Very nice hotel. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Liked large screen tv. Easy to find. Self service resturant confusing and poor selection at eight pm.
It is quiet and with big clean rooms. The stuff was really professionals. The breakfast have variety but without light and healthy meals, only fress fruits but generaly is a very nice hotel especialy according the price
Mi ho sentito Ferrrari :). The walls were a bit thin, but luckily I only noticed in the morning of departure, so it did not bother me too much.
An absolute must for anyone intersted in motor sport and especially (obviously) Ferrari. A touch expensive though.
We stayed for 1 night only. Everything was ok + they gave us a free breakfast as bonus. Very good value for money. Strongly recommended for fans of Ferrari and F1.
Very helpful receptionist who introduced us a very good restaurant for seafood. We cannot find the hotel from the gps.
The front desk young man ( sorry forgot his name) was exemplementery ...an absolute ambassador to not only your hotel but also to your country ( we are visitors from NZ ). He really made us feel welcome and answered all our questions with patience and grace. As a tall man I found the shower very small....
Spacious set-up. Nice Ferrari-styling throughout.
Everything about the stay was excellent, cleanliness, reception staff polite and pleasantand willing to help, cafe and restaurant excellent value for money and delicious food None
Our stay in this hotel was great. Everything is made in a harmony with Ferrari style, newest technologies are used everywhere and at the same time you can feel almost family atmosphere of people who like cars.
Easy to find across from Ferrari factory. Great value for money. Very modern facilities, decor, and fixtures. internet not free, not wireless, but not unreasonable either. not much besides Ferrari in Maranello
Great place to stay if you want to visit Ferrari land. Very nice hotel with an excellent restaurant and friendly helpful staff.
Location was great. Amenities were good. Difficult to assess as most of the hotel staff was on vacation.
Staff talked very good English. Kitchen good. Room very spacious. Bar facilities good. none
great receptionst, handy location, very clean and fgood size rooms very hard to find in a little town. need more signposts on main road. very disappointed that gym was closed
Spacious room & bathroom Restaurant was not in operation and it was quite a walk to restaurants
The taxis comms only from Modena! So they are very expensive
The wonderful atmosphere related to the Ferrari myth; the very spacious instalations of this hotel; the quiet surroundings. Nothing at all
The service was great. Location was perfectly placed for local attractions. Parking was perfect. Quality was perfect. The drinks were very, very expensive. £20 for two drinks is too much!
Wonderful hotel Located directly opposite Ferrari factory. Beautifully appointed. Excellent knowledgeable staff. Breakfast included and better quality than most hotels free wifi would have been nice
The reception staff made me and my wife(african) feel unwanted
The position of the hotel is very good. The area is lovely and full of restaurant and places to see. The classic rooms are very poor 2 star, but the superior rooms are of a 4 star standard.
Good quality hotel near to town centre Nothing
The location was great, right on the edge of a lovely park and within walking distance of the sites in the city center.
The staff were very polite & friendly, especially in the dining room. We've stayed there a number of times because of it's great location next to a wonderful park in Reggio Emilia.
The staff was very helpful and friendly Bathrooms are outdated - rooms are completely renovated and very pleasant, but they forgot about the bathrooms.......
Very good location, in a green park, some minutes from the downtown. Nice, clean room. The bathroom should been renovated a bit.
this time I've got a good price for the room; but normally prices are higher; good position and access
That internet was available in our room on the tv for a small cost and having a gym available.
nothing I stayed there for over 2 weeks and never once got a smile from any staff. Food was too expensive also. Air con kept breaking down. If I wanted to use the gym I had to keep phoning reception to come and open it which would take them ages.
Everything was great...I recommend this Hotel to people who go this region to visit Ferrari Museum.
