Friendly Staff. Lovely location and grounds When I booked I believed that was staying in the main hotel building. However we found ourselves in basically a modern terraced house - with no kitchen! This little complex was in fact a motel. Unfortunately we stayed on a Friday and Saturday evening that had weddings on both days, thus the bar area during each evening was full of wedding guests - no place for a pre or after dinner drink.
We were given an 2 bedroom apartment for the same price as our family room, which we had found to be very small. This was very good value and a pleasant stay. We stayed 2 nights to visit with family in Castleconnell. We had supper in the bar and it and the breakfasts were very good. The decor is very nice and the gardens and location lovely. Our 3 person family room was very small and not terribly exciting decor. Perhaps the rooms are ready for a redecoration soon.
The accomodations were spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. Nothing
enjoyed the hotel
This our 5th time staying at your hotel, it is special to us. It is like coming home. It is friendly, comfortable, the staff are great and we will be back. N/A
The warm hospitality, comfort and relaxing atmosphere.
Beautiful setting. A lovely, homely house. Floorboards very noisy.
We stayed in a suite and the rooms are quite spacious. The rooms were dirty (dust on windows and on floor, spots on carpet, kettle not clean) and really need some refresh. Bathroom floor was not in good condition (stone floor broken). Breakfast table was not clean (spot on tablecloth ans plates). This hotel is very expensive for what it offers.
I was taking my mother on a trip and we enjoyed the stay at your hotel very much. We especially enjoyed walking the grounds and the brook. We wish we had more time there. My Mom especially like the fire place. Seats near the fireplace
Stayed in the Shannon Suite at the single persons rate. The room was amazing. Very big with huge bed and lots of period furniture. Bathroom was complete with Whirlpool bath - very relaxing. Huge Cobweb on door frame going into bathroom, and the television reception was very poor.
Very well located in city centre, near car park & shops, clean rooms, & ideal for business users. No smoking area , except outside front door of hotel. Buffet breakfast not too hot or fresh.
The location was good. Room size very good for Europe. Day staff was relatively unfriendly.
Convenient location, clean and comfortable room, hotel bar food was reasonable with nice atmosphere, nice style and vice throughout.
It was a great value stay in a central location,
The Staff were wonderful in every way. The bedroom was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent' I did not like leaving so early in the morning.I did not like having to rush breakfast.
The hotel feels upscale and a bit romantic. It's quite modern, comfortable and the windows are excellent to keep the noise out at night. The location is perfect and the pillows are very comfortable. Excellent value for the money. Parking is nearby but an additional cost. No AC in the bedrooms although a fan is included. No hair dryer in the room.
central lack of parking nearby
Large modern hotel with a friendly atmosphere
Abiance of the hotel was excellent, clean and the staff were very accomodating no, everything went brilliantly
Could find no fault with this hotel Parking, although close and convenient is an additional cost.
Good Atmosphere. Great Breakfast. Room a little on the smaller side
The breakfast buffet was carefully chosen and attractively presented. My room only had one plug for the several electronic devices with which I was travelling. This one plug was located behind the wall-mounted flat screen television creating a situation in which the plug was difficult to get to and which did not allow much space for the plugged in item to project out without hitting the back of the screen. There should be at least two plugs for electronic devices (lap top computers, camera chargers, etc.) that are easy to access in the room.
Directions to get to the hotel and car park
the restaurant staff on wed and thur nite......a pleasue The breakfast manager on my last day friday, very loud and in your face, everyone at breakfast was made aware of the room i had booked and that it did not include breakfast when in actual fact i had booked room and breakfast.....
Our room was upgraded to a suite after arriving at two o'clock and our room was not ready.
The staff were very helpful. The room was stylish very quiet & peaceful. The changing area in the gym was not very clean but this was understandable as there was works being carried out.
Although the Key cutting system was down when we arrived, the staff were excellent in their handling of the situation. We were the only ones in the leisure area, the jacuzzi was not working and the steam room and sauna shut down while we were there but it was no big deal. The Restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent and good value for money with full Dinner and a bottle of wine for €65.00 for 2. Other 5 stars should take note.
superb views.. cofortable room..excellent food staff could smile a little..
Location and staff were very nice.
The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre, staff are very friendly and efficient and the facilities first class.
