Pros: Great find, minutes from the airport. Owner was so accommodating and helpful. We had an early flight, he arraigned an early taxi transfer to airport and had breakfast rolls and coffee waiting for us. Our pickup was at 4am. The B&B Was spotless.
Cons: No, wonderful value
Again, ... The location is excellent - Near FCO and Ostia Antica. The staff was SO helpful, with dining suggestions, maps to Ostia and shuttle to the Airport EARLY in the AM. Our room was clean, quiet and smartly organized. They really thought of everything. Federico or Mario were always on hand to answer questions or offer us a beverage. They really took the worry and hassle out of our return trip to the airport. They even arranged for a personal wake-up in the wee small hours of the morning. We would definitely stay there again!
Pros: The location is excellent - Near FCO and Ostia Antica. The staff was SO helpful, with dining suggestions, maps to Ostia and shuttle to the Airport EARLY in the AM. Our room was clean, quiet and smartly organized. We would definitely stay there again!
Pros: The Green Apartments were excellent ! Ten star all the way !! The apartment was comfortable, very clean, had a great location to many important sites. The owner was extremely helpful with everything and all our questions. Highly recommended !
Pros: Lovely villa with nice breakfast room and gorgeous outdoor veranda. Rooms are basic but clean with comfortable beds. Owner, was very welcoming and helpful.
We stayed the night we got to Rome and the night we left - great location near the airport and they pick you up and drop you off. Even though it is near the airport its quiet and and safe - we walked to the town square and had a GREAT italian dinner...then Villa Rosita came and picked us up right away when we called. If you are looking for a very nice place to stay - this is the place!
Pros: Very well run - they are at your beckon call. They pick you up from the airport when you arrive, take you back when you leave and provide you with great service. The hotel is small but is extremely clean and beautiful. It is very safe!
Located just 3.4 mi (5.4 km) from the airport, Villa Rosita offers a shuttle (available on request). Guests will have free perks like breakfast, WiFi, and self parking. A terrace and a garden are other highlights, and all rooms offer LCD TVs and refrigerators.
Pros: The staff was very friendly, and I was surprised that the Italian breakfast had several choices: hard boiled eggs, pastries, breads, meats, 3 juices, coffees, etc. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was large. Convenient to airport. Clean & quiet.
Cons: There is a charge for the airport shuttle, but that is normal for Italy. The price was good and the hotel kindly reserved it for us. He was waiting for us in the airport.
Charming B&B inside and nice service, also offering reliable taxi service to the airport: E15. Close to the main street of very good restaurants like L'Orologio and Bastianelli along the river in Fiumicino. I don't think this B&B should be used by family w/ kids because once they're using the comunal area, you can hear them from the bedrooms around it.
Pros: The facilities smartly decorated, good size of bedroom, communal room, breakfast terrace, elevator for heavy bags, and the prompt and courteous service.
Cons: It should be explained that the valve of the shower was working even if hard to go up. My 1st bath had to be in the tub, difficult for washing my hair.

Pros: The owner picked me up for a few more euro and was very nice. He only speaks italian but was able to work on communication. He also drove me into Rome when the taxi was too expensive for a few euro. He was a great host and I go to him again.
Cons: Italy doesn't use dryers so the sheets were a little rough.
A great choice for a stay in Fiumicino, B&B La Fiera features an airport shuttle. Guests will have free perks like breakfast, WiFi, and self parking.

Guests can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant and visit the spa to be pampered with deep-tissue massages, aromatherapy, or Ayurvedic treatments. There's an outdoor pool and a bar/lounge, and rooms at this luxurious hotel get the details right with espresso makers and bathrobes.
Pros: Overall this hotel was pretty great. I was impressed considering how affordable it was. The rooms were spacious and cute and the staff was absolutely lovely. Also had a nice breakfast set up and parking was convenient.
Cons: Wifi was not available in the rooms and only in the lobby. It was Friday night therefore it was fairly noisy due to a nightclub down the street.
Situated in Fiumicino, this guesthouse is within 1 mi (2 km) of Basilica di S.Ippolito e Antiquarium and Necropoli di Porto. Villa Guglielmi and Teatro Traiano are also within 2 mi (3 km).
