Friendliness of owners, made very welcome, very helpful and nothing too much trouble..even booked a table for us at a local indian restaurant! Breakfast scrummy..will definitely return and reccomend to others.
Location to and ease of access to East Midlands Airport,
The room allocated (No 10) garden room very small, no wardrobe space.
There was nothing to like about it only the pub adjacent
Bedrooms and breakfast room far to small and i stayed in a converted shed in the garden
The breakfast was very nice.
Yes being on the top floor at the end of the day was tiring, and everytime we needed the bathroom it was the floor below, rooms needed decorating.
Excellent welcome and service given by the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they really made our stay a memorable one. The breakfasts were fantastic.Really good quality for the price.
Parking was tight on occasions but it was carefully managed so never caused a real problem. The rooms to the front of the hotel were rather noisy due to the heavy traffic.
Very friendly staff, wonderful breakfast and extremely helpful.
Parking a little awkward.

Excellent, friendly communication. Food fresh and well presented with home made bread and honey/preserve so thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast.
Small point which was going to be fixed that day, no towel rail in the en suite