Enjoyed the view The staff were hit and miss some were nice some of the bar staff were just plain rude.
Nicr Clean room Booking issue which was resolved
After the initial fiasco, the friendliness of the staff Parking is a problem particularly after hours. I was locked in the hotel car park after 1 o'clock
We really liked the decor of the hotel. It is a very modern hotel and the facilities were excellent. Really enjoyed the pool, sauna etc. The meal was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. Will definately be back again!!
Hotel is well-located, clean, efficient and welcoming. I like the bar area with casual Asian dining. On this occasion, WiFi in room was very very poor.
the location of hotel was great. Just a few steps from the centre, actually it was in the downtown. small room.
Very comfortable, quiet and spacious The main door entrance is not comfortable for people carrying or dragging luggage
lovely friendly staff, free parking and very central for shopping. great value its a good basic hotel for what you pay for.
The hotel is centrally located. Our reservation appeared to have been lost and, when finally found, we had been placed in a smoking room despite our non-smoking request. The reception staff quickly swapped us to a new room. Parking is an issue before 6 pm, and it should be noted on the website that parking is only available after a set time. We luckily got one of the parks in the building, but this was not initially offered. Our room was very noisy!
Hallway smelled like urine. Bathroom smelled like mold and was filthy. Tiny room. Tiny TV. Terrible Wifi.
Clean and cozy, good value.
Location, standard of room. The only negative was the issue with the car park. On arrival, we went into the car park to see the only available space was taken uver by the car in the space next to it. I went to check in and queried the car taking 2 spaces...I was told by the receptionist that as there was a function on that night those guests had priority and the space was being reserved for them. She then told us we had to leave the car park and move to Harveys Quay...which meant going all around town again. The staff we met on arrival were not welcoming or helpful and it seemed that we were an inconvenience.
Residents being kicked out of the front bar at 12.30 friday night. They served us a drink and told us we had to drink it in the reception because they had to get ready for a wedding party coming in at 1.30am. It was a 4 star hotel and this was totally unacceptable. Then after this my husband found out he was shortchanged at the bar. No a pleasant experience
The hotel is good but not as good as Radisson should be, Lobby was good but the bed rooms were not up the mark. Open the window (room 312) and you can see the cluster of junk, broken floor and walls. Instead of having a nice sleep till 10am or 11am on Saturday morning, all I hear loud drilling at about 8am… Staff was the best part..
Excellent standard. Great to relax in the Spa and enjoy a good dinner. Assuming this was the Limerick Radisson. Poor signage- it was hard to find-SatNav took me somewhere else.
We found our room very comfortable and luxurious, we were attending a wedding and the food was gorgeous too. nothing.
The staff were excellent, accomodating and professional. the hotel was excellent nothing.
Great service and facilities are top quality. The staff are the hotels best asset very friendly and welcoming
Fleas in bathroom; no hot water in shower in morning; no newspaper available for 0800 breakfast; I received a telephone call from the hotel a day after I had checked-out, asking if I would be vacating my room that evening; hotel staff sorted empty bottles in yard outside my room at night.
Nice layout of lobby. Good food. Well organized. Approachable staff, even the training staff. No airconditioning. Rooms hot. Too noisy to open windows. Debs ball on the night we were there making it impossible to sleep. Day ruined.Gave up on our mini holiday.
Friendly & helpful staff. Relaxing and enjoyable stay. Big rooms. Great bar. Very attentive to replenishing drinks etc. The staff made it for us. Slow food service but we were enjoying ouselves & didn't really notice, cold temperature in reception area
Very clean hotel with welcoming staff. The hotel is located very close to the city centre. The main street (O'Connell Street) is about a 3 minute walk. For a night out, Denmark Street is only 5 minutes walk. The leisure facilities are also excellent. The restaurant is a bit pricey and you will have to pay for 7euro per day for hotel parking. Fortunately street parking is available in the area for free on weekends.
It was very central and the staff were very friendly. The air conditioning was turned on in the dining room which rendered it extremly cold on the night we stayed. The waitress informed me that it would take 1 hour in order for the room to heat up she did however move us to a different table hoping it would not be so cold. Unfortunately it was and I subsequently developed a head cold from the dining experience.
