10.0 Excellent
Pros: The most spectacular view in all of Sucre. El Tronco is well-appointed and beautiful, with attention to details like art and textiles in the rooms and common areas. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet but with options to eat out nearby and a beautiful church and lookout only a block away. The centre is a safe 10-minute walk away. The owner is lovely and really looks out for her guests. We felt like we were living in a luxury apartment and decided to stay another week while we took Spanish lessons.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location with great views!
Cons: electric shower
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful views, Tanya communicated well beforehand and was helpful with a map and local information, washing was done at a reasonable price, comfortable bed, big room, big kitchen, great location near 2 micro lines and Recoleta is a beautiful more quiet place to stay, not too far to walk into town
Cons: WiFi struggled sometimes, would have been comfortable for us if the TV was in front of the sofa rather than dining table, but that's personal preference
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great near San Francisco plaza. You can get a beautiful view of the city from the balcony. The room was clean, facilities all great, Tina, the host was awesome, friendly and helpful. It is just 10 mins walk to the central. It was the best stay in Bolivia for me.
Cons: Nothing

The room is beautiful and the view breathless, bed very comfortable, there is hot shower, location is walking distance to the center (and taxis are affordable if you don't want to go all the way up to return from the center). Convenient laundry service and free access kitchen. Thank you !

Pros: Where to start.... this has been our favourite place to stay so far travelling south America for 2 months. We wanted to book something higher than our usual budget as it was my husband's birthday and we are so glad we did!!! Everything was perfect! The room was adorable and so comfortable, nice hot shower with great pressure and the whole place was clean. Set amongst a green garden there is a terrace to chill out that looks over the city... Great for sunset! The breakfast is all homemade and delicious, they are flexible with when you have it too so no super early wakeups. Julian was so friendly helpful, he gave us loads of tips and the dog Teena was adorable!!!! We didn't want to leave this place, a definite highlight of South America.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous view, extremely delightful and helpful hostess, perfect location—steps from center but in a serene garden
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Julian is just a great person and gave us great informations of the city! The property is amazing with a beautiful garden with a fantastic view of Sucre. The fresh orange juice and fresh bread for breakfast where delicious. The perfect stay after the 4 days of 4x4 in the salar!
Cons: I would have stayed more days if I had time :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a short stay in La Selenita but it was amazing! Emilie made us feel very welcome and prepared a very nice breakfast! It is close to the city centre of Sucre but it is quiet and peaceful, also at night. The rooms are very cosy and very clean, the bed is very nice as well! I definitely recommend staying here if you want some peace and quiet in the city in beautiful surroundings!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hostess, Emily, makes you feel at home. The place is a nice oasis, uphill from the city center. The breakfast is lovely and the shower is amazing (hot and great water pressure). We enjoyed our stay here.
Cons: The arranged driver from and to the airport drove unnecessarily fast.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is great! - five minutes from the main square, with nice interior garden, a cat and a dog. The breakfast was great - besides the traditional things that a good breakfast includes in Bolivia, every day there was some pastries, or pancakes. Shower worked perfectly; there was ample hot water as soon as you turned it on. The room was a bit dark, but comfy, with enough furniture and sockets for charging everything right next to bed. And of course the owners and staff who made it all happen were also great! There was even a bonus of a neighbourhood festival taking place when I stayed, so a bit of noise one night, but then a small market with food stalls just outside the door, with some activities such as dog beauty contest happening. Alas, that is not a permanent feature and only happens once a year.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, peaceful and private, yet only minutes walk from the main Plaza, amenities, etc. Although I had booked a standard room for the eight nights of my stay, I was allocated a lovely spacious apartment-style room, with kitchen and dining area, up on the 4th level. Beautiful views over Sucre and to the hills. My apartment was also adjacent to a terrace area, where you can sit to enjoy more views, also do handwashing and dry clothes. Breakfast very good, and staff very helpful and obliging. All very clean and comfortable. Pretty courtyard and garden to sit and relax in. Resident dog and cat add to the home-like ambience. Very good value, I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: The wifi was quite weak in my room (4th floor) - a minor matter only.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: They answered to all my question and waited us in 5 am. The hotel there is good stile, very nice and the staff is kind. The breakfast is totally good.
Cons: Just we could not get twin room according our booking but got double room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very cosy place to be, with a beautiful garden. Very clean bathrooms with hot shower. Friendly staff that at a last minute request managed to fix us some cake for my birthday. Our kids loved the dog and cat. Nice neighbourhood too.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We loved this place and the cheap price made it almost perfect! Staff were really friendly and we were upgraded to an apartment free of charge. I made friends with the cat, Tom, who is absolutely gorgeous and really friendly! My husband loved the dog, Bongo.
Cons: Not an issue for us but the hotel is further from the square than most of the others that we looked at and there is a slightly uphill walk on the way home. That said, the bonus is that you can’t hear any street noise (a luxury after La Paz!)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole experience! Nice breakfast, nice room, nice staff
Cons: Roomfloors are making noise
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is a lovely setting with a courtyard and garden where you can relax and have breakfast. Rooms were lovely a big with good bathroom and shower. Location was about 10min walk to main plaza but away from the noise. Supermarket, restaurant and arm 5 min away. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Wonderful stay.
Cons: The garden and roof terrace were under a repair I think at the time. But it’s off season so expect maintenance. Rooms on ground floor can be noisy with people above and a pump going on and off all the time. I moved to the 3rd floor after 1 night and it was better.

