Pros: Spacious and comfortable bedding. Nicer than expected breakfast. Nice staff.
Cons: Breakfast was slower. Be sure to save time.
Pros: The free collection and return to Gatwick airport was excellent and well organised with all the information about freephone and telephone number arriving by email. It is a family run hotel and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were advised to reserve a table at the nearby 'pub' which we did and where we had a delicious evening meal. The breakfast was excellent and the conservatory very pleasant for relaxing in.
Pros: clean comfortable room near good pub woth good menu
Pros: Closeness to transport and able to use laptop in room nice and clean and good choice of breakfast
Cons: (Not any) only that it is not a hotel but a guest house and on arrival from air port on asking about the gatwick house hotel no one knew there was a hotel called that on that I did not mind it being a guest as it was just as good
Pros: This is a little gem. Very close to Gatwick without airport noise. The innkeepers are wonderful, the rooms super clean and comfortable, close to a charming pub that serves hearty fare until 10pm. Wonderful.
Pros: Welcoming and helpful
Cons: Main road noise in ground floor room.
Pros: The warm friendly attitude of the owners and staff when my arrival flight was delayed and the welcome next morning to an excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.

Pros: Convenient location - reasonably easy to find. Staff welcoming. Room good quality. Good size car park. Plenty of character.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful and made a routine stay a pleasant experience
Pros: Modern, full facility hotel. Spa complex is nice for a business stay. Correct and friendly staff
Cons: Remains quite expensive
Pros: The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, comfortable, clean and pleasant view over the green.
Cons: I was ignored for 10 minutes at breakfast, while others came into the room and were served before me. I was not offered toast.
Pros: The Reception, bar, restaurant and cleaning staff I encountered were notably friendly, responsive, helpful and very competent. I was actually given a double room, which was well appointed with modern decor and furniture. Plenty of desk space.
Cons: I chose to eat dinner at a local restaurant simply based on the hotel's menu, which was not to my taste.
Pros: Nice room and good location
Cons: Breakfast ?? very chaotic, not enough staff to deal with the number of people requiring Tea, Toast etc
Pros: Excellent value, very polite and friendly staff. rooms are fully equipped.room had powerful air conditioning unit, comfy/roomy bed, trouser press, tv, hairdryer,bath/shower unit, tea/coffee making facilities. we were given a disabled double room which was brilliant as we both have disabilities.easy parking. breakfast was lovely - we had the full english although there was a lot of other choice too. rooms were serviced thoroughly to a high standard. very clean throughout hotel.

These feature luxurious Hypnos beds (king sized in all rooms), firm or soft pillows, and a classic duvet. Each room has a desk and sitting area, tea and coffee facilities, TV with 80 channels, and private bath. Whether for a very brief overnight stay or a longer visit, the Premier Inn London Gatwick Airport North Terminal offers convenience, comfort, and value.
Pros: The staff were friendly and courteous and very helpful. Food was good and rooms comfortable and clean.
Pros: The travel plan was to fly into Gatwick in the evening and to fly out of Heathrow the next day. I picked the hotel for its ideal location. The hotel location is steps from the Gatwick north terminal on arrival. Check in was quick with the attentive staff. The restaurant on location has a good selection of dishes and the breakfast was substantial. It is a good choice to stay overnight to make connecting flights.
Pros: I loved the location at the North Terminal. It was very convenient to access by the airport's free train shuttle between terminals. I thought the price of the room was very reasonable for an airport hotel. The cafe/bar and restaurant were reasonably priced, took credit cards for payment (so I didn't have to change money for a short stay), and had good food (especially the restaurant). Free WiFi was available. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and had supplies for hot drinks.
Cons: 10 pound early check-in fee was unexpected extra charge if I wanted to leave my luggage (not access my room) and go into London for the day. The free WiFi seemed to require a reconnect click every time (which I finally figured out) and sometimes would disconnect mid-session. I had trouble finding the "shuttle" from the South to North Terminal as I was looking for a bus shuttle rather than the train shuttle. There are two Premium Inns at Gatwick and I was unsure at which location I had reservations.
Pros: The location is great, rooms clean and staff helpful.
Cons: Waiting for the lifts became quite a pain. I was lucky on the 2nd floor so could take the stairs, but even at 5am it was difficult. Wanted to try the restaurant too, but very busy - would have had to wait over an hour - lucky there's lots nearby or across at the south terminal.
Pros: Very close to airport
Cons: Lack of check in service
Pros: Superb staff that speeds everyone through the check in process...super clean hotel and rooms...Deep Tubs perfect for real bathing...tea makers, but no in room fridges.