The one AMAZING thing about this hotel is the restaurant and bar. The coffee is fantastic, and the restaurant is easily one of the better places we've eaten in Italy and at a reasonable price. The bar was also lovely during the day, and the staff there were very kind. It's about 20 minutes from the city center of Modena. The main issue here is the wireless internet. One front desk staff was particularly rude, and she continually seemed annoyed with us. The check in process was awful, they put us in a room in one of the auxiliary buildings which literally had zero connectivity to the network. The network wouldn't even appear. The Front Desk staff then told us to bring our devices to the front desk so they could show us how to login - which was particularly unhelpful unless you're sleeping in lobby. Furthermore, we'd accidentally left a small handbag in the previous room, and which the front desk lady called us to return. She then rolled her eyes and scoffed as she handed it to us when we came down, which was startlingly rude. Then, with annoyance, the front desk lady changed us to the main building - where we discovered we'd been moved to a smaller room which could still barely connect to the internet on an iPhone or laptop. We also had to move our bags ourselves, and we received no offer of assistance in the process. Having a background in the IT hospitality world, I can absolutely confirm they have a horrendous network connectivity problem. Despite our numerous complaints, they insisted they weren't received other complaints from guests, which I cannot see being possible. I consistently received download speeds of 0.4mbps, when the network would connect at all. Overall it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, having travelled through Italy for four months total.
very good location - close to highway, but quiet. Excellent rooms, nice breakfast choice
Lovely big comfortable room and bathroom, able to park right outside. Also just off motorway but no traffic noise and good steak restaurant across the road. No complaints regarding room etc but would prefer free internet.
Excellent room standard, for the price paid. Restaurant closed on a Saturday night, which meant a taxi to and from another which was inconvenient and cost money we had not planned to spend
Location near Highway Breakfast room is rather small and without charm
the cleanliness and the silence of the room despite the nearby street nothing
The excellent staff and their ability to communicate Just that it was far from the center of town and we thought it was the one the owned in the center
The television setup was peculiar - you picked channels by menu ... pick a channel, go back to menu, pick another channel - very clumsy and no channel surfing possible. Also very limited channel range
Breakfast Room very small and breakfast service slow.
Our room wasn't in the main hotel, it was in a motel section next to it. The room was excellent - the whole place is brand new and the room was huge. The decor is lovely, there was plenty of places to sit in the room and the bathroom was excellent. It is right near the auto strada but traffic noise wasn't a problem at all. Excellent hotel. Nothing - it was all excellent.
restaurant,nice food no
The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was pleasant, courteous and efficient.
Good location, secured parking and good service.Hotel is 5 minute walk to the centre. Room decoration
The staff were extremely helpful. Edison was extra attentive and helped me with every question. Restaurant was advertised as open, but was closed the entire time I was at the hotel.
convenient for train station. Quiet location. Room too small
The Hotel Staff was extremely courteous.. Really friendly and cooperative.., though the room size was really small, but being a business traveler it didn't mattered much.. The WiFi Internet was extremely poor..
Clean, modern, efficient, excellent secure car park. No
Una Hotel Modena was a delightful surprise...only 10 days since opening and the hotel was beautiful! Staff were excellent and could speak English fluently which helped us enormously. The rooms were very modern; there was efficient & effective, free Wi Fi connection, easy parking and great breakfasts. Everything we needed. NA
The best value for the money I have yet to spend in Italy. The location is no more than 6km from the center of Modena - on one of the four main streets (no turns, no confusion, no getting lost). The room is beautiful, large, immaculate. And the dinners, lunches, and even breakfasts at the restaurant ... are better, and cheaper, than the restaurants in town. EUR40 for two appetizers, and entres for two.
The Una Hotel Madena is a very nice hotel, the decoration is of a high level of design and beautiful to look at. Only something wrong with the shower, the rose did not fix in the holder.
Beautiful Hotel that is brand new. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. The breakfast was wonderful, the staff was helpful and spoke English. Overall a great hotel!!