Pros: Location was perfect, close to the plaza. The staff is really friendly and the room was very spacious. The courtyard was cosy!
Cons: The breakfast was basic. The beds were really really soft, i did not like that but it is personal!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We really liked the location and the lady was nice and smilly every day. The rooms into the patio were calm but in the morning might be a bit noisy when the others are having breakfast, we were in low season so no problem. Room was full of light and beds fine. Shower ok with electric heater.
Cons: The breakfast was basic as probably like in all Bolivia. No possibility to pay by card eventhought it’s on booking.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was big and comfortable. The hostal is very close to the touristic points and the family is very nice!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: - very clean - reasonable pricing - nice patio - very central - very nice and helpful boss - showers always hot - quite without the typical young hostel travellers I would go back when returning to Sucre.
Cons: - the staff and service was a little lackluster when the boss wasn't there - eggs are included in the breakfast, but only if you specifically ask: sometimes they would bring an egg to a guest next to you and not ask the others if they want one as well. It seemed that they couldn't be bothered preparing the eggs - apart from that the breakfast was very basic and not fresh - the WiFi was rather weak
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff were lovely
Cons: Cold cold showers
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Shower curtain too short, can’t stop the water from coming out of the shower

Pros: The terrace where breakfast is served (with a kitchen) is under-utilized. It is a great place for the evenings and afternoons to relax and look over the city. La Dolce Vita - Sucre - Building

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic stay at a lovely guesthouse. We originally booked for four nights but stayed for nine so we could take some Spanish lessons. We had a really big, comfortable room, with a private bathroom with hot water. We received a really friendly welcome from the owners, who are always on hand to help with any problems or questions. When the cold water stopped working in our shower, it was fixed within the day. The shared kitchen has everything you need, and the terrace is a lovely spot for breakfast or lunch. The guesthouse is a five minute walk from the centre of town, but it's really quiet at night and early in the morning. Also, the WiFi is excellent and very stable. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay there again.

