Breakfast was great! Room was clean and comfortable.
Everything went according to plan.

A pair of socks were left in the room from previous guest
Hotel was clean and quite. Good free breakfast.
Hard to find behind other hotels it pretty tucked away.
Good price point, close to highway.
Musty smell from A/C, location hidden away by other buildings
The daytime front desk staff person.
The room was not the size that I expected. It was smaller than expected. It did not have all of the amenties that was stated.
Full breakfast. Friendly staff.
The water in the bathroom was too hot. Even though I turned it to the coldest level, it's still too hot, both during the day and night.
Pleasant surroundings, in a park like setting with several other hotels. Convenient to restaurants like Cracker Barrel, BBQ, Mexican etc. Easy access to I-10.
Swimming pool was very small, not inviting at all. I like to relax in a pool, but never used this one. I didn't see anyone else using it despite 100+ heat. Room cleaning was sketchy, toilet not cleaned, vacuuming left crumbs on floor.
The VERY kind and helpful staff. Bed soft, room VERY small.
Room size, very small.
Hotel was very quiet.
The front desk employee didn't know if there was a Walgreen or CVS pharmacy near by. Didn't bother to try and help find one. Remote for tv didn't work and they didn't have another one.
Good, clean place; right off the main road.
It's hiding behind another hotel, so it was a little hard to find at night. But not a big deal.
Room size was great, very quiet, conveniently located, and a very good breakfast.
The room had a musty smell, think it was coming from the air conditioning.
The hotel itself was nice, however the pool was disappointing, for AZ.
What I did not like, was that Priceline has such a large area, which put us 22 miles from our daughter's house, who we were there to visit. That was extremely inconvenient. I don't mind traveling a few miles, but this was ridiculous.
The front desk staff made ugly comments about I had won the room on Priceline
Hotel is very hard to find. No marking on the street or on the building that we could see. Room was clean but whatever they used to clean had a very strong odor. I was unhappy with the room given us as it was right off the front desk, laundry room and breakfast room, which was very noisy inthe morning.
The rate was superb. The staff, Anthony, Crystal and the rest are very nice and accommodating for your visit. I'll definitely stay here in the future. I travel lots and a good clean hotel with great staff is hard to come by these days so I highly recommend this one in Chandler, Az. Kudos to Fairfield-Chandler, it's staff, & management. \m/
This came as a surprise to us- less expensive than other hotels, yet the bed was high quality and super comfortable. Room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was quiet even though we were on the first floor very close to the breakfast room. The breakfast was complete with all the usual things you'll find. We would certainly come and stay here again on our next trip to Chandler.
I chose this hotel because of it's price. I was pleasantly surprised at it's condition. They were in the process of rennovating and the room was very clean and tidy. The only problem was that it was hard to find as it sits back behind another hotel. I will definately go there again when I am in the area.
The hotel is very difficult to find, when we did find it, wer enjoyed our stay.
The room service and cleanliness was good. The staff were polite and it was a good value for the money.
Super place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast buffet, all this and more at a great price. I have stayed here several times when visiting the Phoenix area and will do so in the future.
If you are looking for a hotel during NASCAR weekend, I would put this hotel on your list of interest. This hotel will fulfill your expectations. Right off I-10, good staff, roof over your head that has a clean room. Usually a buffet breakfast that will get you started and a complimentary newspaper. If you like Marie Calendar, yummmm, it is right next door. Stayed there 2 years in a row. This year I accidentally click on Marriot Courtyard being cheaper and we love it so far. The only downside to Fairfield is that Marriot Courtyard which is a block down, exit #159, Ray Rd, that is cheaper. It is 3 stars vs the 2 stars of Fairfield. More cleaner, newer/remodeled, up beat and cost less. Imagine on that? You do the math? 2 nice hotels next door to each other. You chose. Go Dale Jr.!
