Pros: The property is a in very beautiful town near the GR65 route. It's handsomely decorated, peaceful, and very clean/well cared for. The owners are gracious and attentive. The food (dinner and breakfast) was outstanding. This property well exceeded our expectations.
Pros: This property has been renovated to the highest of standards. Total luxury, and very convivial hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. We had to leave early, before breakfast, and the hosts left a sumptuous breakfast for our consumption at dawn.
Cons: Absolutely nothing. It was perfect in every detail
Pros: Very cozy - renovated mansion with charm - very friendly and an excellent breakfast - all little details are seeking perfection - try it and you will discover something different
Pros: The location is beautiful and Le Manoir charming ...
Pros: Le Manoir is in a beautiful and quiet setting. Whether by car or on foot like us it’s a great place to stop. Rooms very comfortable and clean with a great selection of toiletries! Garden was a really peaceful place to unwind and Fatima is a superb host, all meals were delicious. The inside of the building is amazing a great job of retaining the old but incorporating modern comforts, from the glass floored balcony to the billiard table all was perfect. We would not hesitate to revisit when back here.
Pros: An absolute must visit, just charming!
Pros: A wonderfully restored building in a quiet village close to Geneva. A good base for a quiet weekend away.
Pros: Highly recommended!
Pros: It was everything the other reviewers said about it. I have no complaints whatsoever but I would like to share some information. Firstly the sat nav took is through an 8km very narrow one way road with few passing places. There is another route. Secondly, entirely my fault because I read the reviews rather than the description, but this is a bed and breakfast and not a hotel. I read about the restaurant next door but it had been closed for a year! We are not able to drive at night so this was a problem. Luckily our hosts took pity on us and Fatima cooked a lovely meal. Given that they specify that you can request meals in advance this was very kind and she produced ingredients magically. It was nice to meet them and their lovely dog, named Darling Boy.
Cons: Nothing. It was an upmarket B & B
When you stay at Relais & Châteaux Château des Avenieres in Cruseilles, you'll be 11 minutes by car from Vitam Water Park. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, luggage storage, and an elevator (lift). This hotel has 2 meeting rooms available for events. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: This hotel was a wonderful surprise. We had a suite of rooms in a new annex which were luxurious and comfortable. The main building was sumptuous and the staff were most helpful - especially when, yet again, our phones didn't work. The location was spectacular with views over the French Alps and Mt Blanc covered in snow. Great alternative to staying in Geneva which is over-priced.
Cons: We had one meal at the chateau and while my husband's was good, mine was cold and the fish wasn't properly cooked. Very disappointing for such a classy establishment.
Pros: Views, outstanding restaurant, lovely fountain pool and garden and great atmosphere
Cons: Would have liked an air conditioning in the room
Pros: Place is nice and rooms keeping some atmosphere, but I found them bit overpriced.
Cons: Restaurant surprisingly very basic level, nothing to be impressed, far from it.
Pros: We were made to feel very welcome indeed by the excellent concierge Mani. Views to die for. Amazing food!
Pros: The hotel is located in an a very nice hill between Annecy and Geneva. It has an amazing view that can even reach the lake of Geneva and very kind personnel. It is a quite special and old building that worth visiting most probably as a restaurant only.
Cons: When I arrived and I went to take a shower I found many dead bees on the shower. I called the reception and they immediately sent somebody to clean the room. In the evening, when I returned to the room for sleep, there were many bugs and insects flying around..obviously I changed room. The breakfast was very simple in the options offered starting from fruits, vegetables, different types of bread, juices etc. It is a totally overpriced hotel.
Pros: Amazing location. You feel as if you were in another world - paradise.
Pros: In 1904 Mary Wallace Schillito Fell in love with the magnificent panorama of Savoie Mountains and in 1907-1913 build the Fantastic Domain of the Avenieres not fare from the town Annecy Today we enjoy in this property luxury hotel and haut cuisine restaurant All was perfect Nice ,clean and unbelievable tasty
Pros: This was a fabulous find. Luxurious and with fabulous staff. Dinner menu was excellent.
Cons: It would have been lovely had there been a pool available, but you can’t have everything!!
Pros: The Domaine des Avenieres is exquisite. Located outside of Geneva, it offers a true chateau experience. Staff are attentive and gracious, and the building itself is an experience.
Cons: My colleague and I had dinner at the restaurant. I must confess that sometimes I find classic French food a little challenging, and the menu offered is high-classic french provincial cuisine. There were limited menu choices (naturally, since it's a small hotel) and I did struggle to find something to my tastes.
Pros: The magickal mood