Cons: Kitchen is tiny when more than one couple/person trying to cook at once Maybe a dining table in the lounge area would be good as it's a bit chilly to eat at the table outside the kitchen in May. Room a bit cold
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We only stayed for 1 night. It is a well organised hostal with large rooms, clean bathrooms and a communal kitchen. Very friendly service and not too far from the center.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast! Very helpful staff.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We (wife and I) were there riding our motorcycles, and we were able to park our motorcycles securely inside the hotel courtyard - MUCH appreciated. Our visit was during difficult times due to political unrest surrounding recent elections, with many roads blockaded. The hotel staff were very helpful in giving us up to date information on the blockades and advised us on timing and route for our exit that would give us the least trouble. It was a stressful time but we felt safe at the hotel and appreciated their concern for us and updating us on what they learned from the news and social networks.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: When arriving the inner yard with the white painting and green plants makes you feel like diving straight into that beautiful city in the heart of Bolivia.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was comfortable. Very good breakfast. Location is very convenient, with some interesting sites right around the corner, and close to the main town square.
7.5 Good
Pros: Some of the staff could not speak English but they still tried their best to help. Free drinking water available. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Asked them for laundry services. Lady at reception assured me that it would be done the same night as I was only staying one night. When I returned at 7pm to collect my laundry, the gentleman at the reception informed me that it would not be ready until the following night. Told him it was unacceptable as I was checking out. He said he'll check and call my room. He didn't. Went to reception the following morning and my laundry was ready. Communication was lacking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this hotel was superior. Would recommend to all.
Cons: Can't think of anything that they could have done better and I'm picky.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful courtyard and also rooftop sitting area

Pros: Apart from being a beautifully restored old home in the centre of Sucre, El Hotel de Su Merced was a fabulous place to stay and I recommend it to everyone. Rooms are spacious, clean, warm, good hot water, cleaned daily. The breakfast offerings are many and varied. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our 3 night visit went without a hitch! Thanks Su Merced!
Cons: Wi-Fi was a bit erratic at times but not really a problem.

6.3 Good
Pros: We booked here for one night and that was enough for us. We arrived about 6/7pm and checked in and only shown our room, we weren’t told anything about the free breakfast or even where the bathrooms were! When checking out the staff saw me at the counter waiting to pay and still left me standing until I asked one of them to check me out, quite rube tbh. The room had a smell of varnish or something similar which we nearly went down to complain about but we figured from their attitudes the staff wouldn’t really be bothered so we just slept through it. Wouldn’t stay here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole place is cozy and clean with access to everything needed to feel comfortable. The staff are super friendly and cool. We hung out a lot even though I don’t speak Spanish :) In a nutshell: definitely would stay again!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: clean
Cons: I have 2 hours to check-out but when are you going to be asked.
6.3 Good
Pros: Beds are the most comfortable I've had in Bolivia. The staff let me in at 5 in the morning, which was very kind.
Cons: At the time I was there, the hostel was run by a large group of volunteers. They did not really seem open to chat and only few could give information about the activities in Sucre. One day I returned to the hostel, and my stuff had been backed without them letting me know. It appeared that the hostel had another reservation for the room, even though I had booked for that night. Fortunately they had another room for me. Breakfast is very simple - white bread with yoghurt and an egg you can boil yourself. Dorm with bathroom is rather small. Dorm without bathroom is more spacious. They do not allow you to wash your clothes, bit have a laundry service instead.
7.9 Good
Pros: The hostel itself is good, the location is perfect, the people are amazing. The wifi is powerful enough for working (of course depends on how many people use it).
Cons: Breakfast (you have to cook an egg by yourself and when there're really big groups, it's challenging). Noise (I think the staff should see the situation in the patio, it's not fun when smb answers the call so loud at 7-8am). No one cleaned our room for all the week I was there (the dust on the floor shows it very well).
6.7 Good
Pros: -Location. - The two Argentinian volunteers Tavo & Jimena are awesome. Naty the Russian girl is super nice too. -the room if 4 has plenty of space and a private bathroom.
Cons: Get José Luis “the Argentinian mananger, yellow funny middle hair” educated for the service industry or just get rid of him” an imbecile who’s just a shadow of your amazing place.
6.7 Good
Pros: - It was clean, daily cleaned which was perfect. - Decent wifi if hostel is not full - Friendly staff - Clean and warm beddings
Cons: First of all we did not check that they have auiet hours only from 12am till 8am. So we could not complain much about noise and loud music till midnight. if you need a good sleep after flight or you like to sleep more stay somewhere else. Breakfast was a tragedy you will only get tiny bowl of cereals, bananna, RAW egg, two pieces of pan and something what should be a yogurth but it is not. There is also tea and powder coffee provided. Hostel will need a better maintenance as our plug was out of the wall, in shower was mold and piece of furniture was missing and so on. Overall you will find maybe better hostel in Sucre for what you pay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hostel, There you feel at home, even though it's a great place to practice your Spanish. The kitchen is just very practical! Beds are very confortable, The Staff is friendly and efficient!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hostel is really nice with great common areas with hammocks! The beds are big and comfortable, the showers are always hot. They have a big and well equiped kitchen everyone can use that even has an oven. The location is great, the hostel is close to the plaza 25 de mayo and a supermarket is in 8 minute walking distance. The staff is great, Gustavo was really nice and helpful with every question, everyone really makes an effort to help. I would definitively come back to this hostel!
Cons: The breakfast costs 15 Bolivianos and the staff nearly speaks no english.

