The hotel was clean and comfortable. We didn’t have any health concerns related to COVID—they seemed prepared to meet safety recommendations. The location was great for our needs.
As mentioned, it seemed a little dated in decor, but cleanliness and caring were much more important to us.
The price of breakfast.
Beds are comfortable, shower pressure was amazing!
Room service. I called for a late snack and what we ordered and what we received were off. Letting it slide. Ordered breakfast and hung the menu on the door. Again-what was ordered was different than what we got. I ordered a breakfast burrito. I got an egg white sandwich that cost me $9. I’m positive I didn’t order it. Thought I’d try it but it was smothered in mushrooms-which I CANNOT eat. Tried to but it just wasn’t happening. I was charged 23 for this meal-no straw for my drink. Won’t order RS ever again here.
Clean, and nice upgraded bedding. Bed was very comfortable.
Really needs updating. Food in the restaurant was terrible!!
Free shuttle to airport. Friendly staff.
There was dried food in the carpet in front of couch. No mini fridge nor microwave.
