Pros: Breakfast served with silver service As Guests, we were well catered for and made to feel very welcome. The rooms were beautifully furnished and the owners were very friendly and polite. We would return on our next holiday in that region.
Cons: We would have liked a Restaurant but the nearest town was only a 4km drive away. We had to rely on Satnav to find the hotel so more signage would be useful.

Pros: Lovely people, great breakfast, stunning setting.
Cons: Beds were rather narrow at 4'6''.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing property and excellent service from our hosts
Cons: Nothing to dislike

Pros: Everything lovely hosts nothing to much trouble, beautiful bedroom very clean and a wonderful breakfast! We had a lovely stay. Our hot crossants to go were very much appreciated on our early start back to the port!
Cons: Only criticism is it was long way up to our room with suitcases and we struggled a bit with the amount of stairs ...but that is our only criticism ....it's a lovely place
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Xavier and Sylvie were fantastic hosts, from the minute we arrived they made us most welcome showing us around their beautiful home and all the renovations they had carried out to perfection. Our bedroom was perfect, comfortable bed, wonderful roll top bath and tastefully decorated. The grounds were stunning with the surrounding moat and the family's horses and donkeys. Definitely the best French breakfast we have ever had.

Pros: The glass of wine and water when we arrived. The hospitality and the lpcation
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, lovely property.
Cons: It was not possible to find a good restaurant for an evening meal within a 10 minute drive. It would be great if Lilli offered an evening meal option as well.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful country home in a very small and sleepy village, surrounded by corn farms. Elegant bedroom and lovely bathroom. We loved driving around to explore villages around the area. Host Liliane was super friendly and hospitable. Only one restaurant in the village which closes sometimes, but it's only a few minutes drive to nearby villages, so we were fine with that.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a home from home, with Liliane giving us free rein over the entire house and garden. She could not have been more hospitable.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The host of this B&B type property was very helpful and welcoming. She doesn't speak too much English but that wasn't much of a problem. The lady also helped by recommending a local restaurant that we could take our pet dog along with us for dinner. The room was well presented and clean with the bathroom immediately outside on the private landing. Continental Breakfast was included with croissants and tea/coffee/orange jiuce and cereal. A lovely place to stay for a couple.
Cons: Access to the room was up an open and very steep staircase. Any one with mobility issues would find this difficult to use. Also and very importantly, Chez Liliane is pet friendly and we travelled with our 35 kilo large dog and she flatly refused the stairs and had to be carried both up and down. I wouldn't want to do this again and have cancelled my return booking on this basis.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Croissants were baked in the morning and served for the breakfast. Coffee delicious. Good place to stay for quiet weekend and have a rest from busy world.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Liliane couldn't have been more helpful. The location did mean that it would have been difficult to go out to find a restaurant but she had said we could use her kitchen. She heated up the food we brought with us, setting the table up and even giving us a glass of wine. We will definitely stay there again. She had thought of everything and nothing was too much trouble.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful B&B, friendly greeting and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully presented breakfast, excellent coffee and the host was a lovely lady.
Cons: Due to the nature of the building some of the ceilings were a little low. Unsuitable for anyone who can’t manage steep stairs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely host in a small but well organised house. A very welcome coffee on arrival and wine with the meal she provided as the local restaurant was closed and we were travelling by bicycle.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the most picturesque properties I have stayed in. Laurent and Elizabeth are so hospitable. Breakfast is just wonderful with home made jams and breads. The pool is so clean and a good size, and the grounds are so well kept, with a beautiful lake. Bed is SOOO comfortable and room beautiful. I could not fault our stay. If you need anything, just ask.. We did not try the food as we ate out, but I would think that it would be very good.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Caring hostess who provided cot and special food for our 2 year old. Vert peaceful especially that we came in the mid of the week so we happened to be the only family on the property who were spoiled by the great care of our lovely hostess Elizabeth.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet, very much like staying with a family [but no need to socialise if you don't want to]. Easy to find on the GPS. There are a number of lovely villages in the district.
Cons: It is a little isolated - a car is essential - and there is no restaurant, as such. Dinner is available if you book ahead. About 10 minutes from town.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: A well priced hotel with comfortable bed, and reasonable facilities in a picturesque village by the river Loir. Great as a stopping off point for those travelling on further south from the tunnel/ferries.
Cons: The room I stayed in had somewhat thin internal walls - which usually wouldn't matter, but one of the other guests was on a marathon phone call until about 2am - which did disturb my sleep a bit.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice, great accommodation for a very good price
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very welcoming friendly and very clean and tidy. Great value. Adrian
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was perfect. Very Nice and helpful hosts, clean room. The kids loved the teddy bears. We were kindly offered a fan, which was good in the heat. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.
Cons: We were not told that the breakfast had to be payed in cash and it was just by chance that we saw the sign saying so. As we are used to paying everything by card we did not have cash and if we had not seen the sign we would have been delayed in Our departure, which could have been a problem for us. But apart from this everything was Nice.

4.3 Okay
Pros: Room and shower
Cons: We drove six hours from our property in France arrived at 4.15 pm to find an envelope for our room as hotel closed until 6 pm . The room was not cleaned from previous people. Phoned the number to speak to someone. She couldn’t get hold of her boss. Had to come back at six to get another room. No facilities in hotel to eat or drink apart from a vending machine. Next day asked for a discount for inconvenience. Young lady on reception went into office just behind her and boss said no. I find it appalling that the boss wouldn’t even come out and apologise . That would have been the courteous thing to do .Perhaps she should do a long drive like that and have that sort of welcoming.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great welcome. A second visit for me and perfect for our dogs. We have a room with access to an emergency door that we can use at leisure.. perfect for animals. Also close to a nice little restaurant which easily accessed by foot and welcomes dogs
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety and served in a pleasant room. We had some difficulty finding the hotel but realised that actually it is in a most convenient position - we had made a mistake with our directions. The room was ideal for a short stopover and the shower was very efficient. Staff were lovely and it was helpful that they booked Le Petit Gourmand (next door) for us on arrival for our evening meal.
Cons: Everything was good. If we were staying longer I would book a larger room and may do so in the future.

Free parking on the property behind the gate was appreciated, as we had a car full of stuff.
Cons: The location, there's nothing to see or do outside the hotel, and the clearly audible sounds coming from the bathroom of the adjoining room; a little soundproofing would go a long way ;-)

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Next to a restaurant but thats it.
Cons: Have used Ibis Hotels for many years, first time in a budget class and never again! Really basic, dowdy place, breakfast awful including dirty bowls! Lets the brand down and they should ditch this version to protect their image. Guess at under £50 you get what you pay for but....
