Food, general hospitality, parking, ease of access, general friendliness of staff. We travel between France & Spain 2x/yr. This hotel, perfect for us, & our dog!
The fact that they spoke english and were very helpful during our overnight stop. And the hotel was just of the main road but little or no road noise and secure parking.
Friendly and helpful staff. It was very cold when we arrived in November on our motorcycles and the rooms were very warm and comfortable. Good size too with a decent sized bathroom. Although good menu for evening meal, it was quite expensive. Options for breakfdast were very poor with no cooked food available. Hair dryer in bathroom was a poorly designed affair which was largely ineffective.
Easy to find, convenient and very friendly. Would stay again
the friendly and welcomming staff ease of location to route yes the cost of the breakfast and the poor service and quality of said breakfast
Lovely room ,Nice Spanish style hotel, safe parking, good food and good views of mountains. Owner spoke English. Treated us well at breakfast and saw to our needs.
We enjoyed this very friendly and comfortable hotel !!! nothing!
Friendly Staff and pleasent surroundings
Clean comfortable room
Excellent location in Sepulveda old town. Near shop, cafes and restaurants, and on picturesque street. Very nice furnishing and decor. Excellent room and bathroom, with small but good balcony. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very welcoming place to stay, and extremely good value. Good location near other picturesque villages, the Duraton gorge and also not very far from Segovia Everything was fine.
Remarkable local scenery. Interesting little town with plenty of choices to eat out, although many quite expensive. Friendly people. Good location for stopover when travelling by car. Breakfast was a little lacking. We felt that the hotel would be difficult for anyone with reduced mobility and this should be made known.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable, staff very helpful and spoke enough English for us to get by with our poor Spanish. Not far off our route to Santander Not easy to find, dining room closed on Sunday evening but not too much of a problem as restaurants nearby. Breakfast little disappointing.
Helpful staff, beautiful town.
Nice hotel in good location in very pleasant village nothing
Good service No staff in attendance when we arrived! Restaurant closed in the evening -- only open weekends. Sister hotel nearby with evening restaurant
This is a beautifully restored hotel in a wonderful, if slightly hilly, location. The staff could not have been more helpful.
It´s located in the centre of the village, renovated old house and comfortable. Good facilities!
Excellent staff, good location(a bit hair raising due to the cobbled streets if like us vou are on a fully laden motorbike ) . Only stayed one night but received a gift from receptionist on departure. Lovely little touches like welcoming bottled water in room. The well acclaimed restaurant was closed.
close to motorway
it is friendly with a high standard of decor and service it´s a shame that on each occasion the restauran thas been closed and only a limited service is availablefrom the cafeteria
The young lady on reception at check in was not very friendly. Although we did not use the mini bar in the room, it was not well stocked and of the glasses provided for the mini bar, one was broken and the other very dirty, we showed these to the young lady who shrugged and took them away but did not replace them. The hotel did not seem to be expecting us.
The room was excellent - just an overnight stay whilst travelling through Spain. We were upset by the receptionsit when we checked out in the moning. There was a cahrge on our bill that was not ours. Rather than apologise to us we were treated like thieves and she spoke to both a cleaner and a waitress about us. An upsetting end to what had been a good nights stay.
The hotel was attractive and appealed to us when making our choice. The bedroom was superb and the location is excellent, just off the motorway and so easy to find. The 'public areas' were dreadful and smoky. Such a shame the restaurant was closed, we were not informed until after our arrival and as the hotel is in a remote location we had to drive elsewhere for a meal.
Conveniently located to main road
It is a beautifull hotel, an old building carefully restored to parador glory. It is conveniently located next to but of the highway so excellent for a stopover. It is alongside a rustic and pretty old village where you can take a walk into the countryside and enjoy the scenery. Beds very comfortable but only bolster style pillows available! Restaurant very good but not cheap. Thebolster pillows otherwise excellent. Restaurant does not open till 21;00.
Location and standard of this excellent hotel were its main virtues. The restaurant opening hours in the evening - 20:45 for the hungry traveller meant using the bar menue which was poor and very pricey.
good friendly service.realy convenient for travel to Santander.Excellent breakfast. Pity the restaurant wasn,t open on Sunday(but we were aware of this when we booked) Food in cafeteria o.k.
Similar in standard to a Parador. Excellent for an overnight stop Dinning room prices very high and reception lacked experience and presence.
