’re electric. The bathroom. Mould was present around the shower perimeter, emergency cord was 100% covered in mould with shower base plug broken and completely loose. The shower door cannot close as it does not meet the glass paneling causing water to cover the floor in front of the toilet. Also the wall which needs repair due to regular water present. Towels were used to sop water. You ask for environmental reasons to re-use towels yet there’s no where to hang the towel to dry. There’s also four sections of masking tape on the shower floor which are coming off. There’s no ventilation in the bathroom meaning mirrors cannot be used after shower. Sink has round plate which was loose due to damage. Breakfast, scrambled eggs and bacon stone cold as Bain Marie’s have no heat connected, yet yoghurts were warm. Minimal variety, selection for breakfast. Waiter collected plate, cutlery very promptly yet there is no additional cutlery for an additional breakfast helping.