The hotel is quite new and modern designed. The rooms are comfortable. The receptionist was very polite. And the breakfast is excellent! There was only a shampoo in our bathroom, the body lotion and hair balsam was missing. But I asked the cleaning lady for a cream, she went the store and gave me not only a cream but a full manicure set! So it was OK at the end.
The location near the town centre. Staff directed to a tour of a Balsamic Vinegar Factory which was a delightful experience. The tour is a must do. Restricted Parking
Excellent staff treatment. None
The towels were very bad
Proximity to old town center and train station
The lady at the reception was very friendly and nice. The Hotel is very simple but clean and very close to city center.
Good food. Very good that they had free wi-fi, I think that is basic for any hotel today. Good hotel for cost-conscious business people and families. Good location - close to old town and train station - and hence to airport bus. Many people in restaurant = locals find that the kitchen is competitive. English menu in restaurant would help. Though waiter spoke English and helped.
friendly staff no tea/coffee facilities in room
staff friendly and very helpful. spotlessly clean rooms. Breakfast very good. internet fast and free. reasonable price. excellent location. main road but not noisy. congrats.keep it up! No it was up to my expectations
easy to find - all amenities as expected - enjoyed meal in restaurant.
the room is clean and quite large with a fitted carpet that makes a warm floor. The bathroom is large as well and there are just enough power outlets to plug in a mobile charger and a laptop. no free Internet facilities, the matress was too soft, the pillows are too thin and no extra pillows in room,
Large bedrooms, Sky TV, comfortable. Breakfast price at €10.00 is to expensive, they should include the price of breakfast in the room price which is affordable.
Big room and nice bathroom. The menu of the day was very poor.
extremly expensive internet - only one computer in the loby, you need a credit card to use it
Very large rooms. Close to highway. Rooms heating not at the best, a bit slow to warm up.
This hotel was very convenient to the Autostada. The room we stayed in was very large and clean. We stayed on a Saturday night and although the restaurant was closed the desk clerk gave directions to a very good restaurant close by. Although they advertised an American breakfast buffet it was disappointing at best. With a very poor selection and not much choice for 10 euro a person.
Location to and from the Exhibition Centre in Modena. Breakfast price not included in the price and €10.00 is to much if you want a coffee and croissant or toast.
Big room, good choice of TV channels, free parking Thin walls, poor breakfast (as all over Italy), wireless internet not working in rooms, only one free elec socket
The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Because it was in a business park, it was very quiet at night. It mainly caters to business clients, so our weekend stay was discounted to less than half the posted rate. The desk staff were very helpful in guiding us around the local area. The bar area was a nice place to relax after walking around Modena and Verona. We booked two rooms, but we could have all stayed together in the quad room that they gave our daughters, saving us ~100 Euro for the two nights.
On our way to Tuscany. The hotel location was good, easy to access. Yes, breakfast was under all acceptance. The breakfast staff was unfriendly and there was hardly anything left to eat. How can you run out of bread one hour before breakfast ends???
Good location and economical comfort Missing the facility of an outside seat for the use of smokers
The breakfast was poor
Very nice staff, very clean, great food!
Better breakfast than expected! Easy to reach and near the autostrada. Need to have a car to get in to city center, but works well. Good capacity of the air condition.
very good location good parking nice selection for breakfast
shuttkeservice to the city airco didnot function well. no minibar
breakfast was very good specially in italian conditions, not only coffe :) good location, near highway
Nice, new and modern hotel, friendly staff, good value for money. Little far from downtown, but this what not a problem for me. I will like stay again in future.
friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast fine no cupboard in the room, only 1 chair for 2 persons
I have stayed in lots of hotels in Europe and the Hotel Posta has been the cleanest. It was a great location and very welcoming. That the bar was not open on a weekend and it was the least comfy room, maybe could be updated???
Staff was very helpful. Excecllent location. Pretty hotel. Nice buffet breakfast. We stayed in Room 236 and water pressure was poor and had a problem with lack of hot water for showers.
great place !
