4.0 Okay
Cons: No service at all. Worst 4 seasons experience we've ever had
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful rooms, super comfy beds, extraordinary staff, and delicious food in Coin & Candor. Four Seasons West Lake Village was excellent in every way!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: All of the staff members were very friendly and seemed happy with their job, from valet to front desk to housekeeping to restaurant staff. Even the restaurant (Coin and Candor) staff referred to us by name after only mentioning it once. It seemed like there were some vacancies at the hotel so we received a free upgrade to a room with a nicer view. That was very pleasant. The surrounding neighborhood is very clean and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our first stay with Four Seasons and hope it won’t be our last.
Cons: We almost ran out of toilet paper. I looked around the room for a backup roll but could not find one. On one evening we received a bothersome knock at 9:00pm by a housekeeper wanting to provide “turn down” service. We were ALREADY turned in. That’s a little late to be attempting that service. We took a stroll around the activity lawn, waterfall area and noted at least two different locations that were littered with dirty dishes and glassware that looked like they had been left there several days earlier.
7.0 Good
Cons: self parking could have been closer
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfortable. Quiet room. Beautiful grounds. Good food
Cons: Bathroom was a bit dark and there was no good mirror to apply makeup
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed in this hotel just for one night during my road trip in California I felt in love with the place We were so sad that we didn't stay longer The restoration is great
Cons: nothing, even the prices are more than fare
10.0 Excellent
Pros: People that work here vernfriendly
Cons: Very petty but vanilla creamer would be excellent
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I can’t say enough good things! Amazing in absolutely every way
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Practically everything! Perfect location, incredibly good service, fabulous view, wonderful pool and hot tub area. It was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in by far.
Cons: The food was ok but not nearly as good as everything else about the hotel. That was surprising and a little disappointing but the overall expert was so excellent that we can overlook the so so food.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was absolutely beautiful.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The bed was incredibly comfortable and Wi-fi top notch.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: We were shocked at how unaccomodating the management was. Simple requests to use a table at the pool or to have a cake were refused. We were simply told no. Far, far below the Four Seasons standard - and very much over priced. More than $2,000 for one night. Stay away!!! SAD!!!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love everything about this property, I love the style and it’s in a beautiful location.
Cons: N/a
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Staff is sometimes less than accommodating. We had reservations for brunch. But they were not going to allow a checkout one hour later. But Laurie in reservations was amazing. We love this place. We have come every year for over 10 years but.......
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fireplace and tub
Cons: No bidet with heated toilet seat (got spoiled in Japan) and not as near to shopping as I had hoped. Prefer walking distance to shopping.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We liked the dinner at Bogies. Great food. We liked the bath. Super spacious and clean, but the power button for the jets did not work. The bed was great, very comfortable. The layout of the room was interesting and excellent compared to other rooms we've been in. We had a great fireplace. Clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Cons: The scrambled eggs for breakfast were terrible. My husband ate them acknowledging they terrible. I could not eat them. Also my husband was confused by AC, because it wouldn't turn on. When he called the front desk, it did turn on. So we don't know why that was.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean, convenient (attended a wedding there), very nice room
Cons: Price per night/ stayed 1 night.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: So pretty. Very comfortable.
Cons: 6 Dollar bottles of water for a 300 dollar room. Come on.
9.3 Excellent

Cons: ELEVATOR
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place, I will be back.
Cons: The bathroom door doesn't lock and there is no place to hang towels to dry.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole det up is like you are in an Italian village. Different buildings with beautiful gardens. I was on the first floor and my room had a big patio. Inside the room was spacious and had a fire place. The bathroom was big and beautiful as well. I really loved this place.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful grounds.
Cons: Disappointed that they would not extend beyond 11:00 AM departure time (we spent less than 12 hours at this hotel during our one night stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great, it should include the weekends as well. The resort on the weekend is very busy with Parties so it was noise. The first floor rooms by the entrance can be very noise on the weekends. But we had a 2nd floor room the first 5 days and that was wonderful. Loved the resort.
Cons: The beds are not comfortable. Hard and a little bit lumpy.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The grounds were amazing. Good restaurants, great food.
Cons: My only complaint, and it unfortunately is a major one; the bed was HORRIBLE. you can tell it was an older mattress, but yet oddly... was very stiff. Both my wife (pregnant) and I must have woken up 40 times to change positions it was so uncomfortable.

