Cons: Poor breakfast, not as expected from reviews
Pros: Odila an her family were warm, welcoming and very helpful. We felt very comfortable and the location was stunning
Pros: The owners were so lovely, in particular Odila, she welcomed us and was so kind. The room is very beautiful, the private bathroom is nice and clean, outside the garden is amazing. A nice place to stay and relax!
Cons: I put the address on the navigator but didn't find the civic address of the B&B, I called to have some information to arrive there so. Is easy to get to the street from the main one, but it was not so good for me riding a motorcycle to get there, coz the street is not so much comfortable.
Pros: The place was above expectations. The house on top of the highest hill offers you incredible views of the area. The rooms offers you all the comfort you could wish. And the host is a most charming woman and a great cook. I definitely come back for a longer period in spring.

Pros: This was an excellent facility, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. The only negative point, from a pilgrim’s perspective walking the Way of St. Francis was the distance from the trail.
Pros: Very friendly owner who did his best to make a pleasant stay.
Pros: The views and the dining facilities . The evening meal and the meal. Friendly service. Breakfast great too.
Cons: The shower needed updating quite small.
Pros: Beautiful property, very comfortable after a long days walk on the Camino St Francis. The food was amazing!
Cons: The hike up the hill to the property after hiking all day but it was worth it for the view:)
Pros: Big thanks to Marco and his entire family for outstanding hospitality.
Pros: The perfect place to be. Very familiar, a great pool, still having privacy, everything was very authentic. The offered Dinner was homemade and perfect.
Pros: It had character, staff were helpful, beautiful surroundings, lovely pool, lots of shade and various comfortable seats in the yard. Good food and great company meant we had a pleasant stay.
Cons: We were walking and the walk off the road was very steep down and steeper up to the property. As we were tired from a days walk we did not like steepness and distance of the property from the road.
Pros: Beautiful property and very excellent dinner, the best we’ve had on the trip. The distance off the path of the Camino is not far and the quiet spot is perfect after a long day.
Pros: This accommodation location was great for us as we were walking the Via di Francesco and it is very close to the trail. It is a wonderful and charming country property with a pool and very comfortable. It has clean rooms and great dining and lounge areas with a massive fireplace. The host, Marko, and his wife were enormously hospitable and made us feel very much at home. They prepared a fantastic dinner. The cost of our stay was very reasonable for the great service and quality of the accommodation.
Cons: We liked everything!
Pros: Friendly thoughtful welcome from Stefano. Lovely cosy room in a beautifully maintained property. We chose to dine at the property and were glad we did, an amazingly delicious dinner.

Pros: A wonderful B and B in the hills outside Rome. A friendly family with a crazy lovely little dog and six cats! The place was super clean and we were warmly welcomed. A great selection of Italian breakfast and we were even to treated to vegetables from the garden and cakes for lunch. It is very quiet and peaceful and there is a swimming pool for when it gets too hot.
Pros: The hosts were very welcoming and although we arrived very late at the house , the lady of the house waited for us until 1am and showed us the house around and we felt very comfortable with the stay. With a stay at Residenza Degli Oleandri in Fara in Sabina, you'll be 22.4 mi (36 km) from Villa d'Este and 27.8 mi (44.7 km) from Borghese Gallery. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Travelling for work and sleep in natural paradise. That's was my experience there. Simply amazing. Great support from the landlord who accommodate us even arriving at different times and late.
Pros: First of all, I have to say that getting to Residenza Degli Oleandri is a bit of a nightmare. If you are using Tom Tom on your GPS, look for "Fara di Sabina" and not "Canneto Sabino" which will give you nothing in return. We spent half a day trying to get to the place, and we did an extra 100 kms just on that account. Anyway... my driving experience can differ from yours, and what really matters is the place. Residenza Degli Oleandri is simply gorgeous. You get there through a dirt path, and after a while you find an automatic gate. The gate opens and you see yourself on this kind of paradise, with gardens everywhere, a small pond and vineyards extending to the horizon. The apartments are very well equipped, with all that is important. 5 *.

Pros: This is the nicest B and B by far we stayed at on our trip around Italy. It is in the secluded jewel of Farfa and at night you can admire the abbey, the stars, and wander the tiny streets. The place itself is beautifully decorated and you are welcomed with a generous aperitivo of wine, cheese and prosciutto (all DOP sourced). Breakfast is in the coffee shop attached and beyond excellent. We were visiting in December and it was cosy and inviting, plus we were able to enjoy and open fire. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! It's arty, soulful yet modern with lots of generous thoughtful extras - like Aleppo soap and erborista toiletries.
Pros: The location was very nice and close to the abbey. The room was very nice and lovely furnished. Beside it was very hot, because the air condition didn't work right. And under the roof it was really hard to sleep at that night. The host were very nice and funny. We had communication without any word in english (and we do not really speak italian ;-))
Pros: i Monaci is located in the beautiful Abbezia of Farfa: it is a lovely small hotel, charming and quite perfect in a wonderful setting amid the Sabine hills. Marcello the owner runs the i Monaci is a charming and courteous man who ensures a warm welcome to his guests. Marcello has his own olive oil - delicious; and his wine is excellent, and excellent value.
Pros: We spent one day in Farfa during our bike tour from Assisi to Rom. Farfa is a beautiful place famous for its monastery and perfect to relax and to enjoy the calm and spiritual atmosphere. We enjoyed a lot the welcoming hospitality of the "4 Monaci". When we arrived we had been suprised by a delicious Aperitivo! We are very greatful to have spent such a great time in such a creative place! Thank you!

Pros: Setting, decorations, castle, garden, breakfast room.
Cons: Smell in the room. Bathroom should be updated.
Pros: The castle was gorgeous. We loved our room. The food was very good especially breakfast. They had a fun Halloween party while we there. Would definitely return! Great little town and great customer service.
Cons: Not great WiFi but it is a castle who needs WiFi!
Cons: Wifi did not function.
Pros: Wonderful location. I recommend to book suits in towers. Our supper on roof of tower at night with local wine was so romantic!
Cons: Very narrow road to hotel - rent the smallest car!!!!
Pros: The castle feels grand. The views are fantastic. The restaurant down the road is good.
Cons: The noise from the italian living upstairs to the annexe was ridiculous. we were woken at 1 am and had to listen to chatting singing and the toilet beiing flushed above us. The coffee for breakfast also didnt taste right. The room had a broken toilet seat.
Pros: Breakfast was good. Receptionist in the morning very understanding of the problem we encountered on arrival. Thankfully because we booked early we got a deal!
Cons: The hotel knew we were walking the St Francis Way- we arrived later than anticipated and we greeted with a rather hostile receptionist who was determined that we immediately went through the registration process and then go to our room. We also had to make a decision if we were eating at the hotel. We took a chance and declined. There was absolutely no customer service about the need for a drink, which we received most of the other places we stayed in. After we followed procedures we struggled to get a drink- it proved very difficult and poorly organised. Decor needed updating in both rooms and around the hotel. Internet connection didn’t work!