Pros: Handy location, good recommendation for dinner when restaurant next door fully booked! Clean and comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast wasn’t included in room rate and didn’t think €12 euros good value for what was provided.
Pros: Breakfast excellent - location splendid
Pros: Great breakfast. Very nice and helpful manager. Pleasant location out of the city. Fast internet which is not always good in Europe. Was interested to learn that a pilgrimage path went past here. The photo is taken on the path on a hill above the hotel
Pros: Convenience from Geneva airport for our onward journey. Very clean and quiet, beds comfortable. Breakfast good choice. Staff at breakfast friendly and efficient.
Cons: Staff on reception on telephone as we arrived 23.00 hours. Didn't leave off phone call to welcome us, just handed over the key. We had to interrupt her to ask if it was ok to leave car in space we had left it. She momentarily lifted her head to confirm car parked was ok.
Pros: The location is in an amazing area
Cons: Very nice and lovely place
Pros: Quiet, comfortable hotel just 30 mins from Geneva airport. Restaurant next door. Very helpful staff and free parking.
Pros: Service generally good
Cons: The room size, no AC, breakfast poor, bathroom
Pros: good budget hotel, Helpful staff and a good breakfast
Cons: The room was basic but clean, but no air conditioning so was hot over night
Pros: An outstanding hotel in the countryside but just steps from Le Chemin de St Jacques. We had a great experience here because of the owners, who invested a lot of time and effort in helping us solve a problem related to a package we sent ahead. Heike deserves a prize for customer relations, and we will always remember her. She also is fluent in English and other languages. The facilities, the service, and the lovely location are all to be recommended.
Pros: great location - close to Vitam, Annecy and Geneva, very calm, friendly staff, good breakfast. Would stay again! Santa's house right next door a must visit. Great for families.

Pros: - free entry in Vitam - free coffee and tee all day long - we could use the fridge
Cons: Breakfast is really simple. very disappointing compared to other ibis hotels
Pros: Super fun amenities for the whole family! Great location just outside Switzerland.
Cons: Entrance to the pool, spa, rock wall, etc was confusing. Needed a separate voucher from the front desk for each activity. Not a big deal, though! Beds are definitely on the hard side!
Pros: Aquapark, Salave mountain
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: Parking availability. Late check-in. Pressed Orange juice in the morning
Cons: Too warm even though it was not warm outside. No table in the room. WIFI was complicated to login. Breakfast was in a cellar, no window, not really good. Expensive small bottle of water (€ 2.8).
Pros: The room furniture

Cons: there was a swetty smell in the room

Pros: We wondered whether to add the breakfast to our booking but it was absolutely superb, the best we have had so far on our trip. Lovely setting and views and had a nice walk round the lake. Bathroom spacious and had a bath and lovely and clean.
Cons: My husband found the sloping roof a bit difficult as he is tall. The local road was fairly noisy and the bin lorry bleeped loudly past at 5.30am Towels a bit small.
Pros: Great location. Peaceful.
Cons: I feel really bad but the lack of staff really did hinder our stay. Again, this was probably an isolated incident incident.
Pros: Peacefully situated next to a beautiful lake. Wonderful park with baby deers and playgrounds. Comfortable and rustic rooms with balconies overlooking the lake.
Cons: Please don't waste your money. Stayed only for one night as we travel with our motorcycle. We stay in different hotels but, this No value for money. We were so disappointed with our stay in this hotel. Once arriving at the hotel who doesn't need to take shower? There wasn't hot water and we had to take shower with cold water. Actually, no shower (bath tub). Really low quality breakfast. We don't recommend this place to anyone.
Pros: Nice staff, good room, great dinner, good breakfast, nice concert from the frog Orchestra during the night. Can highly recommend this place.
Pros: Not ideal for hot summer
Cons: No airconditioning
Pros: No air condition in the room

Pros: The location was superb, close to a small lake that can you can walk around.
Cons: There is a chef restaurant but the menu only in french and there is NO vegetarian dish.
Pros: The location is perfect. It is in the middle of Geneva and Annecy. Lovely hotel, very clean and very good breakfast. Not much assortments but very tasty: earm bread and croissants.
Pros: The staff was amazing and exceed all my expectations. I arrived quite late and when I said I had no time to dinner they brought me free of charge a yoghurt and few cakes slices. The breakfast was dressed just for me!

