When you stay at B&B Le Viole in Arce, you'll be 10 minutes by car from Ceprano Square.
Pros: Have stayed here in 2 other occasions previously and it never disappoints. Hosts Lucio and Ivan as so friendly and helpful it almost seems too good to be true. The accomodation is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need and more. I could live there permanently without an issue. Keep up the fantastic work guys.
Pros: Very nice appartment. I suggest longer stay. Less than One hour from Rome. Nice host.
Cons: Everything was just great
Pros: Incredibly clean and spacious. Gorgeous courtyard
Pros: This place was awesome. It had all the ambiance of an Italian home. We were 100 steps away from a 1500 year old church.
Cons: Breakfast was just packaged biscuits and jam with drinks.
Pros: If you want to get into a fairy tale then you will make the right choice. Our impressions of accommodation exceeded all expectations. The house is located on the very top of the hill. The view from the top of the hill delivers stunning views across the mountains and valley below. Rooms are decorated with vintage furniture. The dining table was pre-served. The kitchen is equipped above all expectations. If we had the opportunity we would have stayed in the house for a few more days. We did not want to leave ... The hosts were hospitable and attentive to our questions.
Pros: The property is an entire beautiful house with 2 bedrooms 1 living room, 2 bathrooms and a fully equiped kitchen where you will feel like at home as soon as you come in. It is situated in a small beautiful village with its pizzeria, caffé and gelateria. I have been in a few B&Bs and this is by far one of the best. The welcoming is great, the environment is peaceful and quite and it is located only an hour drive away from Roma. There is a small train museum perfect for the kids. If you are looking for a place to stay close to Roma then don't look any further.

Pros: Not very far from the highway, we found this gem in the middle of Italian farmland. Refurbished and impeccably clean place - with a gorgeous pool! Very hospitable and accommodating hosts! Absolutely recommendable!
Pros: This was a great place to wind down after a hectic few days. Beautiful countryside, amazing hosts!
Cons: There was nothing that I didn't enjoy.
Pros: From the first sight we felt very welcome. Owners greeted us outside their house, invited for a welcome drink and sat together talking with us. It was very warm, calm and cosy stay.

Cons: Cell service and WiFi not great.

Cons: Unwelcoming host who treated us like intruders and made us feel very uncomfortable. Terrible attitude towards guests. The lady would smoke while we were eating breakfast. Additionally the smell of meat cooking with garlic every single day unbearable to stand.
Pros: A very warm welcome /beautiful situation (in the Latium country) and a breakfast with a lot of choices and options (soja milk /without gluten etc)
Cons: Everything was perfect

Located in Ceprano, Hotel Borgo Antico is a 2-minute drive from Ceprano Square and 7 minutes from Punto Lago Park. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: pleasant surroundings, staff helpfull and friendly, would have liked a kettle in room and bootled water on arrival so we could have made a drink as we arrived at midnight.i must say the hotel was excellant on all other levels..food in hotel fantastic.
Cons: already mentioned above .
Pros: It is a hotel which has a facilitating function for weddings and other events. This sometimes gets in the way of the main function: hotel for guests (more on this below). The room was very modern and had a great blue LED light in the bathroom for nightly walks... It was spacious and had a very uncommon but pleasing floorpan. The hotel has a great garden and overal had a very romantic feel to it. Newly weds could have a good time here. The village has nothing special and for a good restaurant, stay in the hotel or drive out of town. The ones we found in town all had fluorescent lights, loud beer drinking people or looked very snacky-like. A special thanks to waiter Franco! He is a master in his function. He knows how to please and serve you! A great man with a great attitude! Thanks again Franco! You made our evening while others were too busy with the wedding. The restaurant is also amazing. We had the best Italian dishes during this holiday!
Cons: The night we were at the hotel there was a wedding party. The would normally be no issue, but it seems the lady at the desk was overwhelmed by all things to be arranged around the wedding. Payed and booked hotel guests seemed toe be a nuisance for her. We were treaded as unwanted guests, she was a bit rude and did not give us a very welcome feeling. 'What is your name?', 'Here is the key' are all see could say. And we had to ask for all info: breakfast, WiFi, checkout time. Weddings also mean a lot of guests and no parking places for regular guests. But after driving around for 15 min. we finally found one.
Pros: Very nice modern room and plenty of parking. Evening means are excellent and very good value for money!
Pros: The staff were excellent. The rooms very clean. The location was perfect.
Pros: Very nice and comfortable.
Cons: The walls between the rooms must be very thin and therefore are not very sound proof.
Pros: The staff were polite and very helpful.
Pros: The staff were wonderful and the dinner and breakfast in the restaurant exceeded any expectations. If you are traveling anywhere near Rome, do stay there it was perfect. It had a friendly, family atmosphere
Pros: The staff was very friendly, it was conveniently located between Rome and Naples. The grounds are extensive and well capped. The breakfast was good and made to our liking. The room was clean.
Pros: The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. It is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the waitress was exceptional.
Pros: Very nice garden outside. Easy to park the car. Dinner and breakfast were very good.

