Pros: Very close to the Camino. Beautiful looking place. I loved the part near the reception area with the vending machine (including coffee) and chairs. I sat out there when I couldn't sleep in the middle of the night. The owner was very kind.
Cons: Wish it had had breakfast on premises. The hotel has a restaurant 50 meters away or so and the pilgrims menu was excellent. The pizza looked amazing. They weren't open early for breakfast though.
Pros: Spectacular in every way including price. This hotel is of a quality equal to the Paradores but at less than half the price at only 50€. Just off the Camino.
Pros: Beautiful room with balcony that will make you not want to leave. Impeccable grounds. So good I will come back again some day from San Francisco.
Pros: It was nice and clean, food was great and staff were very helpful. I couldn't have wanted more. It was located close to the beach with many restaraunts.
Pros: The room was very big but still very cosy
Cons: It felt like we were the only people there even though that wasn’t the case. Not necessarely a bad thing because we like the quiet but it almost felt closed or something. But probably the time of year!
Cons: No heat available in the room. Owner said he had no natural gas to supply the heaters in the room. Temperature that night was 52F. He offered extra blankets. 50 Euro for a room without operational heating system. Filled the tub up to take a bath. Water was discolored. Don’t drink the water from the faucets!
Pros: Beautiful hotel & so comfortable.
Cons: Could not find fault with this hotel.
Pros: The hotel is very attractive and the staff was friendly. My room was very nice and the hotel is on the Camino.
Cons: The hotel does not have a restaurant and the only restaurant in town is so-so. I think the hotel may be a little over priced.
Pros: We loved our spacious room, the friendly welcome, the beautiful property and the reasonable price. We will return and highly recommend this place for pilgrims on the Norte. No food but good local restaurant is nearby. Muchas gracias!
Cons: A coffee maker in the room would have made it even better.

Pros: Lovely hotel, beautiful room, dinner and breakfast were very good
Pros: The owners were lovely, the room clean and the bed large and comfortable. Breakfast was good , and they offer free coffees and tea. The area is wonderful with great landscapes and beaches.
Cons: Our room was close to a main road. In August we needed to sleep with the window open as there was no air con. So it was noisy and full of mosquitos . I got badly bitten at night. Also the WiFi was very unreliable in the room.
Pros: We liked everything. For example: the elegant furnishings, the graciousness of our hostess, the luxurious bathroom, the quality and presentation of both of the evening meal and also the breakfast. We also appreciated that the heaters in our room were switched on which enabled us to dry our wet clothing after a day's walking in continuous rain.
Cons: Although the lighting in our room was excellent, it would have been useful if the bedside lamps had separate on/off switches from the main lights.
Pros: The rooms were perfectly clean and well decorated. The house was restored taking care of every detail. The house and the furniture were very comfortable. Our kids enjoyed our stay in the house and the outdoor pool. The breakfast was very generous and had a variety of fruits, milk products, bread, chorizo and jamon. The host and owners of the house made as feel very comfortable.

Pros: The spa was very agreeable after a days walking. Food was great too.
Pros: Lovely spacious and quiet rooms. Well located on Camino route.
Cons: Restaurant didn’t open until 9pm and even cafe had no food until 8.30. Although later opening for restaurants is normal in Spain on this occasion for a hotel of this apparent standard and price to do similar feels poor. Overall did not feel good value.
Pros: Check in staff spoke English and very helpful. Restaurant fixed menu, recommended by waiter and was excellent. Good choice of wine by waiter again could not fault the service. Really enjoyed the stay and biker friendly. Car park really safe for motor bike parking.
Cons: We booked as wanted a pool. We paid more than we wanted. When we arrived the pool was out of use as refurbing. We should have been told before paying for a spa hotel with no pool. Can we get a partial refund pls?
Pros: A very comfortable hotel with high spec furnishings and facilities, spacious rooms and pleasant balconies. Excellent food in the cafe downstairs.
Cons: In the middle of nowhere, but a comfortable stopping point on the Camino... though probably better to head into Navia itself. The spa facilities are not open without prior booking.