Cons: - tuning the shower is an adventure and the bathroom gets flooded
6.7 Good
Pros: The hostel is nice and the breakfast is really good!
Cons: However the room we booked was not at all like the one in the pictures. Also they do currently not offer an airport shuttle. That's kind of a false advertisement... Staff was friendly but did not speak English. Also they couldn't help us with questions on busses to common directions (Potosi, Tupiza etc.). Additionally there were no maps of Sucre at the hostel, which would have been helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: 10/10, wonderful room, nice backyard, breakfast with eggs and juice is good for local standards
Casa Verde B&B - Sucre - Building

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Casa Verde B&B in Sucre, you'll be within a 5-minute walk of Museo Universitario Charcas and Museo de Santa Clara. Featured amenities include a computer station, luggage storage, and microwave in a common area.
7.5 Good
Pros: Rooms are clean spacious and cozy.
Cons: The staff was appalling!!!!! The owner clearly wasn’t around; as I was struggling with 5 pieces of luggage the staff was typing on their phones instead of helping me! Otherwise they were watching TV and not able to give a single recommendation (not even where to eat.. « go to the center! »). As I wanted to shorten my stay the lady with glasses became even more unacceptable- almost smashing cash at me saying « this is more than enough!!!! ». Stay away!!!!!! A shame as it’s ruining a very nice property...
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, the staff was fine. As a hostel, guests have access to kitchen. Inviting looking pool I didn’t use. Breakfast was served and was again fine without being excellent. Overall, a perfectly fine place to stay.
Cons: At first thought manager was cold but later she was friendlier. I do not know how this place compares to less expensive hostels in town. I paid $25 for small room with single bed. Bed shagged a bit in middle but turned out to be comfortable. Despite door/window that opened into common area, there was not a noise problem.
7.1 Good
Pros: Position in the city Breakfast Cleaness
Cons: Cold room Bathroom outdated Weak presence of soap and shampoos
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff and atmosphere, breakfast ok, good location close to downtown. We are happy with everything.
Cons: On the description was written: foreign currency is accepted according to the day exchange rate. But they did not accept US Dollars and we had some troubles to gather enough BOB. This should be clarified in advance.
7.9 Good
Pros: Heating worked and rather quite location.
Cons: The receptionist on our arrival was rather arrogant. Otherwise staff was very friendly. They checked our room and opened and left open the windows but the room was not made.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, very nice staff. The infrastructure is very good, beautiful patio. Great breakfast. This really is an island of tranquility in the middle of Sucre! Anytime again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Simple yet brilliant breakfast. The rooms were very comfortable and so clean. The whole place was cleaned numerous times daily, and the communal seating area was beautiful. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal from cutlery, to pots and pans and spices. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The shower in our room only had one door which meant water spilled onto the floor. But the cleaner gave us clean towels daily.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very helpful and made it a very personal experience. The beds had extra blankets to warm up. The bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was very good
Cons: The bathroom door was a bit difficult to close. The windows could have an extra thick curtain to make the room darker.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Can I give it an 11 out of 10 ????? Lovely old building with great views from the rooftop. Decor was quite charming and handmade wood furniture was unique and stylish. Beds were firm, but not hard, and hot water flowed copiously. Staff was extremely helpful. Due to contested election, the streets were blocked from dawn til dark, so when we had to go to the airport, we had to leave super early. The management was kind enough to set up breakfast almost an hour early, just for us. Muy Sympatico !!!
Cons: Zip, zero, nada
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place and large comfortable warm rooms very close to the square