Pros: Staff was very helpful. Jan attended to all I needed. He went above and beyond. I got there late at night and even though they only serve breakfast, he prepared a snack. Laura was super helpful in securing me transfer from airport. There was a small problem with the hot water at the time and they gave me a free ride to the airport to compensate. Very personable service. Perfect for transit- if you don't need to get to Rone. Very close to the beach. I'd definitely go again

Cons: Nice helpful people willing to go out of their way to make your stay a little nicer.
Pros: The hotel is new, clean and super convenient to Fiumicino Airport. The shuttle bus had me there in less than 12 minutes, delivered directly to my terminal with ease.
The room was super clean with a small, but excellent balcony overlooking the small harbor.
The stall was very accommodating and were not bothered at all by my limited Italian.
I would stay there again for any pre-flight night out of Rome.
Pros: For our purposes proximity to the Rome airport was very convenient for an overnight stay. The scheduled shuttle to the airport was a great advantage. The small town of Fiumicino was walkable with many restaurants though we ate at the hotel and enjoyed a gourmet meal from a complete menu - seafood being prominent as the hotel is right on the coast. The fishing pier was immediately out the front door. The price was moderate yet a good value. Seasonal prices likely would be higher.
Cons: I cannot think of any negative
Pros: Normally, I'd stay in the city if I were visiting Rome, but we needed a one-night stay as part of a flight layover. Based on the brief experience, it's too large to be a boutique, but smaller than a "standard size" hotel, however hotel combines the benefits of both. Located by the waterfront (you can see the fishing boats docked overnight out again in the morning), it has nice staff, excellent service, and good food at the restaurant. I would have no hesitation highly recommending it if you are staying in the vicinity.

Charming, quiet location but just a short walk to the beach on the Mediterranean Sea!
Pros: Wonderful, helpful staff
Cons: Bathrooms very small. Anyone weighing over 250# would not fit into the showers.
A great choice for a stay in Fiumicino, Hotel Miraggio features a rooftop terrace and offers an airport shuttle (available 24 hours) for EUR 35 per person. The seasonal outdoor pool is a great spot to take a dip, and guests can grab a bite to eat at Miraggio Club, which serves Italian cuisine and is open for lunch and dinner. Pros: The comfortable rooms, restaurant and food, staff, shuttle to FCO
Cons: Can't think of anything
Pros: Very nice hotel to stay near the airport. Not much around it for shopping or eating but fine for a short stay. Restaurant is on the pricier side but continental breakfast is great!
Cons: Bedspreads had hairs on them. Restaurant was pricey
Pros: Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Very affordable
Cons: The walls are paper thin. I could hear EVERYTHING from the room next door. My stay here literally did not allow me to go to sleep until the couple next door to me did. The noise from their conversation, television, and everything else going on in there room could be heard crystal clear in my room. Please invest in some ear plugs if u plan on staying here.
Pros: Nice pool and restaurant. Enjoyed the music, drinks and gelato out by the pool and the included breakfast.
Cons: Room was rather small
Pros: Excellent restaurants, capable staff, quiet, shuttle service (extra), wake-up call, English news channel on TV,. Stayed one night before early morning flight.
Cons: Rock music in lobby before my five a.m.shuttle.
Pros: The staff was very accommodating and helped us find public transportation to visit Ostia & Ostia Antica on our short layover. Hotel quiet and clean. Breakfast good. Easy airport access.
Pros: good value. great breakfast. cheap and frequent shuttles
Pros: Beautiful hotel and grounds. Nice rooms with memory foam beds, excellent restaurant with free breakfast offered in the morning, and a very nice pool and hot tub area. Close to the airport and the hotel shuttle is very handy.
Cons: During our stay, one of the elevators was a bit "iffy." I hope they got it fixed because after one ride up I didn't use it again and had to lug my suitcase down several flights of stairs.
Pros: Lovely pool area with bar and shade. Very modern and close to the airport. Perfect for relaxing on our last evening in Rome having an early morning flight home.
Cons: Pool closes early. Food in the dining room is average at best and few other options within walking distance.
Pros: Location proximity to FCO airport, pool area
Francesca at the front desk was one of the nicest ,helpful person you can get
Cons: Prices of the hotel restaurant
Pros: Very Friendly Hotel receptionists, welcoming lobby!
Rooms are clean, buffet breakfast is great!
Cons: Elevator too small and too slow!
Steaks in the restaurant is too tough even when medium rare was ordered and came rare!
