Pros: Room was clean, bed was comfortable and amenities were decent. Shower was clean although it did have a drain issue that I solved by unscrewing the stopper.
Cons: Turning the A/C on causes the curtains to blow in the wind, which in the morning caused the sun to intrude.

Pros: Very clean, freindly staff. Easy freeway access
Pros: The room was clean, and decorated nicely. It was comfortable, AC/heater worked great. Totally worth every dollar, definately going back.
Pros: I liked how inexpensive it was compared to a 4star hotel
Cons: I didn't like how there wasn't a double lock and a piece of chewed gum in our bed. I was too tired to even discuss this with the front desk. I just wanted out of there the next morning
Pros: The room was very big and looked nice.
Cons: Dippy tub fixture. Not good when the state has water issues.

Cons: There was no parking a/c was broken the shower curtain was broken so the water went all over the floor.the blankets n sheets had holes in them.
Cons: They had the date for my stay in their system for the previous day. I showed the desk staff my confirmation emails for the correct day and they said it was not their problem. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and motels - this was the worst customer service.
Cons: There was no hairdryer or iron in the room. I paid for a king size bed and received 2 full size beds instead. I asked for a non-smoking room yet the neighbors were smoking right outside my door.
Pros: This hotel is located in the heart of Canoga Park.
Cons: The room itself was clean with the exception of the blankets. They all had stains on them and looked very dirty. The hall areas right outside the rooms were extremely dirty. Unfortunately, we wont be staying here again. Too dirty.
Cons: Very dirty on the outside, my room did not smell good. I checked in and there was a repair man working on my room. Bedding was not good.
Pros: Not one thing
Cons: everything it was filthy the room was exstremly small there were bugs and trash and drug dealers hanging around had to park all most a block away the worse place I've ever experience and I live in hotels year roundrd
The staff was quite pleasant. Nick and his wife made the stay worthwhile.
Pros: Clean and spacious
Cons: Trash was outside of the building. I had do sweep it up...
Pros: Gorgeous, clean rooms
Cons: Staff was awful. Very mean & unfriendly.
Pros: I could take my dogs. room smelled fresh and clean.
Cons: The floor looked clean but after walking on it stocking feet, socks were filthy!
Pros: The room had newer items and a new bathroom with wood floors.
Cons: The initial price per night for the size of the room.
Pros: Hotel staff respected the do not disturb, and my pets where very much welcomed.
Cons: Parking was a hassle.
This was a good place to stay.
Pros: The office is always staffed. Good lighting in parking lot.
Cons: Not enough washing machines.
Motel 6 Canoga Park is located within walking distance to area restaurants. Shopping is nearby. California's beaches are only 11 miles and Universal Studios Hollywood 16 miles. Enjoy our outdoor pool. Free Wi-Fi available in all modern guest rooms.
Pros: Over all, it wasn't a bad place to stay on an inexpensive business trip. Staff was friendly when available, towels and linens were clean and plentiful.
Cons: The building is starting to show its age. Lighting is dark in the hallways and rooms. The furniture, closets, and bathroom areas are looking a bit rough around the edges. The floors were pretty dirty and my room's carpet had numerous stains with a 'stickiness' to floor. I wore socks the entire time. Only one of the two electronic keys would on the security entrance, and the other would only work in the room door but were not labeled as such. Pretty minimal complimentary breakfast.
Cons: Where to begin dirty stupid staff all in this place sucks wish I could get refund. First got keys to a room that already had guest. No mini fridge no microwave what the hell
Pros: The location was great for us because we were doing something in the area. The staff was really nice--they even okayed me to park in a handicapped spot without my placard (my daughter uses a wheelchair). The breakfast was very good and the coffee was excellent! They also have a small store in the lobby with reasonably priced items.
Cons: All of the electrical outlets in our room were LOOSE. Can you say fire hazard? The beds were firmer spring type mattresses which worked for my daughter, but not for me. The cheap rooms are right on the road and according to my daughter it can be loud at night (I go to bed early and sleep like a log).
