Overall the facility was great in a desired location with plus size on the amnesties
I don't know where to start about the staff. Lady was rude upon check in. Then when I get to the room it was not what I had booked. Took over an hour to come to understanding and still didn't get the room I booked. I will never stay here again
The location was great.
When we arrived to check in at 3 p.m., we were told that we'd have to wait 30 more minutes. We left to get an early dinner and came back 90 minutes later. Our room still wasn't ready. We were able to check in at 4:50 p.m. Then the air conditioner in our room didn't work and when that was fixed, it made such a loud noise we asked to change rooms the next morning. We were not able to get much rest with all of the noise. They accommodated that, but we had to take a room with a full size bed instead of the king like we had, and then the air conditioner in that room didn't work, so we had to call maintenance. While laying out by the pool, the workers were painting the building with their radio blasting and them talking, talking, talking, singing, etc. The three days we were there, there were cut tree branches in piles around the patio. What a mess. The hot tub at the pool was out of order as well. It wasn't enjoyable at all. We couldn't wait to leave.
If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Cary/Raleigh, but want easy access to shopping and dining, this is a perfect location. The hotel was majestic from the outside pulling in, and the lobby/dining areas were the same. Very classy. The room was a king suite, complete with full small modern kitchen, spacious living area, very comfortable and clean bed in the bedroom (which was slightly on the small side), and the room had a romantic vibe to it. The only thing less than ideal was the free breakfast included. It was mediocre at best.
Very nice clean accommodations. Competent friendly staff.
Location was secluded very quiet
No vending machine
Room was very clean, spacious, and very affordable via Kayak. We saved over $150 for a 2 night stay with Kayak.
Hot breakfast was out of service on one morning.
My boyfriend and I loved the location. It was really close to everything in Cary. We also loved the room, it had a full kitchen and living room and balcony. Absolutely amazing. The staff was very polite. Everything was just so perfect!
We didn't like that by 4-5pm the building was shading the pool.
Plenty of space in a suite to have people meet after dinner. Very clean!
Bathrooms were a bit small and dated but clean and functioned flawlessly.