Pros: Convenient for Geneva but still in France
Pros: Very good location
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness. Location.

Annecy is 27 km from hotel le Soli, while La Clusaz is 38 km away.
Pros: not many choices for breakfast
Pros: Spacious room. Good location
Cons: Lack of plugs and the bed
Pros: The staff is friendly, the price is very reasonable, the room is comfortable, and the bus stop to go to Geneva is close.
Cons: It could use some renovation. Takes some time to get to Geneva.
Pros: The hotel is situated just outside Geneva, there's a direct bus "D" to the city that takes 20 minutes. It's 2-3 times cheaper that a respective hotel inside Geneva. The place is very clean, the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very kind and caring.
Cons: The wifi could have been a little faster, but it's not a big issue though. There was only 1 electric socket at the table and none at the bed side.
Pros: The personnel is really Nice. The reception was closed for lunch but she checked me in early anyway. Excellent bed and shower warm and plentifull though had to gold on to it as there is no hook. Breakfast was fine. Fresh french Bread, croissant, good coffee with warm milk, yoghurt and dried fruit, 2 choises of juice, creamcheese, processed cheese, and sweet stuff (jam and Nutella). As one expects in france.
Cons: Though I liked the hotel and the lovely lady at reception I have to say the room could have been cleaned better. Lot of dust on bedposts, at the desk, shower a bit slippery. Advice is to use some bleach in shower and on mouldy tiles. Carpet should be shampooed and cleaned, really dusty and dirty. However the personnel makes up for slight inconvenience and the bed was really good.
Pros: Location. Easy to get in and out of Geneva. If you love fresh bread and farm products, you will enjoy the evening market on Tuesdays!
Cons: The shower trap in my room was flooding. Smelly carpet in the corridor, probably from previous flooding incidents. The beds were not as booked, got three single beds instead of a double and a single. Asked to change room, host kept promising to do something the first week- we gave up asking and stayed in the room for three hellish weeks. Honestly felt the stay was a ripoff- made worse by no refund policy.
Pros: Good value for an expensive city like Geneva. It is an easy bus ride to Geneva. Market is close by and a very charming little town. Personnel was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel needs updating and the shower/bathtub combination needs a curtain. The room, bed, bathroom was very clean.
Pros: Nice simple and small hotel. Not fancy but does the job. Great for single travellers or small groups. Spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. VFM.

Pros: The bad was comfortable
Cons: Every thing was ok
Pros: Close-ish to the Geneva airport
Cons: Making your own bed which comes in a kit and ours have lovely strand of hair on it. Washrooms were drenched with their cleaning system. First time we’ve stayed in an F1 where you have to make your own bed.
Pros: Great location to hop across into Switzerland in the morning
Cons: Have to make your own bed not great after a long day
Pros: Staff was great. Let us in early as we had traveled all night. Rooms are small but comfortable beds and clean. The hotel is in the middle of no where, but nice walk to a village, great restaurants and grocery. Complaint, only thing that was not good, very loud between 6 and 8 at night when workers that are staying there return and have beer party. Asked for a upgrade and was not given one.
Pros: All was good
Pros: Excellent reception and great value for money, being well suited for my overnight stay with all needed facilities and easy check oin and out
Cons: For me nothing, this is veryreasonable no frills place those of us on budget or like most guests working people of many trades preferring value and wanting to eat out in evening with just a simple breakfast if you want it
Pros: Value for money, location close to Geneva by car or taxi. Local town has a few amenities.
Cons: Didn't expect to have to make my own bed. My group didn't like having to share toilet or shower facilities with other guests, which is the norm in F1 hotels!
Pros: For the price the room was comfortable if not rather small and compact.
Cons: There was nothing around the place and we had to drive 4 miles to get a meal.