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice quiet hostel with a good mix of nationalities, good size kitchen which was well stocked with everything you need for cooking. The bathrooms and toilets were kept clean . And most staff speak several languages. They encourage recycling of plastic which is great !!
Cons: Nothing - my double room was fine for the price .
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Really nice bed and a hot, powerful shower. The communal area itself is very nice and the kitchens well stocked with good equipment. The location is great in the centre of town within walking distance of everything.
Cons: The curtains for the room were see-through so the room lacked privacy.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, nice hostel. Lot of books and information for tourists, welcoming atmosphere.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our stay! Kitchen is one of the best we’ve used - lots of space and appliances. Lovely big courtyard and outdoor sitting area, plus a bbq. Cosy lounge as well. Everything pretty clean! And the location could not be better. Two blocks from the square and super close to the market. Super friendly staff as well!! Would totally stay again.
Cons: Only two things I’d mention - our private bedroom was pretty dark and did not have an opening window, a problem when you’re someone who loves fresh air. And all the bathrooms were ‘wet room’ style, which I simply just don’t really like - water gets everywhere!! Some more hooks in the bathroom/bedroom would be great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, spacious common place and well-equipped kitchen, it is a really nice place for you to stay at Sucre.

Pros: The setting of the hotel in an old colonial building with lots of history. Great staff and service.
Cons: Room assigned didn't have a view window, although it was nicely furnished.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding hotel - beautiful period architecture - landmark building with amazing decoration and rooms. Period furniture in timber together with nice mural paintings and sculptures. The staff is very helpful providing outstanding services and advice. The rooms are very spacious with large beds and very good bathroom (including jacuzzi). Amazing roof terrace with beautiful 360 degrees view over the city. I met the owner Mr Rodriguez Calvo who introduced himself and was very kind to show the beautiful private rooms decorated with period furniture and decorations. Better than a palace hotel in Europe for 10 times less.
Cons: Nothing
6.7 Good
Pros: Got a late check out so was able to watch Wimbeldon final which was nice.
Cons: Quite overpriced for what it is. Water wasn't really hot in bathroom, Room service very confused, minibar was very minimal. Booked a double with a double bed was given a twin room with two singles. At check in receptionist took a phone call in the middle of my check in process. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired

Pros: Very nice location, right on the place. Building is absolutely beautiful. Nice breakfast and nice (heated) swimming pool.
Cons: Bathroom was not perfectly clean, but ok. We were in one of the top room, nice but a bit old.
6.7 Good
Pros: Nice hotel, clean and very good breakfast. WiFi was fast and location was perfect
Cons: Was not worth the form room. Room was not clean and WiFi did not work there. Booking said the room was for 10 people but there were 17 beds. Facilities sucked. Fitness is no fitness room but 1 small and bad machine next to the pool, which looked very dirty.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable, quiet, excellent location, strong WiFi, outdoor gym
Cons: This was a good hotel overall. However there was an issue with booking. I booked through booking.com for a dormitory room however the receptionist was unable to find any records of it. I was given a private room for double the price (though still reasonable). I think there is an issue with the booking process here or maybe even this hotel doesn't even have dormitories.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful and arranging staff. Excellent situation. Beautiful patio and warm pool. Varied breakfast.
Cons: A little cold in the room but the staff arranged with a heater for us.