Valued the history of the hotel and the way it is presented to maintain the past while providing all that is needed by a discerning traveller today.
Nice location in a park; lady at the front desk in the morning was real nice and helpful. Besides the bathroom, room is quite old looking, bed is a bit noisy and could be more comfortable.
Hotel is a little off the beaten track, we used as a stop over after visiting the Ferrari Musuem, still good though. Swimming pool seems to be part of a Health Club Facility, used by there clients, who were all very elderly, not good when my lads are a bit boystrous !!
The location is nice, quiet, still easy to reach from main cities
Liked the room and the location suited us for a relaxing stay. The staff were nice and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was OK but not great. There was no written Menue and no prices given when ordering dinner, The dinner was very poor and when we recieved the bill when checking out it was outrageous. I would not recommend eating in the hotel as I feel we have been conned!!
Great dining room, almost unused. Friendly staff, superb pizza, lovely pools and health facilities, but marred by one problem manager refused to deal with in a good way.... major disco noise affecting my companion's room. At 2.30am hotel offered alternative room, but not cleaned so he had to take his own bedding and make his own bed etc etc. Offered 10 Euros in compensation. Appalling!!!
The quite envirement. No
Excellent hotel with excellent facilities. Perfect for a relaxing break
Air conditioning excellent. Very good breakfast. Quite noisy as mainly a business hotel and people loud in corridors late at night. Limited car parking. Safe in room did not work and did not get fixed.
A beautiful location, nice room.
The resteraunt was a of a good quality, the room was comfortable and the staff helpful Location wasn the best
Clean, convenient, inexpensive
Enough parking space in front of the hotel. Relative close to the Ferrari gallaria and the Fiorano test circuit. Low level hotel. None-italian Sat-TV did not work.
Restaurant and Reception staff Horel address does not appear on Sat Nav - big problem that the hotel is aware of. They will give rear address if they know you are arriving by car and using Sat Nav. Had huge difficulty finding the hotel and found it only by luck.
everything was great!
This Hotel a simple (at least our room), but clean and comfortable one, the staff was really helpful and kind. Hotel is located in calm place, so it is good for relax. The restaurant was delicious. Just an (economic) opinion about stars. I think this Hotel is rather 3* than 4* (in my view), but anyhow it is worth paying for this.
Digital TV seemed to be BBC WORLD only.
Nothing We were supposed to stay at the hotel for 4 nights however after the first night we left. It was not as we expected we were the only occupants of the hotel. At breakfast we only took a cup of capuccino since we were afraid of the other things the orange juice looked terrible. Terrific Experience
The hotel is clean and well maintained, and less than 4km from the Ferrari Galleria. The breakfast is a great typical European breakfast in a nice breakfast room, with coffee made to order. Parking is excellent, and the private balcony for each room is a nice bonus. We have nothing negative to say, but to keep expectations realistic we should mention that the interior decoration and furnishings feels very early 80's - well maintained, but old.
Nice hotel. In the middle of nowhere. Very nice if you had a car, but not if you were travelling by train like we were.
Free internet connection
access from motorway The hotel was full and I got a smoking room, which stank
free internet connection was good tea/coffe facilities in room would have been useful cooked breakfast poor and cold but rest of buffet ok
The hotel was very clean and tastefully built. The interiors of the rooms were of good design and colours. The hotel had good engineering done in order to save power and at the same time provide comfort. Good breakfast. The room did not have an electric water kettle and therefore no arrangement for making tea or coffee, which, according to me is a basic requirement now a days.
During our visit end of April it was very hot and the airconditioning in the room could not be switched on according to the staff. A/c in public areas worked. Lunch facilities are minimal. A translation of the minimal menu into other languages would be appreciated, as the waiter knew no other language.
Very comfortable room, large bathroom, good food in restaurant, excellent breakfast buffet, plenty of parking space. Town of Regio Emilia is well worth a visit. Hotel is not within walking distance of town, but this does mean that parking is no problem.