Bartenders were amazing! Front staff was great too, but we were disappointed that they didnt at least offer us a free dessert/breakfast/something when the air in our second room broke during one of the hotter days that they have had. Made sleeping pretty difficult. They did bring us a fan, but that just circulated warm stuffy air. While the service, staff and hotel cleanliness were all first rate, little things like a clogged shower (we had to take military showers to avoid an overflow), running toilet and broken a/c unit in one of our two rooms prevent us from giving them 5 stars.
nice room and comfort did not like haveing to pay for parking in the hotel
friendly, informative and helpful staff, comfortable beds, excellent loacation, spa facalities were lovely as was pool area, good dinner, option to prolong checkout on the sunday for a small charge, lovely interieor,we had wine glasses and bucket in the room which was a nice touch, nice bathroom and good size,we stayed in a triple room and everything was perfect-highly recommend the hotel was a little hard to find(from the cork side)we could see the hotel but took a while to figure out how to get over the bridge so maybe a few additional signs for the hotel would be helpful, other than that no complaints!
the hotel was in a great location for what we wanted it was very high spec and had all facilities The hotel would not serve me a liquor coffee at 10pm in the evening as they said they did not have any hot coffee!!!!!!!!
It was a rugby weekend and the hotel adapted itself to it's clientele showing all the matches. There was also a wedding reception were well able to cater for both sets of visitors with ease.
Closeness to City Centre and relaxed atmosphere of Hotel Breakfast seriously overpriced.
Ambience of the lobby and rooms Lighting too poor in rooms to try and do work - particularly on PC
Music comming from a late night party very loud
room was perfect and restraunt service and food was excellant staff member durning check in unfriendly and abrupt
Everything was first class.
Breakfast could be improved
The meal in the bar was very good. No WI-FI in room so had to go to reception to work. The pillows were very hard.
Hotel is in a good location and it is lovely. The room we stayed in was very spacious. However on the down side checkout is very early. 11 on a Saturday. They came knocking on our door was we were told that we would be charged if we didn't vacate the room in 15mins. They turned off the electricty supply to our room so we had to shower and change in the dark!!!! I travel a lot and this was the first time that I experienced this.
rooms were very modern. breakfast lovely in the resterant overlooking the river a little noisey during the night, some sort of party or wedding
The hotel was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there. We will definately go back to stay again in the future.
Facilities and location. no.
Room was spacious and there was a separate sitting area. Glass bathroom door right next to the bed.Shower didn't drain well. Beds uncomfortable. Not enough parking.
Very central, clean, nice staff, nice food!
Hotel was really nice and the room was the nicest and cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was good too.
The staff were friendly. The facilities were new. The treatments on offer at the day spa were impressive. An affordable taste of luxury. The floor in the bathroom became a bit slippery after showering.
The gym The Food - Had a chicken salad one evening - description didn't match what I got - supposed to have advacados - I think I got one lick or not! well not too sure what it was and the cesar salad also over priced
The stadard of cuisine was five-star.
It was nice enough. It has potential -but not there yet. Food at breakfast was not good. Windows were dirty when arrived. Hallways were very noisey. TV was all snowy.
hotel was convenient to town, staff were pleasant, and no problem when asked for extra tea/coffee or towels. Breakfast very good. Hotel a bit dated could possibly do with modernisation.
I was at a conference in the University of Limerick, and it was very convenient for that purpose. My original room was not satisfactory. I had to request a change of room, and the second room was excellent. Staff was helpful when I made the complaint. The furniture in the room had not been put back in place after cleaning in the original room.
I was not impressed with the hotel. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning. The fridge didnt work. The TV channels were fuzzy. Room service attemped to charge €7 for some ice. THe brown bread i got at lunch time had fungus on it. Need I go on...
Nice hotel excellent staff service Bed old with blankets. New beds with douvet required
The room was good for the money. The bar was particularly nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was not easy to find without directions from locals (we had no GPS).
The staff were very helpful and friendly. I loved the pool.... I thought 16 euro for an irish breakfast and 13 euro for a continental breakfast was outrageously over priced and therefore I did not have breakfast in the hotel either morning.
Certainly was not a four star hotel at it stated. Compared to other 4 star Carlton Hotels this was certainly way below what I was expecting.
