Pros: Friedly hosts, comfy room and a great breakfast in their private rooms. We had a really enjoyable stay in this rural place and would highly recommend it to anyone who seeks a quiet but beautiful place. Even if you are only on an onwards travel don’t stay in an ugly hotel near the motorway but come here!
Cons: Nothing! It looks like on the official pictures.
Pros: Superb location in the heart of the French countryside, and welcoming staff! Breakfast like in a luxury hotel, but with homemade products!

Pros: location, great views from the top of the hill rooms nicely done and furnished welcoming host
Cons: great terrace with afternoon/ evening sun a the entrance/ front part which could be better used, with chairs/ parasols/ flowers/ plants. Has a great potential
Pros: Amazing old building filled with natural charm and beauty. Very friendly owner who prepares breakfast. The most amazing omelette I've ever eaten! Being inside this place is almost like being inside a museum!
Pros: We enjoyed the stay and the host was really positive and friendly. The facilities were good and we enjoyed our short stay. Breakfast was great and the restaurant recommendation for our arrival evening meal was really good.
Pros: French atmosphere
Pros: Great hospitality and nice breakfast with fresh local products
Pros: Nice location - quiet, nice garden & great view. House nicely decorated. Rooms with old, classic furniture. Host was helpful & sympathetic. Great area for cycling.
Pros: The situation of the house was very quiet, the views and the swimming pool were perfect. The owner was very hospitable and welcoming
Pros: The location is incredible. The decor was wonderfully creative and finally the owner is a cook so the food was exquisite.
Pros: The house is traditional in its decor but also very unique, clean and comfortable. The host in is the process of renovating so some things were not quite finished but this did not affect our comfort. Breakfast was served on individual tables on the lawn overlooking the pool and surrounding countryside. And the breakfast was plentiful with fresh breads and pastries as well as a range homemade jams and preserves.
Cons: Due to a lack of signage we struggled to find the hotel. It is located at the end of a cup-de-sac on the edge of a residential area. The satnav took us to the right place but as there was no sign on the outside of the property we didn't know if we were in the right place. And even the locals whom we asked were not aware of its existence! Also, there is only a floor between the upstairs and downstairs rooms which meant we could hear the occupants above us - and they could undoubtedly hear our two excitable children arguing over who got the top bunk at 10:30 at night!
Pros: This is a beautiful building in a little town in the French countryside that has been turned into a charming B&B. We stayed in the family room with the bunk bed in the cupboard, which the kids loved. Michel was a great host and we had a fantastic breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine, with great views over the countryside, then a dip in the pool before we left. I would gladly return and hope to one day.

Pros: Comfortable and close to everything.
Cons: Only one bed lamp instead of two in room.
Pros: Location, staff (suer nice and helpful), simple decor and comfortable.
Pros: A lovely welcoming hotel ideally situated in the centre of a charming town
Pros: Great room, especially the bathroom. Rooms are equipped with blinds and airco.
Cons: Breakfast is very basic, but that seems to be normal in france ;-) Except for the guy in the morning, the staff don't speak English, but than again, that seems to be normal im france ;-)
Pros: Nous n'avons pas eu le petit dejeuner. The bed was particukarly bad, the mattress was FAR too soft.
Cons: Not to accept a reservation for sunday evening when the hotel is closed and you cannot get in. The four telephone numbers we were given dit not work. We were not contacted by the management that we could not get in. After waiting for more then 1 hour other guests came in and held the door open. Inside we found a key with our name and room no. on it. Waiting this long in cold and rainy weather is not what we expected after a long jouney from Brussels. We also had reserved dinner and ofcourse in the rain we had to find somewhere to eat in a small place on a sunday evening. Restaurants where closed and we were lucky to find a creperie open.
Pros: Very clean, completely new renovated rooms furnished and decorated well. Nice shower room. Situated above a restaurant but no noise whatsoever as the village is very sleepy. Stayed on a Friday night. Village itself is very pretty, mostly medieval buildings, lots of flowers, lovely church, great covered market. Would highly recommend.
Pros: Easy going contact. Interesting local menu at the restaurant, the house red was fine and worked well with seafood. Good location if you need to stay in Chatillon.
Cons: A bit strange that you have to check in at the bar counter in between the regulars, then enter from the side door anyway (the client contact is hassle free, though) . The breakfast is a bit simple, french style. Everything was quite ok overall, but some improvements can be made.

Pros: Lovely traditional french property with those extra special touches
Cons: The restaurant was excellent we had the plate de jour at €19.50 per starter and main. However we were given olive tapanard with crusty baguette. Then a wonderful pea soup chilled. It was wonderful! Beautiful bedroom room 36.
Pros: Great location, free private parking
Pros: breakfast was expensive the hotel is located at a busy junction in the town centre traffic noise and rowdy people together with non working AC necessitating an open window ment no sleep until 1am
Cons: dark gloomy room food poorly prepared and ridiculously expensive
Cons: As it’s an old building, you get a little noise from people walking,as I’ve stayed before,a bit of luck to have quiet neighbours.
Pros: We loved our stay in this gorgeous old hotel in the historic centre of town. The room decor is lovely and the bed very comfortable.
Cons: Perhaps some hooks on the back of the door for hanging coats and coffee/tea making facilities in the room would be very welcome.
Pros: Close to airport
Cons: Found out after leaving that I was overcharged after I left. Chip & Pin transaction for 189 Euros was correct, then had another one by manual transaction after I left for 297 Euros. Not happy & asked management to investigate. BEWARE !!!
Pros: the setting and decorations were great
Cons: Breakfast was a bit limited for a three star
Pros: Swimming pool and restaurant. Staff friendly
Cons: WiFi Bad. Horrible piped music
Pros: Simply a wonderful place. Furnishings, service, charm and dinner - nothing to be faulted. We had a great stay !
