Pros: The beds were very comfy to sleep on and the breakfast was great with a large selection to have.
Pros: Nicely tucked into the Kennebec River Valley, operated by a father and son team who are welcoming and enjoyable to be around
Pros: Queen bed was firm and great, Eric was a great host, good coffee, and good brew pub nearby.

Cons: It was quite hot during our stay and there was no air-con, but there were two fans available in our room.
Pros: This was not a bad place to stay at all and it was reasonable. Only problem I had was I have RA and it was hard doing stairs.
Cons: The customer service was very pleasant and helpful.
Pros: I liked that they kept the old wooden boards and they creaked and they did not update it.
Cons: It was a very small shower and I am a big guy. Something hot at breakfast would have been good.

Pros: Convenient location for my travel plans. Good breakfast options. Friendly and quick check in process. Private room. So glad to have a pet friendly place to stay.
Cons: The bathrooms were not fully clean, ie. Shared bar soap and towels for guests, red mildew on shower curtains, shared bath mats. THe bedroom furniture was a bit tattered and, since it was fly season, ...
Pros: We were very pleased with the property. For booking sight-unseen, we enjoyed our stay. Did not stay for breakfast due to an early start but I am sure it would have been delicious.
Cons: I was a little disappointed in the bed. It was on the hard side and I prefer softer mattress. But that is my preference.
Pros: The location is great and the rooms are okay, a bit dated.
Cons: It is better to book directly with the hotel. Also, there is no 24 hour reception so if you come late you have to to call ahead!
