Very friendly and obliging owner Daniela who took care of everything from getting us umbrallas to getting breakfast ready for us at 5am. Very near Padre Pio's shrine (about 15 min walk). The parking facitlities in the hotel is rather steep. Hence I parked outside.
very quit and the staff very friendly very far from Father Pio church more than 800 meter
Excellent service, lovely room, friendly owner, and all round enjoyed the hotel. No complaints.
the room was very clean and I slept very well because was very qiute. The breakfast was good. there was no problem for the parking
An extremely well run and very friendly host - situation surperb No
very clean, great value for money, would definately stay here again too far to walk uphill to padre pio, but taxi was only 7 euros between 4persons.
Surprisingly very clean and helpful staff at that price. Great breakfast too in a spacious dining room No Internet, now a necessity for every B&B
The hotel manager was very courteous and was nearby in the vicinity of the hotel in case we needed any help. The room was clean. The lady in charge of the hotel was very willing to help in any way she could to make our stay an enjoyable one. If I visit San Giovanni again I would stay at Villa SantaCroche. Nothing was to our dislike.
The room is fairly new and Daniella was quite helpful in giving information about the events as well as the bus schedule and bus stop location. It is about a walk 10 - 15 uphill walk to the sanctuary and will be tough for older customers. The shower is a bit cramped causing me to bump the handle. Water leaked from the shower into the bathroom floor due to a faulty seal.
It was extremely clean and very friendly. It had the quality of a hotel with the homeliness of a bed and breakfast. Good location close to town centre and Padre Pio centre. Nice balconies outside rooms
a very nice small hotel, not far from city center, free parking, nice kitchen, great view on the sea communication problems - they don't speak English, but after a few days in Italy, you start to understand, that English is not an obvious thing even in the hotels
