The 1,041 foot Celebrity Eclipse from Celebrity Cruises carries 2,850 passengers, and has been in service since 2010. Its main itinerary is the 14-night Exotic Southern Caribbean cruise, a round-trip route from Miami, which passes through St. Maarten, Antigua, St. Lucia, Barbados, Bonaire, Curacao and Aruba. All luxurious staterooms are impeccably styled with contemporary décor, and come with twin beds, that can be converted into a queen size bed, and include a sitting area, flat screen television and private en-suite. With six varieties of cabins and suites, guests can opt for larger rooms and private balconies with sun loungers for an even more special trip. For a fine dining experience, the Moonlight Sonata Restaurant is the magnificent main dining room, decadent with sparkling chandeliers and serving expertly prepared cuisines from all around the world. For an extra special culinary experience, the Murano restaurant brings a new level of sophistication, with tableside lobster presentation and an extensive American and French wine list. For those in a more casual mood, there are plenty of options for all tastes too. After dinner guests can enjoy a wide range of entertainment, from the Eclipse Theatre for spectacular live performances to the casino, or simply relax with a drink in hand at one of the ships many bars. The Sky Observation Lounge is a must see at night, where guests can take in the beauty of the night sky. During the day, the Canyon Ranch SpaClub offers the ultimate in relaxation, with a wide range of treatments available. Two pools are also available, with a family pool where fun games can be played, as well as an adults-only one. There is plenty for children too, with the children’s club specialising in all ages and interests. Not to be missed is the Lawn Club, where games take place on a half acre of real grass! Inaugurated in 2010, the modern and luxurious Celebrity Eclipse promises a vacation that should not be missed.