Cons: Bathroom was a little small for 4 people and the shower was underpowered and a dribbly clump rather than a rose spray. For us the beds were too hard.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: We arrived a bit late after a long day at Universal Studios. The women who greeted us at the front desk was friendly and just gave us awesome customer service. When we got to the room, we were happy to see it clean and it was a great size. We got the king with sofa bed. That was plenty of space for a family of 4. Pool and hot tub were great and breakfast was better than I expected. The area is near downtown Burbank which has a lot of food and shopping. We definitely would recommend staying here!
Cons: My only complaint would have to be the shower's water pressure. I was certain our bottoms were not getting a good clean with that shower.

Cons: To many nice people ;)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I liked that the TV swiveled to both the bedroom section and sitting area and I was also able to log in to my Netflix account.

Pros: The location was great. The breakfast was more than I expected.

Pros: The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I felt very welcomed to be there. This is usually Very rare for a busy hotel in a busy tourist area, it was Great!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: There wasnt complimentary breakfast but it would have been nice . They had starbucks in the lobby and I liked that! My only complaint would be the bed sheets. They were way to stiff! 10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Super stuff. Always helpful.
6.3 Good
Cons: Bed was so hard, none of us slept well at all. Will not return to this property.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the fact a Starbucks was right inside. The employees were great and helpful. We didn't get a chance to try much cause we stayed the night for one night and didn't stay there long. The location is great for Six Flags Magic Mountain. The free cookies and flavored water was a nice touch, especially for the kiddos. The Starbucks for the wife and I had the best impact. When you really needed a coffee or Latte, you could get it from a legitimate Starbucks and the employees in Starbucks were very nice as well. Highly recommend after a long day.
Cons: Basically I thought the hotel was overpriced but it's because of location and it is a nice hotel. Could be more affordable for families who are going to six Flags. Not much to complain about though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean property! Great staff, felt very safe the entire time. The restaurant and bar are decently priced, you can order drinks at the bar and take them to the pool. Beds are very comfy. It was a $6-8 uber ride to and from six flags (benefits you don’t have to pay for parking and you picked up and dropped off right in the front)
Cons: Nothing! Everything was great
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I liked the place in general its was good, Magic Mountain is an easy five minutes away.
Cons: The lack of continental breakfast or free breakfast is what will keep me from returning.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Our favorite part was the customer service and the clean rooms. It always smells so nice there. It's like a vacation inside our vacation.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Customer service was excellent.. place was great..
Cons: Loved this place!! 10 all the way across!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quality of service - entire staff was friendly and eager to help.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed at Staybridge this location for over 20yrs. We are comfortable there for a few reasons. It's location to our family, my husband is a very early riser, he can leave the room and not bother me making coffee, watching t.v. We have had our children and now grandchildren come for lunch and swimming. We like the apartment size refrigerator to keep cold drinks, snack and can choose to cook as opposed to order in or leave, esp after our long drive. I am so far very happy with new rules implemented. Zero tolerance for parties, disruptive guests. We did have kids skateboarding on the sidewalk outside the room, security did their best to stop it but, if not in the vicinity, skateboards faster than feet. I do wish that as advertised to pick our room, the king is not available at this property and the "queen" is Not a true queen bed, a bit small for 2 people and somewhat uncomfortable. We have passed on staying here and chosen a hotel in walking distance instead because of the small bed issue. Some days after a long drive or day at little league you want the best comfortable sleep you are promised in the selling points. Continental breakfast is better than most but, would like better quality of bacon when it is the option, it's way too thin, you can see through the slices. They did have sausage this last time, much better option.
Cons: It is advertised a king bed and says you can choose your bed size on the webpage, it is Not an option at this property, the bed is supposed to be a queen, it is not, I have measured it. The lighting really is inferior don't try to read or maybe read for long, applying make-up, difficult. Would like a few more channels offered on the cable/satellite. The sectionals, if not the same from the first time we stayed they sure are feeling like it, the one in the room we had this trip and previous 2, sank badly, very uncomfortable.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Room was nice. Good size. But I did not ask for handicap accessible. Had no counter space in bathroom.
Cons: I could hear the train. People were very loud. Could hear them talking and walking up and down the stairs. No conditioner in shower. TV did not have a guide option. Could not see all channels guide. It also had a runny/leaky toilet all night.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff very accommodating. Service animal treated very kindly.
Cons: The breakfast was a little below par in light of past stays. Decaf was cold; oatmeal was very watery
7.0 Good
Cons: Breakfast was a complete let down. The door to my didn't even shut properly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Liked having a suite that accommodates a handicap room with a regular bedroom we could be close. Nice breakfast too.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and friendliness of staff.
Cons: The room did not have drapes on the windows so there was no privy. It was a very uncomfortable feeling.
5.0 Okay
Pros: WiFi I was told guest could use just not fast nor reliable. Continued interruptions with site contentions made us wait entirely too long for loading any sort of information. We ended up using our own personal data hot spot connections
Cons: Be aware of the advertised descriptions for those amenities being advertised by the facility as very accurate. Poor experience for your guests means a poor rating for your site and the properties being given to guests.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Pool facility. The friendly staff
Cons: NA
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, comfortable, and feels like home.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Cleaning service was provided .
