Pros: Wonderful facilities .very attentive and helpful staff. Amazing room
Cons: Initial co tact with hotel when lost
Pros: Our room was just perfect. An original fresco on the ceiling, yet modern facilities and warm on a cool evening in the mountains. Spotlessly clean, and a lovely breakfast too. We highly recommend this lovely guest house.
Pros: Very comfortable. The terrace was excellent for a summer evening under the stars.
Pros: Excellent location. The place is clean and cozy. I wish they can also speak English because they are hosting international guests. But the staff are very friendly and nice people.
Pros: Very friendly and used Google Translator to help us communicate. Perfect location to the Beslica and fun restaurants and shops. One of rooms had a 1700 AD Fresco on the ceiling!
With a stay at Palazzo Seneca in Norcia, you'll be in the historical district, and 26.3 mi (42.3 km) from Spoleto Roman Amphitheater (Anfiteatro Romano) and 27.5 mi (44.3 km) from Ponte delle Torri. Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and express check-in. Planning an event in Norcia? This hotel has facilities measuring 11 square feet (0 square meters), including conference space. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a train station pick-up service.
Pros: Loved the hotel.
Cons: I wish there had been a pool available because Norcia was so destroyed that there was nothing to see or do. I wished I'd known that Norcia is not worth visiting as three years on from the earthquake the town is still in ruins. It is very sad but that is the reality. All the other hotels have closed and the only things open are numerous shops selling all the same local produce.
Pros: Loved this place! Staff (especially Michela at the front desk) were spectacular. The restaurant was wonderful and also quite reasonably priced for a Michelin star. Great breakfast. Great restaurant staff. Loved everything about it and more than that, we were happy to support the people of norcia as they rebuild.
Pros: Excellent breakfast, nice garden setting. Spa and steam. Lovely lounges.
Cons: spa pool could have been a little warmer, and the air con in the bedroom could be better.
Pros: This hotel was utter perfection. Everything, from the amazing Michelin-starred restaurant to the quality of the pillows. Every detail was considered and beautifully executed.

Parco Nazionale dei Monti Sibillini is 50 km from Agriturismo Casavecchia. San Benedetto del Tronto and Norcia can be reached in 1 hour by car, while Castelluccio and Ascoli Piceno are both 28 km from the property.
Pros: stunning location, accommodation was super and Marco was really helpful and gave us good hiking advise. wish we had stayed longer
Pros: Everything was amazing. The Perotti family is our family now. They treated us with a lot of Italian hospitality. We could easily do our own thing, but we were welcome at the family table as well which to us was an amazing Italian experience. We had all our meals at the agriturismo just because Theresa is an outstanding cook with a lot of the ingredients coming out of their own garden. The Casa is perfectly located with a great view on both mountains, Monte Vettore and Monte Sibilla. Don’t expect any shops or other tourists in walking distance. Perfect for us, a quiet and peaceful place. There are beautiful walks in the neighborhood and host Marco can tell you everything you need to know about them. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and we would recommend this agriturismo to any nature lover / Italy lover and hiking lover.
Cons: The fact that we had to leave.
Pros: Everything was great! Rooms super clean, breakfast with homemade cakes and marmalade. The host Marco always friendly and available to every request. If you want to spend a good time in the Sibillini Mountains, this is the place to be.
Cons: Basically nothing!
Pros: The owner is very helpful and nice! and the view is beautiful. the home made jams and cakes were delicious we had a great time and enjoyed the park!
Cons: the access road is long and there is no restaurant, bar or grocery store near by. (but the view is great....) it takes 35 minutes to the nearest hike
Pros: The place is amazing! It was a huge pleasure to stay there! Thank you Marco and Mama per la buonissima cena and marmellata
With a stay at Il Casale San Martino in Norcia, you'll be 26.6 mi (42.9 km) from Spoleto Roman Amphitheater (Anfiteatro Romano) and 27.8 mi (44.8 km) from Ponte delle Torri. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Great location for visiting Norcia.