Pros: Breakfast was really nice! Friendly staff. Many books too switch! We loved the garden to chill.
Cons: Shower was not really clean. Wall points were not working good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved my stay at Condor. The family were very helpful and kind. The hostal has an internal courtyard and garden beyond, and my room was off these, set back from the noise of the road. Breakfast in the garden was delicious. The shower was good. Highly recommended.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Overall friendly staff. The room was cleaned every day! Great extensive breakfast, with personal service (sometimes with eggs or other kinds of food). The outside area is very nice to stay when you’re having breakfast or to relax a bit. Drinking water available for a little bit of money (cheaper than buying yourself), which is great!
Cons: The bed was not that comfortable. The shower was very hot or very cold unless you turn the stream to low. Some rules are a bit strange (1. exchange books one for one, but two for one when you’re not a guest? 2. Strange pricing for the drinking water -> why not just one liter is one (or two) Bolivian?). They ordered a taxi for us twice, but both times the taxi arrived much too late. It’s better to just go to the street and hail one (shouldn’t take more than a minute).
6.3 Good
Pros: Great location.
Cons: Very noisy. Hostel is located next to a school which makes for constant noise during the day. Host family we're also noisy in the evening. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence as we only stayed for one night. Shower in shared bathroom was weak and took a while to warm up. WiFi connectivity was intermittent. Breakfast could be improved.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: If going to Sucre definitely stay here. The staff were so fantastic and went out of their way to help us when we had some problems. Clean, large rooms, great wifi.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: There's a lovely patio where you can eat your breakfast which is superb. Everybody is very friendly and they let us stay one more night :) The location is perfect and you can easily walk to all the important sights.
Cons: There were just 2 sockets in our room and they didn't work very well.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very good location! Also breakfast was very good and the room was very nice and cozy!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! For brekky they had eggs cooked fresh with fruit, bread, tea, coffee and cereal Spacious room Baggage drop off after checkout and you can still use there facilities Really nice outdoor area
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We booked two seperated Beds but got a matrimonial Bed. We said the receptionist, that we want, as paid and ordered, two seperated beds, but she said, that we could take the double bed for the first night and switch do another room with two seperated beds at the second night. If we wouldn't be fine with this offer, we should go and search for another accomandation.... So be careful what you book and what you get....
Cons: Breakfast was fine Good Location

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very professional service; marvellous room, location and breakfast!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location near main square but rooms off street enough not to hear noise. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant excellent though breakfast was merely adequate. Showers hot and powerful enough. Mattress on bed seemed lumpy and old but I slept quite well. Old building but facilities quite clean. WiFi a little iffy at times.
Cons: Mattress could use upgrading. WiFi could also use improvement.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It’s location and that it was clean and comfortable
Cons: Not able to make tea and coffee in room. Given incorrect information about timings of Dino bus.
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice area, just easy to reach everything.
Cons: Unprofessional incident: Our toilet was not working correctly- the water was running constantly. When we asked to have it repaired and left the hotel at 7pm and returned at 10:30 pm nothing was fixed. We decided to go to sleep anyway- the phone rings twice- we didn’t pick it up and then 5 min later a man comes without knocking into our room with a key!!! INCREDIBLE
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was exceptional.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel. Beautiful building and rooms. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Good location.
Cons: Noise problems. You can hear everything what people in nabering rooms are doing. On our stay every evening there were concerts near by and they were very loud.

Pros: Lovely comfy room, great bed, friendly staff and they let us check in early after an overnight bus which we were very grateful for.
Cons: Spa facilities not working and no staff on hand to ask. Wifi slow. Breakfast was no better than the hostels we stayed in.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The room was very large and comfortable.
Cons: Pool, jacuzzi, and sauna area were a major disappointment. Cannot be a 5 star hotel if they penny pinch. Maybe a 3 star. Could not use them as promised. One morning, the breakfast area was moved to another room which meant items were lacking. We had to sit next to a long conference table in which the speaker rambled on and on. Not relaxing at all. Internet, late at night, went on and off.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Huge room and bathroom with lovely soft towels and toiletries. Staff were incredibly accommodating letting us check in early, cleaning our room at 8pm after we had been mostly in the room all day and serving breakfast in our room. Great facilities with pool, sauna and gym. Excellent value for money, a similar hotel anywhere else in the world would be a least double the price!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: All was excelent.

Pros: Empty hotel, pretending to be 5*. Taxi needed into town. Big rooms, clean. Spa and pool available.
Cons: Location.
