About Parcel 32
Parcel 32 is an Upper King Street restaurant housed in a historic 1837 Charleston single home. At Parcel 32, we are inspired by the culinary traditions of our city, as well as the outstanding farmers, producers, purveyors, and artisans. To honor this, we have brought together the best of the old and the new - in both cuisine and atmosphere. Parcel 32 incorporates the flavors and layered heritage of the coastal South in a refined, yet relaxed environment that reflects the building's history, as well as the modern influences of today. 442 King Street was built in 1837 and was at one point the peninsula's highest-volume bakery for 75 years. Later, the home sat in vacant disrepair for years. In 1998, Patrick Properties bought it to return it to its former glory, helping launch the restoration of the Upper King St we know today.