Pros: Loved my single dormer room having all I needed. Staff was amazing to me. Spectacular breakfast buffet with the kindest woman serving. Loved every brief minute and wanted to stay longer.
Pros: Location and the place itself
Cons: Everything is ok
Pros: breakfast was a typical o the type of hotel. The grounds were good and secure and a short walk from the old town and harbour.
Cons: not much to do except for to find a bar which sells good cider and if your really lucky good Cabrales cheese
Pros: This was by far the best hotel I have stayed in while walking the Camino Del Norte. It is not a bargain but it is great value for what it is.
Cons: The only thing that I would have liked was a coffee making facility in the room. Other than that everything was excellent.
Pros: We loved the hotel facilities, staff and especially our room (apartment) because we were 4 adults traveling together and this was very comfortable for us. It had a kitchen and a very convinient supermarket in front of the hotel so we could shop and cook upstairs. The hotel is located in the center of the city and very convinient for long walks to dine out and shop.
Pros: generally a very pleasant hotel with goood location and comfortable rooms.
Cons: the town tself which could be wonderful but isn't- there is nothing for a tourist (or one suspects locals).
Pros: Efficient and warm welcome. Immediate action was taken to deal with a small problem, and staff went out of their way to try and help us with a particular need. Central position in the town.
Cons: Not enough parking, room smellled terrible, no airconditing, room needs an extreme update, bed was to small etc. Never ever again. Worst experience during our stay in Spain.
Pros: Big and comfortable rooms in a nice and cosy Asturian village.
Cons: The staff did not know what exactly to charge us! (we booked only for the acommodation).
Pros: Convenient compared to alternatives in the region.
Cons: Even though we asked for a non smoking room, got a room with a great smell black tobacco - laws for smoking in public spaces should be revised. The room had sofa in terrible condition – old and non clean at all – it should be changed
Pros: Location near Luarca
Pros: Good value in restaurant. Good appearance. Excellent dinner waitress
Cons: Noise level excessive from disco across road. Bed too hard

Pros: Relaxed friendly atmosphere. Sweet older lady was very kind to us. Great place to stay.
Cons: It was a little off the Camino road. But not too bad.
Pros: Wonderfully friendly warm owner. Large fresh clean and welcoming room. Parking on site for vehicles. Breakfast simple but good. Location very good if you have a car. Approximately a 7 minute drive to Navia - a lovely little village. Highly recommend this Hotel
Pros: Good stop with bar restaurants just off the Camino. Easy walk down road to pick up Camino in the morning. Also opens for breakfasts at 7 am
Pros: Friendly barman and warm welcome.
Pros: When I was finally able to find someone on premise and get my room, the lady was kind. She understood that with the restaurant closed. I, a pilgrim, would have to go without food because there's nothing available nearby. She offered to make a sandwich for me for dinner, and agreed to provide milk, fruit etc for me. Later a very kind staff member delivered a tray with two sandwiches, fruits, a liter of milk, a bottle of juice, a piece of pound cake, a piece of cheese cake, a bag of chips, a bottle of water, for my dinner and next day's breakfast. The cheese cake was excellent. The sandwiches were very good too. The room is a good size. It's clean. It's not too far off the Camino.
Cons: When I arrived the hotel around the noon hour, the front door was closed. No one answered the doorbell. I went to the restaurant on premise and the restaurant was closed. I called the numbered listed and no one answered the phone. The reservation was prepaid! I went around the back and found a back gate open. I hollered "hola" a number of times and finally a lady came out. I explained in what little Spanish I have that I have reserved a room there. She told me to wait and went to the next property. Another lady appeared and gave me a room. It was a slightly bewildering experience. There are no services for pilgrims nearby.
Pros: It was great! The personal was really nice and it was great value for your money!