Cons: No window. All the windows were permanently closed lack of fresh air and had to open door for fresh air.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice pool area. Quite. Close to freeway.
Cons: No complementary breakfast :(
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness, quite, the pool facilities were very nice
Cons: No
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Impeccably clean lounge, eating area and outdoor seating in the pool area. Really exceeded my expectations, especially for the price we paid! The room was also impeccably clean, even the tub , which can sometimes be neglected! ( And I am an extremely picky person when it comes to meeting my expectations for cleanliness !)The trees/ shrubs surrounding the pool/ outdoor seating was so relaxing, we could’ve lounged there all day! Really superb experience. Loved the breakfast setup; it wasn’t your typical setup; instead you pick from the Starbucks cafe menu that they give you when you check in. The oatmeal was surprisingly five star; who knew oatmeal could be five star? The rooms were almost sold out, only four left when we booked; and we were booked on the first floor. I was so worried about housekeeping noise and noise from being near a high traffic area.. There was none to speak of! I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again if we are ever in the area again. THIS IS A FIVE STAR HOTEL.
Cons: NOTHING to speak of!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The ease of check in, the comfortable bedding, ample parking and overall quietness of my stay
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Front staff with kind, courteous, professional and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern clean and friendly staff
Cons: No problem
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel manager was excellent, the cleaning staff was excellent, it was a lot of fun very convenient nice variety of restaurants within walking distance. The room was large the beds were comfortable the style was modern and it was very clean. Everything I look for in my hotel travels
Cons: I have to admit, I thought that breakfast was included in the package or else I probably would not have booked it. Breakfast was not included. Although I'm still glad that I brought my family to stay there.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly accommodating staff Location near to family living locally Nice pool to swim in
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfort. Quiet. Location good.
Cons: I called to check out but front desk staff told me that I had to come down to desk to check out :( I would've preferred automated or just a call to check out as opposed to waiting in line at desk.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I appreciated the clean and maintained amenities - hot tub was the perfect temperature, gym was small but kept, etc.
Cons: They need to update their business center and make sure all computers are connected to the main printer. Very inconvenient having to print sensitive work materials using the front desk printer and monitor the employees use.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The property was beautiful outside as well as inside. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The bathroom shower kept shifting to hotter water than I selected. They needed to change the faucet.
Coast Anabelle Hotel - Burbank - Building
8
9.0 Excellent (359 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Coast Anabelle Hotel in Burbank, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of NBC Studios and Warner Brothers Studio. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, express check-out, and dry cleaning/laundry services. This hotel has 2 meeting rooms available for events. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary at scheduled times.
5.5 Okay
Pros: N/A
Cons: I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and they did not provide me what I paid for. They did not notify me of any change and did not have courtesy of telling any change occurred - I simply checked in, was assigned a room, walked in and saw only one bed and a sofa. It’s not acceptable to pay for two beds and be given only 1 bed and a pull out sofa without being notificed and being asked if that’s ok. Since I arrived later at night, and am pregnant, changing hotels at that point was not an option. I’m dissipointed that I paid for something I didn’t not receive and was not told of any change at all
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The employees were exceedingly helpful and polite and the room was perfect! It even had a small refrigerator, which was very useful.
Cons: Your website could be clearer about your shuttle service. In one place it said that you provided shuttle service to a few different local areas and attractions. But in another spot it said that you only provide shuttle service to the Bob Hope airport. Consequently, I was too late to get reservations at convenient times for my family when I found out that you do, in fact, have shuttle service to different attractions around town.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel location was good in distance from our destination to Universal Studios. The y provided a shuttle ride to the park.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room and beautiful shower. Overhead lights for the bed. Great staff, particularly Luis and Angel.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The door locked.
Cons: Unfortunately...everything. Let me just say that we were on the highest floor: 3. Everytime the phone rang at the front desk, we thought we needed to answer it in our room. Said enough?
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean, beds were nice, shower was awesome
Cons: No breakfast and the bathroom should have a getting ready area outside so one guest can shower while another is getting ready
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The showers were absolutely amazing! They had a waterfall faucet shower head and then a regular shower head. The building was really clean.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The shower! Loved the double shouwer heads
Cons: Noise coming from olive Street- very loud with cars passing. Also wished staff would have told us we cannot change our pick up time with the shuttle as our WB tour ended earlier than expected and I had to pay for an uber versus waiting 1 1/2 hours for our scheduked pick up time
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Steve the shuttle driver was amazing. He was prompt, engaging, helpful and so nice. It was like we made a new friend. Beds were very comfy and shower was amazing. Property was very clean. There should be an outlet (or extension cord) by large mirror. Hard for 2 to get ready at the same time. I loved the fruity ice water by the front desk. Great touch. Staff was nice.
Cons: I didn’t like when we got in there were water bottles in our room for “sale”. I think for the price of the room you guys can throw in a water bottle per guest. It was a nice touch to have in the room after flying in but disappointing that they were $5 each. By the large mirror in the room there is no outlet. Hard for 2 to get ready at the same time. Just a thought to maybe offer extension cords?
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful!
Cons: There was not much nearby that was walking distance, but easy enough to get an über to take you to nearby sights/activities.