Very easy to access, car park lift straight to room was really good. Pool was lovely, good gym with excellent cardio machines. Staff all excellent. Did not like its location and was advised not to go for a run outside.
during our evening meal in the bar there was a mix-up with our meal being served to someone else. however our waitress that evening handled the matter extremely well. With staff like her you will always get return of business.
Really reasonable and you get so much for your money - the hotel was fab and rooms were clean and very comfortable. very nice. would definitely stay here again - is but an €8 (approx) taxi from town The area doesn't look the greatest, in saying that though we had no problems
Staff were very helpful and accomadating. Location was good - easy to get taxis to and from hotel into city
Value for money, very good rooms!
Very modern beautiful hotel with an excellent helpful staff.
staff was really nice and very accomadating food wasnt great and the restaurant wasnt open only bar food available
Bedroom was large and comfortable.
Wonderful facilities and a great price! Clean, spacious rooms and nice staff. Close to most amenities and free parking!
Convenience to M20, good directions as to location
The fronf desk service was efficient. The bar food was excellent and well priced. The service was very good No
Easy access to the College Grounds and the Dublin Road Restaurant decor and food(i.e dinner), breakfast buffet setting all over the place, extremley messy, tables not set properly, had to ask for certain things, coinsidering we were told that breakfast was available to 11am on Sunday,
Friendly staff. Hotel very musty and dreary Breakfast was awful. Queues too long. No trays. Food luke warm. Scrambled eggs watery. Didn't have time to queue again for tea.
very clean, quiet, friendly staff, bed very comfortable.
We enjoyed our dinners. The food and atmosphere was unbelievable!
Fantastic Hotel, well laid out, spacous and very clean. Friendly staff.
It was convenient to where I needed to be for the week of my stay
The bathroom and the matress noices in the floor
The peace and quiet of the hotel It wasn't as luxurious as I was hoping for, although the stay was very nice
Good facilities and pleasant staff One issue was lack of hot water late at night on the night of my stay
Excellent quality room / breakfast good value / Hotel close to shops bus station / rail station in fact central Unable to turn Both handbasin taps on & off shower just the same - females would not be able to operate / maybe something to do with the Irish water ie calcium content
Central location. View from 6th floor. Additional cost of car parking was not apparent at time of booking.
Great location, restaurant attached to hotel, easy to get around, inexpensive, clean. Beds weren't comfy, had to pay for parking
Clean room, friendly staff, great location. Would recommend also as it offers great value for money. No gym or pool facilities, but I knew this before I booked it.
location is excellent that you have to pay 7.50 extra for parking
Friendly reception, spacious rooms, tea/coffee in rooms, private bathrooms Lack of secure padlocks on doors
The receptionest were very helpful and "Real People". We had experienced dealing with three Receptionest.Breakfast fare was fine. At breakfast the water for tea makeng was from a thermus which was not boiling. For tea drinkers like me boiling water is necessary for making good Tea.
Has a pretty nice modern pub located next to the lobby
Nice receptionists and great staff. Clean rooms. Good location. Bed was a little uncomfortable.
the friendliness of the hotel receptionist, ( male)
Very noisy guests at 3am through till 430am Security Guard did his very best to quieten them, but too many noisy guests and not enough security guards.
Cheap We arrived quite late, around 10pm, and we couldnt get any food. Not even room service
The staff were great, really nice and helpful. No kettle in the rooms for tea or coffee
Value for money.
Great value for money. A lovely clean, warm and friendly hotel. Breakfast wasn't included in rate but we had a lovely selection of pastries, croissants, scones, fruit, cereals, juices and a full hot Irish breakfast for a little extra. Dinner in the evening was lovely too and good value, there was a bistro but we ate in the bar. Our room was clean and comfortable, towels and linen clean and fresh. Tea making facilities are on request and we were brought a tray when we requested it. The staff in all areas were most obliging and friendly, a lovely stay will definitly return.
For the price, bed was comfy, bathroom had everything
very reasonable/good service had to look for the reciptnist
Friendly people, clean facilities, decent breakfast. Room was cold, not enough heat in the radiators
pub outdoor heating soap&shampoo in the bathroom missing ; mirror lighting out of order
Check-in was wonderful. The first room they gave us smelled too strongly of smoke and when we asked to be moved, they personally walked us to three different rooms and let us pick the best replacement. Very helpful and wonderful staff. The carpets in the rooms were very dated and stained. The room was fine but the carpets just made the entire room appear very dated and dirty.
