Bathroom, hotel entrance. Imo, Not quite 5 star. I've staying in 4 star hotels in ireland that I felt were nicer therefore don't feel this hotel is good value for money.
space, comfort location kitched could have been better equipped with utensils. for longer stays with a family, a laundry would be required
Good location, nice old house, nice service room could be more comfortable
Reception staff were extremely helpful and were genuinely interested in making our stay a pleasant experience. Although the bathroom was clean it was very small and we could hear people moving about outside and upstairs fairly clearly.
Location was good. Close to Chapel street. No air conditioning and the ceiling fan was very noisy. The room felt like a hospital room
Very friendley staff
Nothings The room
Lovely old building and ease for transport facilities e.g. trams. Common room for breakfast was very good and breakfast and coffee availability was very good. Outside areas were good. Complicated corridors to the rooms.
that it was close to rod laver The rooms were tiny, not what I expected especially not for a romantic 2 wedding anniversary. Also when booking were under the impression that we were getting a cooked buffet breakfast. So weren't to happy about that. Overall very disappointing.
hospitable staff, nice dinning room small room
The lounge and breakfast area were lovely. It's a great location and we were able to walk everywhere.
Good place to stay, excellent living room.
Size of all rooms, free clothes dryer use, parking under cover free, quiet, 5 minutes stroll to trains or local shops, private setting, Would totaly recommend Balcony could do with out door seats and table.
Great location, Staff were excellent, Restaurant - staff and food excellent. No complaints!
Recommended by Residents of Brighton Yes the shower in room 203 slow no pressure hard to adjust.
The check-in was quick. The evening meal was excellent. No
The nice view from the room, good breakfast in bedroom. Cofortable bed, excellent showers. Spa bath took too long to fill up and appeared to be leaking at the plug
we stayed there due to attending a function ther that made it convenent.
The view of the beach from the room!! The bar was a little dead - if it had been more appealing, it would have been nice to end the day with drinks at the bar.
the bed wasn't that comfortable, it dipped into the middle, for this reason we probably wouldn't stay there again.
The room was pleasant and the view interesting. The Savoy is close to a part of Brighton where I live 36 years ago so I found it fascinating to see what has changed and what has not! The mains course at dinner!
The evening was quiet. and I was undisturbed by noise from traffic , other patrons etc. Thank you
Nice comfortable and friendly atmosphere. 24hr reception is always very good. Highly recommended.
The room was very well appointed and very comfortable. A simple but elegant design and we loved the location.
That it offered such a complete range of facilities didn't have any toothpaste
Good parking, handy dining locations close by, double room availability, reasonable amenaties, helpful, friendly staff.
The appartment was confortable and suitable for the needs. As we mostly spent our time outside the hotel, the facilities offered for the time we spent in the hotel were very good.
Close to shopping centre's, Caufield Race Course, transport. The staff were very helpful.A very secure place to stay and easy to locate. No complaints at all
Room was extremely clean and very well appointed. Hotel was in an excellent location, very close to Chadstone Shopping Centre. Car Park could be accessed from both Warrigal and Dandenong Roads, which made it very convenient.
Good location. Excellent facilties. Very clean. Suited our purpose very well.
The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. Location was good, at about a 10-minute walk from the Oakley suburban rail station. The kitchen was functional enough for uncomplicated cooking, although the quality of the cookware (pots and pans) led to the food being stuck to surfaces which made it difficult to clean the vessels. Also, one of the two bedrooms lacked its own a/c (the unit was in the living room), due to which the room was warm and somewhat uncomfortable to sleep in. However, this problem is likely to occur only in hot days.
Close to chadstone sc, nice friendly staff No 24 hr reception, no pool, no tv remote in the room
The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. My husband and I thought the hotel room was bigger than expected and had all the amenities needed including modern appliances. The bathroom was enormous with a modern and clean fit-out. We thought this hotel was excellent value for money and would highly recommend it. The hotel has a restaurant, however it is only open for breakfast and lunch. It would have been nice to have dinner there and even to have sat in the bar area to have a drink.
Nice modern hotel. Very pleasant and obliging staff. Fantastic beds. One of the reception staff chewing gum.
The hotel was central to my family, who were able to visit me. The room was spacious and we enjoyed pre dinner drinks there. Walked across the road for dinner. The receptionist tried to charge me extra $10 for car parking, which was stated on your documentation that car parking was included in the tariff. On check out the receptionist waived the extra payment when I showed her your letter.
The location was great, walking disance to resturants
Great value for money and very good staff Needs a liquor licence
It was very close to the beach and so many good restaurants around.
It is quiet and comfortable. It suited our needs well. No issues.
The Bed was so comfortable I had the best sleep the room was immaculate very clean The weather was beautiful I love the balcony access A little bit noisy at night (I think it may have been the cleaners)
Location, use of gym at Boat Club, nice staff, parking ok, convenient and tidy rooms, options to cook and use as a small motel, Main dinner not great, adequate but over-priced.
It was comfortable for the 8 of us. We weren't told that the apartments were not at the same location as reception. After a long walk from the Oakleigh train station with 5 kids in tow all carrying luggage, we were told this information. Unable to walk any further we had to call taxi's. Not very impressed.
We liked the friendly and homey atmopshere created by the staff. The lady was very welcoming. She had a 'can do' attitude even with no visible assistance.
The location of the hotel was great, easy access to the city via the freeway and very close to Chadstone shopping centre. The service was prompt and friendly.