Pros: This hotel was one of the very best we have stayed during our many trips across the USA. It is very usefully close to all the movie studio areas. The rooms were very comfortable and much larger than could be expected in this area. The staff were excellent, especially Dennis in the bar and Luke and Paul in the restuarant. I cannot commend this hotel highly enough.
Cons: There is nothing that we did not like.

Pros: Great location for Magic Mountain/ Hurricane Harbor
Cons: Our room was not clean, dirty
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Buffet style. Food could have been replenished every hour because food wasn't available.
Cons: Money hold on card. Instead of letting us pay for the room the day of arrival
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The reservation staff and management went well out of there way to take care of a booking issue. The breakfast spread is great!
Cons: The staff did not attend to left over pizza in boxes that some disrespectful guest had stuffed in the elevator lobby desk. It stunk up the floor near elevators and was left the 3 days we were there, then when trying to check out at (noon) a maid continued to mop and leave wet the ceramic tile floor as we loaded up the elevator twice. Upon our second trip she actually put the yellow mop sign in middle of elevator trying to block it so we couldn’t use it and gave a dirty look when my kids got on the elevator walking through her wet mess...

Pros: Breakfast was awesome. Hotel beautiful.
Cons: The lady up front could smile more. Be a little friendlier. The jacuzzi was down, out of service. That was a disappointment. The beds were small and not adequate for the family traveling with me. I should have rented a room with queen beds not doubles.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Welcome reception, the friendly staff, pool, location and our suite.
Cons: Maybe a few more carts, however that’s a minimal issue.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The main bedroom was excellent with a very nice view of Six Flags Magic Mountain.
Cons: The sofa/bed was a little uncomfortable.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was close to the back entrance so I didn't always need to pass through the lobby.
Cons: They charge for parking which is weird because there is a huge car park surrounding the building. It's simply another way for them to extract additional $$ from already paying cusomters. And you can park on the street for free. So...I did.

Pros: It is the ONLY Hotel I stay at in the Thousand Oaks/Agoura area
Cons: Well. It is a great place to stay for families. But NOT CONDUCIVE for a romantic getaway. Screaming kids, LOUD ADULTS. I stay there because it is SAFE, I LOVE the staff and right across the parking lot and freeway close.

Pros: It conveniently located to Malibu and it happens to be Nextdoor to Trader Joe’s and a restaurant
Cons: We had beach plans which were ruined because our rooms weren’t ready until we’ll past 5
4.3 Okay
Pros: I was placed in a handicapped room & bldg - disgraceful! You are trolling the info and placing people by age in certain rooms . While I may be 62 I do not look it nor fit into your criteria for elderly! I will never recommend your hotel or hotel partners nor will I ever stay again. I was with my son looking at colleges in CA - Your company is deplorable and you suck!
Cons: Everything
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast is surprisingly good. Wifi speed is fast as well.
Cons: The room seems old. The room that we stayed in, I wish they would cover the kitchen disposal sink instead of leave it wide open. It looks like "unfinished" kitchen. The remote TV was super "dusty" when I cleaned them up. Carpet floor was also dirt
9.0 Excellent
Pros: My son and I loved our stay! Breakfast was wonderful and something new everyday. We were on vacation visiting universal studios and decided to stay at this location and very glad we did! The suite was clean and spacious and had everything we needed.

7.5 Good
Pros: The exercise room was nice. The breakfast was good.