I had a great stay. The hotel is in an excellent location if you want to enjoy the nightlife. The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was clean and mostly comfortable. Because it's centrally located and close to the pubs there is a decent amount of street noise since you'll have to keep your window open. This didn't bother me because my own home has a similar situation, but those looking for quiet might not like it. Also the shower is a bit tiny. It was fine for me but larger people might have troubles. Lastly, it was a very hot day which made the room very warm. Not great air flow, so something to keep in mind if you're traveling in the summer.
The welcome was very warm, beautiful young woman on front desk. The hotel decor surprises, very Italianate, more Venice than Limerick, a lot of red and black in halls, my room was done in tasteful blues and creams. The front of the hotel gives no idea and the reception area is very modest, so as you go upstairs to the rooms the effect is striking. A painting series on the landings of a couple embracing creates a romantic effect I liked very much and immediately wished I had a partner with me! Some rooms looked spectacular, large inviting beds and spacious seating areas, all with the same sensuous Italianate decor. All looked comfortable. The breakfast area overlooks the street so you can watch Limerick waking up. The Full Irish was huge! There are some pubs nearby and so you can expect the usual propensity of young Irishmen and women to end the evening by shouting inarticulately and meaninglessly at each other (some Irish traditions will never die!) - it's a very primitive and no doubt meaningful form of communication for them but provides a sad irritation for anyone else. I was staying midweek and it was not so bad. But you have been warned!
The car parking facility was not great because even though it was not expensive anything other then a 24 hour car park is not much good for a hotel when you have to leave early in the morning, I nearly missed my flight because the car park didn't open until 7.30am! The room I was in was good but it was right across the road from a very noisey bar so I got no sleep until about 1am!
As some review says, the hotel is small but supply everything I need. And it is quite clean. The location is convenient.
Staff friendly, excellent location, fab breakfast, easy atmosphere
It was very central. The beds have to be the woret i have ever slept on.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was very clean The bed and shower were small
Location. Staff were very friendly. The cost was very good. Shower poor. Bed not very comfortable. The room was very dark a small window. Some outside noise.
Location - and was dirt cheap- saved on taxi's and nxt to pubs and shops ! Stairs - big bag and 2 flights of stairs dont mix
Proximity to city centre. Sheets on the bed instead of a duvet.
the breakfast and location the noise from the bar and no towel rail in bathroom
It was boutique style decor with a prestigous location off the park Food in the restaurant was not good and very very overpriced
A quality hotel at an exceptional rate, very friendly & attentive staff, well managed, excellent rooms, quiet location, free secure parking and probably the best food I've tasted in any hotel I've stayed in around the world. a real find in Limerick. It's only minor, I really enjoy a cup of tea after I wake up - missed having that facility in the room but offset by the complimentary bottles of water.
This was my second time staying at No.1 Pery Square and, if anything, it had improved from the last time, and the previous time it was excellent! Everything about the hotel is luxurious and all of the staff are pleasant, well trained and extremely helpful. The hotel's restaurant, Brasserie One, has reached another level in culinary finesse and has a very well priced wine list to complement the wonderful food.
lovely hotel in nice location
I liked the ambience and the decor. It had a more personal feel about it.
When you arrive at the hotel you are asked if you would like tea or coffee and not your credit card ! They make you feel you are the only guest you get such attention. It's a gem of a find. It's so laid back and relaxing that you feel you have been away on a longer break. The bedroom was small but very comfortable.Had quite a good size bathroom with lovely touches to it including the products they use. The bed has to be the best I have ever slept in. The decor in the hotel has a touch of class about it. The food was excellent..Has an excellent spa. A classy hotel. Nothing at all/
Nice quiet oasis in Limerick city, luxurious rooms and bath products, very central and very friendly staff. No
I loved the room and the decor is fantastic. Really enjoyed our breakfast to the room the following morning It's a pity that the parking isn't nearer the hotel
The general ambiance of the hotel was very peaceful and beautiful, very romantic.