Pros: Breakfast is really good, staff nice and polite
Pros: Friendly family operation. Facilities clean. Very convenient to the centre.
Pros: Our host Alberto was excellent - very helpful with all our needs, animated and making suggestions for places to eat and nearby sightseeing. He helped arrange taxi for sightseeing and going back to Spoleto for catching the train. I am on a wheelchair, and he gave us a ride a few times to get through the rough gravel patch near the house. He was kind enough to arrange some vegetarian items for our breakfast, and we enjoyed interacting with him, and his wife and son, who all run the show as a family. The apartment was spacious, and we had a room with a beautiful view overlooking a valley. There was open space outside with umbrellas/chairs and a swing.
Cons: Most people coming in had cars - we were traveling from India on public transport. The house is at the outskirts of the small town, which is fine except that the last 100-200 m is a gravel road, which is a challenge for wheelchair users. Tea making service in the room would be good, but Alberto provided us one upon request.
Pros: we stayed at il casale sanmartino for 3 nights. The perfect place to meet beauty of Noria, at the same time, very easy to visit anywhere. The room is spacious ,very clean and comfortable. The host is very warm heart person and supportive. We have learnt much about Norcia by conversation with him. We hope back to il casare sanmartino again in summer or autumn again.
Cons: Nothing really.
Pros: Perfect location just outside the city walls. Rooms were lovely and clean with great views. The host, Alberto, was delightfully helpful and friendly. Definitely planning a repeat visit.
Pros: Beautiful room! Amazing service. Fantastic breakfast
Cons: Everything was good
Pros: The owner of the property was very nice, incredibly helpful and accommodating. The decor and finish of the place was very clean and a high standard.
Cons: Unfortunately the bedroom was too small; cases had to be stored under the bed.
Pros: The warm welcome and the beautiful setting and room
Cons: Nothing...everything was fantastic
Pros: Location can not be better. Breakfast was superb. Elio was very friendly and a super attentive host.
Pros: Emilo was most welcoming & prepared breakfast according to my children's taste. It was spotlessly clean and beds were very comfortable.
Cons: Nothing to report there. Couple useful things would be a small amount of milk in the fridge, us Brits love milk with tea. A bar of soap in bathroom would have been helpful. It was an excellent stay, so not a complaint.
With a stay at B&B Live Paradise in Norcia, you'll be in a national park, and 16.2 mi (26 km) from Visitor Center of Monti Sibillini National Park and 18.3 mi (29.4 km) from Bagni Triponzo. Pros: The location is absolutely amazing - a real surprise as you drive up the mountain and then step onto their terrace overlooking a breath-taking view of mountains and natural wonder. Daniel and Marina, the hosts were so accommodating and a real joy to be with. They cooked us dinner one night and together we had a lovely evening.
Cons: There wasn't anything we did not like - only that we wish we had booked for more nights!
Pros: Apart from the unique location we were struck by the hospitality of the hosts who gave us very good advise on trekking possibilities nearby and car repair. The additinal evening dinner is highly recommended.
Pros: The owners were wonderful, warm and welcoming. The views were absolutely breathtaking. I HIGHLY recommend it.

Cons: Bedrooms were got pretty cold in the night. We found plenty of insects on the windows (inside) when we arrived.
Pros: Host Manfred really makes a difference. He made us feel super comfortable and welcome, cooked dinner for us and spent the evening with us at his beautiful terrace with lake view. Rooms were comfortable and really clean. Wish we would have stayed more than one night.
Pros: Extravagant breakfast. Cozy fire on. Old day. Lovely view in AM before the rains
Cons: Weather. Cold & rainy.
Located in Cascia, Valle Tezze is within a 15-minute drive of Basilica di Santa Rita and Sanctuary of Santa Rita. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Food was nice. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Parking spot was very good with horses and animals running around.