Cons: Toilet paper should be2-ply for the price of the room. Would have been nice to have some gluten free cereal, like corn Chex or gluten free pancake batter available on request for the waffle machine, as eggs and yogurt with fruit gets boring for a whole week.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: The staff was incredibly rude, unhelpful, parking was expensive per night and not notated before our arrival, room was not properly restocked before arrival, doors were broken even.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed the breakfast. It was one of the best we have ever had.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room size was great as well as location. Loved the free parking and bbqs. The room was very clean with a fully functioning kitchen, too
Cons: The need a bigger pool for the size of the property
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Great spacious closets. It was very nice having an in room kitchenette and separate tables for dining and working. Plenty of space to sit on the couch and not always be on the bed. Super convenient to all kinds of shopping, grocery, dining and entertainment. They also post a “quiet time” sign in the elevator asking to keep any noise down between 10p and 8a which is very considerate. Monday and Tuesday and alternate Wednesdays have snacks/beer/wine offered in the evening.
Cons: The things they don’t tell you... 1) there is a train somewhere close by that sounds it’s horn at sometime between 3-4am that is extremely disturbing but not something I knew about. 2) the water pressure in my room was pretty bad and they must have bad hard water because the soap didn’t lather and my hair was horrible after each washing. 3) the lowest the a/c could go in the room was 68, which is good in the summer but during my stay the heat was on in the hotel and 68 is way too warm for sleeping. They did bring a fan after I asked about the cooling situation. 4) the second floor even numbered ”interior” rooms are at pool level, not a issue in the winter but during the summer that could be noisy. 5) not the best tv line up but you can log into Netflix or HBO if you have those accounts
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean. Walking distance to downtown. Friendly staff!!
Cons: I did not like that they did not have a Jacuzzi.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great, lots of options.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close proximity to our daughter
10.0 Excellent
Cons: No hot tub.
6.3 Good
Pros: The Staff is friendly and hardworking.
Cons: The rooms’ windows probably haven’t been cleaned in 5 years and are like an opaque shower door. The morning buffet based in a cramped back room is the most uncivilized experience with typically five or more outstretched arms at each station trying to grab and outmaneuver the nearby dining competition.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Priced well and great location to shopping and entertainment.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was great, close to 6 flags, restaurants and shops.
Cons: Our room faced out to the front where there is a night club / bar located. They played very loud music into the late of night and kept us awake. When I spoke with the hotel staff about this they knew of the problem but said they couldn't do anything about it. I don't think this is a reasonable position given they charged full rate for the night. Either fix the problem or don't let the room, the problem is that bad!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are all updated and very very clean. They have great movie options, I stay at least twice a month for a staycation with my boyfriend. The balconies on the second floor are to die for!
Cons: It can be expensive and hard to book, however for the location it makes sense. I’ve never had a bad experience though.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel, good location and facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff - live music in the bar and decent bar food if you didn’t want anything too large.
Cons: Charged me twice on two different Visa cards. Ok - so I did change my payment card to a different one I checked in with - but even so their systems should be able to deal with that. I noticed it’s happened to other travellers too. I’m waiting for them to rectify
5.0 Okay