Cons: No fridges in rooms, poor tv channel selection....should have option for room service...need gym.
When you stay at The Lawn Guest House in Horley, you'll be near the airport, you'll be a 6-minute drive from Gatwick Aviation Museum. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: they kindly allowed me to store my bags between check-out and my late afternoon flight. the bathroom was very clean. lovely house.
Cons: •WIFI: the wifi internet was super slow, and then shut down entirely. unacceptable in a developed country. •DIRTY: there was a old fan in the room that turned on, but didn't blow any air. the wiring around the fan was entirely coated in dust. disgusting. it clearly had not been cleaned in months, which shows a lack of attention to detail. •CHECKOUT: checkout is at 10am. considering people have afternoon flights, would it really kill them to allow guest to checkout at 11am or noon? i never heard of a 10am checkout at such a small guest house. •ODD: the owner quoted a 7 pound taxi to the airport but it was 8. i don't care about the money, but this again shows a lack of attention to detail considering they must send several people to the airport daily. not knowing the price of such a core part of the stay seems strange.
Pros: My daughter and I stayed. Lovely place!
This established luxury hotel is uniquely located within Gatwick Airport, directly linked to the North Terminal and minutes away from the South Terminal by Monorail. This 4-star hotel is conveniently designed for every type of business meeting ranging fro m an executive board meeting to a large scale cocktail reception. There are 11 different meeting rooms, 3 restaurants, 2 Bars, Gym and all rooms are 100% non-smoking.
Pros: Bed was super comfortable. I like the toiletries provided. Breakfast was good too...a really wide variety of options. The hot chocolate for breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Minor details but at breakfast what was labelled as fig compote was actually prunes, the smell of jet fuel was probably unavoidable, but was a bit queasy making, and it would have been nice if the direct access tunnel had been open. Very minor issues, I will stay again.
Pros: Located in the airport. Although I was flying out of the south terminal and this hotel is in the north terminal, it took just a few minutes to get to my terminal.
Cons: Waiting time to get food in the restaurant was 45minutes. There were open tables but did not appear to have adequate staff.
Pros: Staff were friendly. Room very clean. Beds comfortable, not sagging in my middle as some are. Excellent location for Gatwick airport travellers. Good restaurants. Priced reasonably.
Cons: They view! But cannot help that. But the large windows were nice.
Pros: I found this to be the best hotel near an airport I have ever stayed in, and for the reason you would not assume. We never heard a plane take off or land this added to the closeness of the airport I give this hotel 5 stars.
When you stay at The Corner House Hotel Guest House in Horley, you'll be near the airport, within a 5-minute drive of Manor Royal Business Park and Gatwick Aviation Museum. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request) and a train station pick-up service.
Pros: perfect location for the airport. friendly service. taxi run to the airport super helpful.
Cons: the room was very hot, a little smelly and no soap - nothing that couldn't be fixed there and then I'm sure, but I arrived late and was very tired to inform the staff at the time.
Pros: The location was the best thing about this hotel if we had know that we was going to be put in one of the chalet rooms we wouldn't of booked here and to make matters worse the toilet seat was hanging off would not stay in this part of the hotel again
Pros: Convenient location to the airport.
Cons: Front desk staff very rude when told about old blood stains on bedsheet, and phone in the room not working to make a call to the front desk to rearrange shuttle time (due to delayed flight out). Is there anything else you'd like to moan about?
Pros: quaint and charming..very friendly and helpful staff..
Pros: Perfect for an overnight stay before an early flight
Cons: The room was tiny, but for the price I'm not complaining.
Pros: Reasonable price, convenient location, nice rooms!
Cons: A little awkward to get suitcases up the small staircase by yourself after tiring travel!
Needed to walk after being cramped on flight - strolled into town center of Horley and found everything I had forgotten to pack.
Pros: Staff pick up at LGW was prompt and friendly. She also, helped with bigger which was much appreciated after overnight flight with long connection wait.
Cons: Shower did not drain and had to be fixed which was done promptly after reporting.
With a stay at Yotel Air London Gatwick in Gatwick, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Surrey Hills and Manor Royal Business Park.
Pros: I was too tired after 12 flights. All I wanted to do was sleep
Pros: Location, cleanliness
Cons: So small and tight I wasn't able to open my bag
Pros: Clean, convenient, unexpectedly quiet. Great for 1 or 2 nights max. Great if you just need a place to crash.
Cons: Charged me a 20% premium to check-in 2 hours early, when there was plenty room availability. Didn't allow me to turn off A/C.
Pros: Clean, friendly, good value for money. Extremely convenient.