This family-friendly Fiumicino hotel is located on the waterfront, within 2 mi (3 km) of Necropoli di Porto and Basilica di S.Ippolito e Antiquarium. Roman Ruins of Ostia Antica and Associazione Culturale Affabulazione are also within 3 mi (5 km).
Pros: I liked the restaurant, nice pasta selection. The room was very clean, but the facilities were not favorable; the heater did not seem to work and the shower gave us trouble to keep the water hot. We had to preheat the water, but it was not working, it wouldn't stay warm for a minute and go back to cold water.
AgriSesto B&B is a historic country house, set on the main road between Fiumicino Airport, Fregene Beach, and the Nuova Fiera di Roma exposition area. The property's Airport Line shuttle service provides links to all these destinations. All rooms offer a private bathroom, elegant parquet floors, and independent air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi and a satellite TV are available in each room. The family-run AgriSesto is set in a large property, where the owners breed ponies, donkeys, and chicken. Parking is free, and the bus to the airport and Rome city centre stops nearby. The restaurant is one of the most famous of the area.
Pros: Clean, friendly staff. Opened breakfast early so we could leave for our flight. Good breakfast.
Cons: Location in a neighborhood was just a little odd
Pros: location - next to airport and beach. Staff was great, they shuttle you to their own restaurant with excellent food
Pros: This hotel was very close to the Rome airport (10 min drive). They had an airport shuttle that we used. The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast buffet was amazing! The staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.
Pros: It was a wonderful experience. The hotel & rooms were extremely clean & recently updated. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed - including serving us a home cooked coffee cake 2 hrs before opening. Highly recommended.
Lovely boutique hotel with excellent location and dining options.
Pros: Close to the airport, beach and yummy restaurants. A shuttle was aldo provided to and from the hotel to The airport and the free breakfast was excellent.
This is a great place to stay for one night when you need to be close to the airport. I wouldn't suggest staying longer unless you are really a beach person, otherwise not a lot to do in this funky little suburb.
Pros: Proximity to the beach
Cons: Surrounding neighborhood was a little third world feeling but plenty safe and had good restaurants.
The hotel was fantastic as well as the staff. Just some notes to save you money. I came to Rome from Arezzo. I made the mistake of taking a taxi to the hotel from the train station (75 euros)because I didn't even think about the fact that I could have taken a bus or a train all the way to the airport and then a taxi from there to the hotel. The bus trip is only like 7euros and the train about the same and both accommodate your luggage. I also found out that the trip to the airport from the city center is a set rate of 48 euros and some will give you that rate right to the hotel. So if you are too exhausted and don't want to deal with trains etc. then that is an option. Also if you use the shuttle to catch a plane home be sure to leave extra early. The driver had another stop after mine and had like 9 people he picked up and they were taking there sweet time getting to the shuttle and all of their luggage had to be loaded. I took the 7:30 shuttle for a 9:50 flight and was sweating bullets that I was going to make it. We didn't leave the second hotel until 8:15 and it took less then 5 minutes from my hotel to the second hotel. So it was 40 minutes for them to load. I did make it on time. I even had enough time to do my VAT paperwork but I cut it close for sure.
Pros: The staff was awesome. So friendly and helpful. They allowed me to leave my luggage there while I went to Rome and when I returned all of my bags were in my room. The breakfast was great. Very clean and modern hotel.
Pros: When considering the price, location close to the airport, the look and feel of a new hotel which it is, we were very hkkappy to have found this hotel.
Cons: The room was small but that was not a problem for us, for it had all that we needed.
We are a family of 6. Our kids are 17,15, 12 and 10. The hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless. The rooms we had slept 3. A king size bed and a twin bed with plenty of room for luggage and still have space to walk around. For European standards very spacious. The bathroom was nice, compact and efficient use of the space. The shower had great pressure. The hotel provided a nice continental breakfast and offered cappuccinos in addition to standard coffee and tea. The hotel also has a restaurant a few miles away and offers a shuttle from the hotel to the restaurant. The restaurant opens early for dinner, a nice bonus for us early dinners (meaning dinner before 8pm). The food at the restaurant was fabulous and well priced. Our only complaint is the price of the taxi to the airport. The hotel is less than 5km away, less than a 15 minute drive with traffic. We paid 25Euros..... 20Euros would be more reasonable.