6.3 Good
Pros: The room setup. Breakfast room was good. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner was quite. The building away from freeway.
Cons: When I arrived at about 10:30pm. No one at the counter to greet me. I stood for a while. I thought it was closed. Then the clerk came out. Sullen. No greeting. Ask for I'd. Had a problem finding my reservations. Made me uncomfortable as if something was wrong. .he was the rudest greeter I have ever come across. Hands me key. I was appalled I dont care if it was nite or day shift.it should always be a welcomed feeling. Hospitality with a smile should be first. The bathroom should have a handrail to get in the tub.. and it had old soap left behind .
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff were friendly and informative. I asked about baggage storage before check-in time, and instead they offered me early check-in if I signed up for their loyalty program (free).
Cons: The breakfast area gets crowded.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice and helpful staff. Near shopping mall and post office. Clean room and comfortable bed. And very reasonable price!
Cons: Nothing.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good with a lot of options.
Cons: They upgraded to a jacuzzi tub which was a little high to get in and out of.... and my grandson pushed a button to turn it on and then couldn’t get it to turn off... finally got it off but it appeared no one had used it in a while cause black stuff came out of the jets. I did not request the upgrade.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice , but small pool
Cons: Shower pressure very low. Breakfast just average. Gym equipment not working.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Sharon at the front desk was not helpful nor did she conduct herself professionally. There was an error in our reservation which was the fault of the resort and she acted put out when we asked for assistance to make things right. Very unpleasant experience interacting with her.
Cons: Room was given away and forced to take a room that had one bed and one pullout when we originally paid for two nights with two queen beds. Paid for the two nights and was only there one. Plus slept in a bed and pullout.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Free breakfast was an unexpected bonus and the swimming pool and jacuzzi was great ( hotel provides towels by the pool ) . Lots of restaurants / take aways walking distance away
Cons: I should have booked a room with two beds as the sofa bed was a bit small for two teenage boys !
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location and value.
Cons: Mattress was an Eastern king so it was too short on for my legs they need to get a Western king. Jets Didn't work on the hot tub did know how to turn on
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff was very helpful and polite. They made our stay very enjoyable.
Cons: The pool was very small and I saw a few rats running around outside.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was very nice and friendly and everything was immaculate, I am very picky and could not find one thing dirty or out of place. Very impressed!
7.0 Good
Pros: We enjoyed the pool and breakfast the most.
Cons: I would have liked a bit more security over in the pool area since the door from hotel to the pool is not gated or locked during the day, you are not sure who should really have access to those areas. Anyone can come in and out with out using card keys.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was clean and quite environment.