Cons: The owner told us the dinner was included with the hotel reservation (so we thought dinner was free of charge) but what he meant was he will add it to the room fee later .. which we didnt expect and paid it extra. Pool was not very good for swimming in the rainy weather we encountered. Lots of jumbo sized mosquitos.
Pros: We stayed here for the location and the breath taking views. It’s located just a 5 minute drive outside of Cascia. I traveled here with family on a pilgrimage to the Basilica of Saint Rita. We didn’t have an opportunity to eat at the restaurant. The rooms were clean and there was lots of hot water, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and simple, but extensive. It was nice to slow down and relax with breakfast as the fog lifted. The owners were very nice and gave us fresh apples from the orchard for the road. Would love to come back here some day for a longer visit.
Pros: The food was very good!
Cons: There was a baby in the room next to our and it was noisy ...
Pros: Everything was absolutely PERFECT. The staff ultra friendly, the enviroment was calming and beautiful, food was theirs and sooo good. Suggesting for everyone
Cons: nothing negative, everyrhing was perfect.
Cons: Breakfast in general was poor and the fact that plastic cups and forks were used didn't make it better, especially the we chose on purpose "eco" place... disappointed
Pros: To me was amazing very relaxing place location very clean environment I love to go there again

Pros: An incredibly friendly and welcoming host Giuseppe, he'll make for you whatever you need. He is a real example of a host. Hope to meet him again.
Pros: The location was fine, in the mainstreet. Although the village is that small that you are always in the center.
Cons: The room was very small and the ceiling was low. The ceiling was too low to stand up tall, even going to the toilet was almost not possible. The shower was hanging at about 1 meter, so you could not stand onder it.
Pros: Essential and clean. Very central. Friendly staff.
Cons: Very uncomfortable beds.
Pros: Excellent location. Accommodating staff.
Pros: It was a Italian traditional breakfast and we ate at our room.
Cons: Nothing, it was everything perfectly fine!
Pros: Great location. Steps away from Basilica Santa Rita. Beautiful village. Central. Giuseppe was fantastic - positive, funny, helpful. Terrific to deal with. Recommended places to eat, where to oark, how to drive in the snow. Very helpful and super funny.

The nearest airport is Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport, 70 km from the property.
Pros: Enjoyed staying here very much. The rooms here are very nice (when booking, try to request a room at the back of the house facing away from the road as sometimes there is some traffic noise). Above all, we highly recommend the restaurant; the tasting menu was one of my favorite food experiences in Italy.
Pros: Perfect location for a few days fly fishing on the beautiful River Nera. Spotlessly clean, homely, comfortable, pleasant hosts Carla and Marco, lovely breakfast in the very classy restaurant, great dinner there too!! Very pretty area in the Val Nerina, excellent value for money.
Cons: Nothing I didn't like.
Pros: The property is on a quiet stretch of road a kilometer or so before Cerreto Borgo. The rooms are small but well-equipped... but the real reason to stay here is the food. The owners are trained chefs who produce the most amazing meals from local, fresh ingredients. The dinner was easily the most interesting and impressive meal we had during our five-week stay in Italy. In addition, every dish had an individual artistic flair that consistently delighted us. We were the only people in the restaurant, and it felt like having world-class private chefs at our service. Wonderful.
Pros: The best location for those who want to spend some time immersed in the picturesque landscapes of Umbria. The property is out of the town, extremely quiet and relaxing and in the same time there is a supermarket and other services only a couple of km away. Moreover, the property is quite small, with homie and cosy atmosphere. It is entirely managed by a lovely local couple who have taken care of every single detail offering an unforgettable authentic experience. Breakfast is amazing with great selection of sweet delicacies and fresh espresso. Yet, the best thing about il Casaletto is the amazing meals which their lovely restaurant offers for lunch / dinner. By far the best dining experience in the whole area, accompanied by a great selection of wines and craft beers, personal attitude, attention to the details and friendly service. Overall, highly recommended.