Hotel is near to the exhibition centre in Riggio Emilla only €8.00 in a taxi which come in five minutes
Very comfortable and very good services
the breakfast I had one major problem with my stay at the Hotel Le Ville: It is a 4-star hotel so I expected to get a 4-star room. Once arrived at the hotel I found out that this hotel actually also offers 3-star rooms (in the "Depandance") and that I was in a 3-star room.
Nothing was to much trouble. Very friendly staff. Good location and would definately stay there again.
Very hot weekend, had air condition and swimming pool. Used as a overnight stop and would use again. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. Nicley situated just off motorway Remote and had to use facilities on site ie Restraunt.
Staff was very friendly and helpful
The hotel was very welcoming with staff that greeted us well. The room was well appointed and clean. The hotel also had a swimming pool which was very much appreciated. I would recomend this hotel.
Very charming hotel with a great restaurant. We had difficulty finding the hotel. The driving instructions from Book it were confusing and incorrect
Very spacious and clean room with a view over the pool-area (they upgraded us without extra cost), ekstremly friendly and helpful staff, specially the manager Claudio. We forgot 3 pair of shoes in a shop close to the hotel and we didnt find out about it until we arrived Florence. I called the hotel and they picked up the shoes for us.
Excellent hotel. Very comfortable rooms; Good restaurant but a little expensive. Nice location at the country side. Easy to find. Close to modena. large free parking.
Very comfortable and convenient. Good value for money. No particular charm, rather impersonal atmosphere (a lot of businessmen), but quite pleasant nevertheless.
The staff were extremely helpful providing invaluable advice on the route we needed to take to drop our hire car off in Bologna as we as the local signts.
Loved the split level room with the kids upstairs
Nice and helpfull staff. Air conditioning: was cool in July and quiet. Very close tto Ferrai Factory entrance, shop and and 5 minutes walk to Ferrari Gallery, test drive points. 10 min walk to the centre of Maranello. Small and comfortable, new, clean hotel with the parking just in front of it. Good choice.
The hotel is ideally placed for a visit to Ferrari. The Factory literally surrounds the hotel. The Ferrari store is in the same building. The Galleria (Museum) is 2 short blocks away, and the Maranello Test Track is 200 yards away. You can hear the engines sing from the balcony. The only things I could say I didn't like was the lack of English TV channels (2 news channels) and the continental breakfast was a bit light for me - it was all good, but I am a heavy breakfast eater.
The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and spacious. Location was ideal for our needs.
Just great for Ferrari fans. Two huge beds in triple room(we fit 3 kids in one of them!), lovely staff, good breakfast.
The staff was awesome in helping us out, the location was fabulous and the room was excellent!
Staff were the standout, very friendly and always eager to help you with any questions you might have. The rooms are also very good, modern, comfortable and I reallty appreciate having the balcony. Best (and cheapest by some margin) hotel I stayed at in Italy
The location was great for us since we were in Maranello for a tour of the Ferrari factory. The rooms were large and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small but adequate.
Friendly and helpful service. Excellent location.
Secure Parking Garage; Breakfast Room
The hotel was very nice, friendly staff and they even had a computer with internet access which you could use. The breakfast was also very good.
Modern hotel, nice entrance, free car park staff nardly speaks english, breakfast is soso, internet very expensive
the restaurant which is not really part of the hotel although in the same building is ok The shower door was broken. Internet with card at 10 euros per hour!!! Air conditioning totally inefficient
On the web the hotel impressed me to belong more among the bigger and cold hotels but in fact it is a nice , warmly furnished both the rooms and the restaurant. The hotel staff keeps smiling.
Good location for business and cheap price I had the dinner in the restaurant and based on my experience i do not reccomend (if you have the car in 10 minutes you will find many good options)
Stay was too short to comment.