Pros: Very clean, friendly, and easy to find.
Cons: all was good
Pros: Very confortable room. A generous breakfast. The staff was polite and caring
Pros: Good location, easy to find. Comfortable room and great shower.
Cons: The room had a cigarette smelling
Cons: Great stay
Pros: Pool fantastic. Beautiful grounds. Room and bed great. Breakfast adequate. Staff very friendly.
Cons: Air conditioning a bit hit and miss, had to get chap from the desk up to my room at 11:30pm to get it going.
Pros: Located close to city centre and relatives' homes. Pleasant staff in breakfast room.
Cons: Air conditioning didn't work properly. As our windows faced a busy road, leaving the windows open wasn't a good option.
Cons: The rooms don’t have accoustic isolation. You can hear EVERYTHING from other rooms. In my case I wasn’t able to sleep because the guests from the top floor were yelling and very noisy. I called the front desk, had to explain the situation in italian (because the man didn’t speak english) and they didn’t do anything to help. So if you want a place to rest and sleep well DO NOT CHOOSE Hotel Villa Ida.
Pros: Amazingly friendly staff. The lady at dinner was so kind!
Pros: Employees were very hospitable and accomodating

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Pros: Everything at La Vignola is perfect, we will return time and time again.
Cons: To stay longer....
Pros: it was just a night stop for us on our way from france to sicily. big property which however was a bit deserted. Owner very friendly and tolsd us where we can eat and took us in his car to the city centre
Cons: need to be a bit cleaner
Pros: Super clean and lovely place! Super nice staff
Pros: This is the second time we stayed at La Vignola we liked it so much. The location is lovely with an outdoor seating area in front of your room so you can relax and enjoy the view of Ceprano. Our room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh every morning, and the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home.
Cons: Everything was great ...
Cons: No restuarant open had to go in to town to eat
Pros: Nice outside sitting area. Gorgeous pool. Quiet. Close to town square. AC ( once we figured out that minus and plus we're opposite of what we thought)
Cons: Front desk staff often away.
Pros: The owners were extremely hospitable and helpful. They are a great family and made our stay much more enjoyable by being available to provide meals, transportation, etc. They also own a restaurant in town that serves delicious food. It was by far the best dinner we had during our 12 day trip. The rates are very reasonable. We really enjoyed our stay in Ceprano.
Pros: It was an amazing experience to stay with Lucca at La Vignola! We walked in strangers and left as friends and we would like to thank everyone for their warmth and hospitality as well as their good humour. Great pool too - we will be back soon.
Pros: Pool was awesome. Definitely worth the price.
Pros: We stayed 9 nights at this hotel. The location is lovely, right across the river from the town (it's a 5 minute walk to the town square). The grounds are beautiful and maintained, and it's very quiet except for the church bells and birds. The rooms are large, hot water showers and a small balcony that looks over to the village that gets the morning sun. Breakfast was fresh, even the orange juice ... the yogurt and croissants were made right in the village. The staff was wonderful ... took a cooking class at their location in town. Learned how to make gnocchi and sauce, then sat and enjoyed it with a perfect glass of red wine. We also hosted a family dinner at the hotel for 16 people, the food and service was exceptional. We would highly recommend this hotel.
Located in Arce, B&B La Riserva is within a 5-minute drive of Punto Lago Park and Ceprano Square.
Pros: We liked the location. The small town of Ceprano is very quaint and we enjoyed the change of pace from the fast paced tourist areas. The owner could not speak to us, but she was very nice and helpful.
Cons: We weren't used to the style of bathroom with no toilet seat. The room was a little small for the two of us with all of our luggage.