Quality, comfort, service. Didn't think it possible but the restaurant food has got even better! Still like to see a tea making facility in the room.
we arrived late off of a flight and we were made feel so welcome by the owner, nothing was too much trouble,we had to leave early in the morning but before we left we had the most wonderfull freshly cooked breakfast followed by fresh out of the oven scones butter and jam, while we got ourselves ready the owner was outside defrosting our car, the most wonderfull service we have ever had and if we are back that way again thats where we will be staying. nothing i didnt like about this hotel
Pleasant owners who tried to accommodate our needs. Because the weather was unusually cold the room did not feel warm enough even when the heating was on.
Location is very convenient to the Bunratty Castle and Folk experience, and a 10 minute straight ride to the Shannon airport. Hosts were great, breakfast was the best we had in Ireland, house is lovely. Not a thing
The staff was very nice. The place was peaceful and homely
This was our last night in Ireland. We couldn't of picked a better place. Very clean and nice. The owner was a Wounderful man. I would stay there again
it was very peaceful, nice hosts, would go there again to have night away, excellent breakfast. none
We liked the location and the friendly hedlpful people who run the guesthouse. Enjoyble stay.
The guest house was great. I was immediately greeted by name upon arrival and given a spacious room with a fantastic bathroom. Additionally, as I had an early flight out of Shannon the owner offered to serve me breakfast an hour earlier than normal. The guest house is in immaculate condition and I would highly recommend it to any type of traveler. Its location - less than 5 minutes from Bunratty castle is an added bonus!
The location was perfect~ Bunratty Castle next door and JP Clarke's, a great pub, in walking distance. And we had a quick 15 minute drive to Shannon Airport in the morning. Our room was at the end of a VERY long hall with a view into a junky lot. And it was noisy quite late. Staff was not very welcoming~ they seemed tired. We had been spoiled by two weeks of B&B stays and were a bit disappointed. Value for the money was good and it was a perfectly safe and clean place to spend our last night in Ireland.
everything! Nothing. It was a great facility. Terrific for adjusting to jet lag or for a nice , comfortable stay on night before returning home
Situation, staff, views Its an old building so for some reason closing of doors of other rooms was very noisy
location, convenience to shopping and comfort getting wash cloths and the smoking room availability
Was a superb hotel, excellent service all round. Very close to the Castle and Folk Park. Great value for money, would recommend to anyone!
Nice hotel and we were especially grateful after attending the medieval castle banquet that we had a short walk to get back to the hotel.
Late night bar. my wife loved the Spa. she wanted massage and treatment but your place had no slot too fit her in.
The really early check-in after a transatlantic flight. Its a beautiful hotel in a beautiful part of the world.
setting was nice...could walk to surrounding places, things to do. rooms weren't ready when we got there which was fine because we walked around but then when we came back a bus load had come in checking in and we then had quite a wait.
size of room nothing
Location was important during my visit door on left on entering corridor to rooms should be kept closed, smell of cleaning materials and appearance takes from overall impression
Hotel was very conveniently located for walking to the castle. The first room we were given was above the pool, and had a rhythmic thumping noise from the pump well into the night. Around 10 pm, we transferred to another room which was quieter, but lower in quality. The second room had a castle view in the distance over the HVAC machinery on the ground floor roof. The whole hotel could use improved maintenance, and you would expect a better room from the start in the low season (Nov) when there are few guests.
Restaurant food was lovely and leisure suite was great. Requested a non-smoking room but was not given it. Didn't say anything to hotel but I'm sure they would have moved.
The staff and bar food
Very clean. Excellent food. Very spacious. Easy access to roads out of Limerick. No complaints
great value and location food was excellent
location check in was a joke!
receptionest was excellent she remembered my wife since our last visit some time ago.Manyof the staff were Irish which makes a huge difference to us especially at meal times they understand your requirements much better than non english speakers. Many time we have ended up with incorrect dishes,on one occasion I could not get horseradish sauce for my beef carpet in the bedroom was soiled and try tried to hide same with the waste paper bin, they need to spend money on the shower area
The Fact that two single beds were put together was a little uncomfortable otherwise everything else was very good
It was warm in the room, the staff were very friendly and professional, the leisure facilities were very good. Nothing serious, The bar was a bit loud and noisy for my liking.
kicked out of room without warning which caused my things to be lost and was very unhappy with that
Staff very helpful when I returned to my car the next morning to discover I had left the lights on & the car would not start. Thank you staff
