Friendly staff, the rooms were recently renovated and are very nice. Our room had a little balcony to walk out on. The staff were very helpful - he helped us make dinner reservations and called a cab for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Hotel Employee sees to every detail and the love and care he has for this house is evident everywhere. We loved our stay there. Even the sheets were slightly scented! Plus, he patiently explained bus/tram schedules & made reservations for dinner. Only challenge was parking but there is a large public garage close by. It was quite secure.
The staff are really really nice. Couldn't be better!! It would be better if there there had been a glass in the room.
Easy access to transportation & comfortable stay
The staff was by far the best! Excellent, accommodating, friendly and helpful! Secure parking and wifi in room were added touches. Rather distant and no easy access to restaurants - but for the value, the hotel was excellent!
kind personnel, nice location limited breakfast
Hotel was easy to find, staff spoke good english and were very helpful, room was spacious and very clean, close to local bus stop Breakfast was very basic, limited off street parking, no lift in building so dont take large or heavy suitcases, gardens were very overgrown giving the place a scruffy look when we were there
restaurants in neighborhood were good no one knew how to get there from main train station even residents of zara. re-paving of the main road servicing this location occured from 8PM to 8AM. construction vehicles backing up and beeping all night
Hotel was very clean and it was easy to travel from the hotel to the city center, althought the location was quite far away from the city center. The hotel staff was very friendly. The sound isolation of the rooms could be better.
Room was very very big and comfortable. The Bath also. Breakfast was Ok, I've Seen worse ones in Milan. The position is very good for people looking for Bicocca, but is more difficult if u want to visit the City centre ( U've to take the tram 31 first, than the M3 -yellow line- in Zara). The room Was very noisy because you listen other people in other rooms. I think that the Building is very old so it needs some adjustments.
The hotel staff was very friendly and the bathroom was good, also. The bed was very small. No lift.
It is located just minutes from the city centre and railway stations Central and Greek Pirelli, and Teatro degli Arcimboldi, where for three nights in July 2008 has played the great Tom Waits. The area is very quiet but with poetry, especially in the morning. There are green trees, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. In conclusion this small and graceful hotel it's ok.