Pros: Breakfast, room confortable. Clean.
Cons: I got a smoking room I'm a non smoker.
Cons: Lobby smelled like a tobacco farm. Noisy. Slow front desk service, almost rude.
Will not stay again!
Cons: I WAS THERE WITH MY KIDS AND THEIR FAMILY AND WE GOT THERE AROUND 3;30 PM AND 2 OF THE ROOMS WERE NOT READY UNTILL 5:45. OUT OF THE 4 ROOMS WE HAD RESERVED FOR THE EVENING AND CONFIRMED THE DAY PRIOR THAT WE WOULD BE ARRIVING AROUND 3-3:30ISH AND VERIFIED THE ROOMS WOULD BE READY AS WE HAD A WEDDING TO ATTEND AROUND 6PM. NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE WERE ALL EXTREMELY STRESSED OUT WITH THE ACCOMMODATIONS PIECE AND BEING ABLE TO GET READY AND BE ON TIME TO THE WEDDING. SADLY, THE FRONT DESK STAFF SEEMED TO NOT CARE AND DIDN'T APOLOGIZE FOR THE DELAYED ROOMS.
Cons: No carpeting, which was okay. The floors were a vinyl with a wood pattern. They were sticky and filthy. We asked that housekeeping clean them while we were out for the day, but when we came back late in the evening they were still dirty. Also, we were told when we checked in that if we wanted fresh towels or housekeeping service that there would be an extra charge. Although it was an extended stay hotel with a small kitchen there were no dishes, utensils, or cookware. You had to get that at the front desk. There wasn't even a coffee maker or hair dryer in the room. It also appeared as if this hotel was part of a program to house homeless. Wish we'd known before we paid full price to stay here. Terrible place.
Cons: I was suppose to be in a non-smoking room. I walked into the room and the smoke smell was overwhelming! I went back to the front and informed the staff that the room had been smoked in. They the informed me that they were sorry but they could not put me in another room! They told me that they would spray the room. This did not work! I will never stay at another Extended Stay!
Pros: Everything in general From staff To service
Pros: Hospitality was great. Front desk team very good and so helpful.
Cons: The noise level with the young college students residing. Felt like we were in a college dorm one night
Located in San Fernando, this aparthotel is 1.8 mi (3 km) from California State University-Northridge and 1.8 mi (3 km) from Valley Performing Arts Center. Pierce College and Candy Cane Lane are also within 6 mi (10 km).
Pros: I was coming to meet fellow classmates for a reunion. I told them where I was staying. Most mentioned that it's in the same block as The Candy Cat. To them that meant your hotel MUST be seedy, full of nude dancers and porn influence.
I am happy to report back to them that I saw NONE of that.. everything is very clean, well-maintained and cheery. Together with the price, I've decided this will be my hotel of choice whenever visiting Chatsworth!
Pros: I didn't not like anything at all!
Cons: I didn't like anything everything was bad
Pros: Low price
Cons: This hotel was dirty and we were unable to close the bathroom door because it was so difficult to re-open it once it was closed. There was paint peeling off the walls and door and mildew in the shower. We will spend the extra money next time over staying in a place like this.
Pros: The fact the hotel lobby was clean and had a pool.
Cons: The rooms were less than 2nd rate. The smell of raw sewage filled our pathway to our room. I was told there have been many complaints abt the same issue. I had to purchase extra linen bc we itched the entire night.
Pros: I wasn't robbed or assaulted bu the drug users in the stairwell every night
Cons: Staff tried to get me to pay a $100 cash deposit after taking my credit card. Several broken electrical outlets and covers in room.Housekeepers took phone charger left in room. Drug users every night in stairwell
Pros: It was close to where I needed to go to. There were shops around for food and such. Not too far from the freeway.
Cons: The name was not Starlight Inn. It was Roadway Inn. The address on the website is not correct either. .There was no tissue for blowing your nose. I have never been to another hotel or motel that used a flat sheet for a fitted sheet on the mattress. Also if I'm going to be paying with a credit card please don't ask me to pay in cash.
