They didn't have the car I requested. They did not try to find a replacement or help me find one. All they did is suggest i take an Uber to the airport since they have a bigger fleet there.8.0 Very good

Very slow pick up process. They also wanted proof of my current auto insurance plan. I don’t carry that with me when traveling. A manager told the desk worker that she could waive that requirement.6.8 Okay

Customer service was great at this location. They were very nice, courteous and helpful. The price was exactly what was quoted which was the best deal I could find in the area and couldn't have asked for anything more.Cons:

At least in Houston, renting a car at IAH was literally going to cost double which is ridiculous. So good to have options elsewhere in the city. ;)Cons:
I learned the hard way that not all Hertz locations have off hour drop off capability (likely this is for all rental companies). It was partly my fault for forgetting to change the default noon to noon drop off times when booking online, but the end result was a big hassle given our pick up location was closed all day Sunday and didn't open Monday until 7:30 am. We had a 10:00 am international flight to catch and this wasn't an airport location. We changed the drop off to a nearby location for $30 but there it was anything but intuitive. Got it done after much hassle and since I haven't heard anything I assume all is well.4.0 Mediocre

Close location to my house. Affordable prices through kayak.Cons:
I had to do my own run through with the car. When I received the car the gas tank was not full.. upon returning the vehicle I left the tank where I found it plus a little more. When they now did the run through, they come back and tell me to fill it up. I explain to them that it wasn't full when I received it and they proceeded to tell me the extreme gas refilling price. They need to work on further preventing those situations. It was inconvenient and made me spend money that I rightfully didn't have to.2.0 Poor

I arrived right at 2pm on Saturday and the staff said that they were closed and would not provide service. I couldn't even get my car. They were there... just didn't want to serve me. There was another women that was there at the same time and she had the same issue. Poor service. I ended up cancelling my car.GREEN MOTION
