Ideal place to stay for walks and trips in Sierra Cazorla National Park. Perfect location in a quiet forest, beautiful rooms and interior, very friendly staff. A car required to get to the place and to explore the aprk from the hotel
fantastic position river access, nice grounds, goohe d position for acessing the national park
breakfast was less than minimal
The sheer character and ambiance of the hotel was almost breathtaking. Obviously a great deal of attention had been done on the various collections of artefacts that adorned the rooms.
As mentioned by a previous reviewer the breakfast was minimal to say the least. In fact amounted to no more than a slice of toast and some very bad coffee! Which was shame as a: this hotel is ideally placed for long walks in the area (hardly a good meal to set you off with) and b: it left us on a bit of a negative note on what otherwise would have been a most enjoyable stay.
a beautifully rehabilitated convent in a remarkable scenery. calm during spring, possible to enjoy numerous activities in the area
breakfast was a bit light