Pros: The staff were very helpful. The rooms were nice and spacious. A definite plus that we could sleep 3 to a room. We are a family of 6 and we were able to get 2 rooms. The room consisted of a king size bed and a twin, with plenty of room for luggage.
Hotel De La Ville Relais is just 4.6 mi (7.4 km) from the airport and offers a shuttle during limited hours for EUR 14.00 per person roundtrip. Guests looking for a bite to eat can check out Ristorante De La Ville, which serves Mediterranean cuisine and is open for lunch and dinner. A rooftop terrace and a snack bar/deli are other highlights, and rooms at this Mediterranean hotel offer LED TVs and minibars.
Breakfast limited choices, bath with hand shower but no glass or shower curtain, sounds outside very loud in room.
Pros: Very clean, and the family were genuinely very nice.
Cons: Noise - somehow the room door allowed every sound to carry into the room with perfect clarity as if the door was open, even though it wasn't. Our door was about 20 feet from the kitchen/dining area and we heard every sound, every telephone ring.
Situated near the airport, this bed & breakfast is 1.1 mi (1.8 km) from Necropoli di Porto and within 3 mi (5 km) of Basilica di S.Ippolito e Antiquarium and Roman Ruins of Ostia Antica. Associazione Culturale Affabulazione and Ostia Antica are also within 3 mi (5 km).
Cons: Wish it had a complimentary shaver/toothbrush kit for people like me who leave their stuff in the checked suitcases.
Pros: The hotel and our room were clean and modern. Our room was nicely furnished and was quite comfortable.
The dinner at the hotel was fairly good and the breakfast buffet was good, as well.
Cons: The onsite parking was rather expensive, but we were glad that it was available since we had a rental car to return the next morning.
Pros: Liked the free airport shuttle. Took the hassle out of arriving and departing a foreign country. Then to find a clean, safe 4-5 star hotel at reasonable prices. A blessing.
Cons: no drinkable water in a room , no bar , taxi rate to the foumicino city high , dirty bus to the airport without air condition , very poor quality of breakfast
Pros: This hotel served its purpose. I needed to stay close to the airport for a morning flight. The room was clean & comfortable. Solid selection for breakfast.
Cons: Every time we took a shower, water leaked all over the floor. Design flaw would be my guess. Also, I know it was hotel food, but being in Italy, I expected better room service.
Pros: Very clean and easy access to DaVinci airport.
Cons: The restaurant was over price and considering how wonderful the food was in Italy quite disappointing. The service was good.
Cons: There was a long line for check-in, with one clerk (a trainee). Another clerk was assisting people who had been waiting 4 hours for an available room! Plus, she then was helping them find a plug for their electronics, opening the luggage room door, etc, so the trainee was essentially on her own. We suggested they request additional help, which was met with a blank stare. They did speak/understand English. After heck-in, the remainder of the stay was nice & quality of food at restaurant was very good.
Pros: Staff was great and easy to park, etc
Cons: Food was not up to Hilton standards, but ok. Breakfast was ok but if you had some time, they would custom cook you about 6 different items
Pros: Very comfortable beds and bright rooms
Pros: We booked this hotel for our flight home after a week in Italy. It was perfect!! We booked the breakfast included rate and are glad we did. It was delicious!! The rate was great, the staff was very kind, and the free shuttle was perfect. I judge cleanliness by the grout on bathroom tile floor and this bathroom was spotless! This was our least expensive hotel the entire time we were in Italy. You will not be disappointed!
Pros: Bed was comfortable.
Once we found the Airport shuttle it was convenient from the Airport
Cons: Took us 20 minutes to find the shuttle stop. Very poor signage.
Shuttle smelled of mold and cigarettes.
Toilet bowl leaked at the bottom when flushing. Yes, there was pee all over our bathroom floor, didn't flush again after that.
Flushing button pushed all the way through the fixture when pushed. Made me feel like a much stronger person than I am.
When I complained to the front desk staff they gave a confusing shrug, somewhere between: "I don't know" and "Oh yeah, they all leak". In their defense, it was like 5AM, I don't think I'd be able to muster empathy at that time either.
Pros: Hotel was great for the night before a flight - the shuttle service was very good with buses coming every 12 minutes or so, the service was timely and efficient and free. Breakfast was good. Hotel lived up to what is expected with a Hilton.
Cons: If I had to pick something the wifi was slow on occasion .
