Wifi worked pretty good and included a light breakfast. Fellow guests were mostly workers. No shuttle, but it was a trip in the rental car ride to the airport. There are a few bars, restaurants, and grocery stores in the area, but we ate in the hotel restaurant. Difficult to park unless you paid the 8 euro to park underground. No indication of being anywhere near the sea...just a city street.
Friendly efficient staff. Helpful man in breakfast room None
Room was clean and comfortable, the light breakfast included in the price was good. Staff were very helpful at giving directions, etc The pool was very small and there was only a small range of tourist information guides on display, though the recptionists were very helpful
Great reception staff who spoke 3 languages and were very helpful, good location to great local resturants, nice pool on site and the internet worked very well. Distance to beach, you require a car as it is 2 km away, the garage parking access and exit a little tricky.
Good comfort hotel nothing ! Just value for money
We stayed at Flora Parc en route from Altcante to Malta when we had to stay over in Barcelona. We found it to be very convenient..got a bus from the airport to bus stop very near hotel,,,and back next day. We had a large comfortable room, staff were very helpful. Would stay there again in similar circumstances.good value.
It is a well appointed hotel only an hours bus ride from Barcelona, 20 minutes by train. Taxi drivers at Barcelona Airport sometimes have trouble finding the hotel.
The rooms are large, the beds comfortable, TV and hair drier, very clean bathroom and room. They have also a balcony. The staff is very cooperative and kind. Good food at breakfast. You can temporarily leave the baggage at the hotel after check-out. There is a bus station almost in front of the hotel, you can take the bus to go to Barcelona- Plaza de Cataluna (1 hour trip). You can go to seaside by train, only 2 stations. The bed clothes should be changed more often.
We were first timers to Barcelona (me and my partner) and speak little Spanish, really appreciated the fact that the frontdesk staff can communicate in English and was very warmhearted and showed us the map (both Barcelona and Castedefells) telling us where to go and offered quite some information. The room is large, even though very simply decorated, but it is practical. More like an Ikea setting. They do have a in-room safe though. The breakfast is ok and slightly better than the regular continental breakfast but not much different. We stayed in a room on the fourth floor facing a residential building complex and it was super quiet. We used the internet in the lobby and it's 20 cents per five minutes and it's practical and efficient. In the room, the roughly framed pictures on the wall look almost like makeshift decoration and very cheap-looking. The bus (99, 95 and n-16) stops are close to the hotel, but the train station (Renfe) is at least 10 mins away by foot (if walking very fast). It will be a long walk to the beach (>30 mins probably). But again, this place is not difficult to approach from the airport or city by both train or bus. Plus, the breakfast is included in the reasonable rate.
the room was clean, large and comfortable
staff is very helpfull and try to help always nothing
